True Glory Hair Review | Brazilian Deep Wave Wig | Bundles & Closure

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel, my name is makima for those of you who are new here and in this video i'm going to be collaborating with true glory hair. They sent over three bundles of their brazilian 18 inch deep wave hair and a 18 inch closure. So these are the bundles here, and this is the closure and you also get a little pamphlet on how to care for your hair. So i'm going to be bleaching. The knots and the closure - and i'm just going in with some 30 volume developer and the quick blue bleach, while the bleach on the closure is processing, i'm going to go ahead and wash the bundles, i'm just co-washing it with the silicone mix. So this is what the closure looks like with the bleach on it. After about 20 minutes, i did let it sit for another 10 minutes, so 30 minutes in total, and now i'm just gon na wash that off. Okay, so to prevent any yellowing. I'M gon na go in with the vanilla, no yellow shampoo and let that sit on the hair for about five minutes and then rinse it off, and this is what the hair looks like after it's been freshly washed. I love the curl pattern. It looks really really nice, so i'm going to be making a wig with this hair, and i don't really show you how i make the wig i'm just showing you what i what i used. I use an extra large wig cap because i have really really thick hair and i'm just gon na be sewing on my closure in this clip and sewing on the bundles. So if you guys want a detailed video on how i make my wigs, let me know down in the comments below, but this is just a quick run through i'm just showing you the quality of the hair and what it looks like. So now i'm just doing some light plucking of the hairline, i'm not plucking too much and i'm just gon na do light baby hairs. Okay, so i am just going to show you guys what the hair looks like in its dry state. So just so you know i've had this here for about three and a half weeks. Now i wanted to wear it for a couple weeks before i did the review just so i can give you guys my honest opinion of the hair, so this is what it looks like when it's dry and brushed out. I'M also going to show you what it looks like when you define the curls so stay tuned to the end of the video for that, but i'm just going to list some pros and cons of this hair. So the pros are going to be the shipping time. It took only about three days for me to receive the hair, which is pretty fast um. I love the curl pattern of this deep wave here um. I think it's a really really beautiful pattern and um the hair does not tangle i've been wearing it. Like. I said for three weeks and i don't get any tangling at all um about the closure. I do like that. The closure is lightly tinted. So it's not a fully clear or transparent lace. It is like a light brown lace, so i like that as well, and i like that the closure is flat and not too thick. So i don't like closures that have too much hair, because then you have to do a lot of plugging um. I didn't have to do a lot of plucking at all when it came to this closure. Also um. There wasn't a strong scent when i got the hair, so just a little back story, so i have actually purchased from true glory before they collaborated with me um. I purchased with them a lot of times, so i am actually familiar with their hair and back in the day, their hair used to have a really strong, like corn chip smell but um. As of recently it went away, and this hair was the same. It did not have that coin chip smell and it smelled good. So now the cons, so the cons of the hair, i'm gon na say, is um. So it's that light brown color. Of course that's fixable, just color the hair jet black. So that's what i probably will do. I don't like that brown color i like really black hair. So that's one of the cons for me um. Another one is so when i was straightening the hair, when i was using the hot comb on the closure to flatten it out, parts of the closure remained straight. They did not revert back curly so, which makes me feel like if i were to straighten this hair. It may not retain its curl texture, so um and i'm gon na show you that, like later on in the video, i'm gon na hold the piece up. So you can see what i'm talking about. But that was just another thing that i did not like. Also um, so the hair doesn't shed a lot, especially when dry it doesn't shed. But i, like i said i've been wearing this here for about three weeks. So i've washed it a couple of times and i will say you do get some shedding while washing it. Nothing too alarming. I feel like it's your standard shedding for curly hair, but it does have a little bit of shedding. So i've showed you guys what the hair looks like in its brushed out state in its wet state and now you're going to see what it looks like once the curls have been defined and it dries it's a really really beautiful, curl pattern. I do feel like the curls on the closure are a little bit different than the bundles. The curls on the closure have some spiraling curls, which i think are beautiful, and i do wish that they were all throughout the bundles. But it is a really really gorgeous pattern. Okay, guys.
