Hey guys welcome back to my channel. It is brittany, so this is going to be the first synthetic wig review of 2022. For me, um honestly, i have not been impressed with uh any of the synthetic wigs that have dropped. You know in the new year, but i saw this wig on exosheba. She posted it um on her tik tok about two weeks ago. At this point, this is from sensational. This is from their butter lace line. This is their deep wave, 20 inch wig and i have it in balayage chocolate and that's what she looks like on the stock card there. Okay, so i usually go with black, but i love the color on sheba, so i got the same color that she has. I did record what it looked like fresh out. The pack this cap was so small. I couldn't even get it on my head, so i actually had to cut the straps out the adjustable straps in the back, because the construction of the cap - it's i would put it on the screen. You have two combs in the front um. You have that five inches of pardon space - it's not a 13 by six or whatever. It'S just like a set part set side part, but you get five inches of that part in space. And then you have a comb in the back and then i cut out the adjustable strap just to get it on my head, i'm going to read the features for you guys and then we'll get into application. So i was looking at this hairline and it was not serving hairline, so i did have to tweeze it and if you want to know how i twist my hair lines, i do have a separate video just dedicated to how to tweak hairlines on wigs. It'S for human hair, wigs and synthetic wigs, because it's essentially the same process. This is a human and premium fiber blend. So it's supposed to be a little bit nicer than just like your regular synthetic wig, full body movement. That'S a new one! I'M okay uh, virtually undetectable hd lace blends with most skin tones ear to ear lace with a wide five inch, uh deep hand, type parting area, like i told you guys, pre-plucked with baby hairs. The hairline was thick, so i don't feel like it was pre-plucked and it's a natural and full natural and full maximum density. Okay. So this is what she looks like on my mannequin head here. Gorgeous color great luster doesn't look shiny. I haven't tried like a colored curly wig in a while curly synthetic wig, probably since ootray mckayla, and that wig was up was a bust, so uh. I don't think this one is going to be like that. This is 20 inches, but it doesn't look 20 inches. It looks shorter than that i did tweeze the hairline up. Some so we'll see what it looks like, so i do prefer to wear black wig caps, because the only time i would wear a light, colored wig cap is, if i'm doing the bald cap method, which i never do. I just feel like it's inconvenient. I just prefer black wig caps and i already have a bonnet on, because i want to preserve some moisture in my natural hair underneath my wig. So this is what the lace looks like it's like a light brown shade. That is what the lace looks like. So it is lighter, so big, head girls, i just my hair is i mean it's lumpy, but it's not super chunky to where it would make my cap that small. This is definitely on the small head side but um. If you cut the straps out, if you have a big head, you should be okay, i'm saying that, but it could be my bonnet too i'm gon na take my bonnet off. This is a very pretty color, so this is a small cap wig. I haven't watched any reviews yet so i don't know what they say. But to me it's it's small. This is a gorgeous color. Really pretty. Oh, that's pretty! Okay, i'm six feet tall and this is where it falls on me: uh, it's 20 inches, but um, because this is curled and stuff. I just don't feel like it is. I feel like it looks more like 16 on me, so i did twist the hairline and that's what it looks like um when it comes to tinting my legs to make it work. For me, i used to use the even tint spray light warm brown um, but i felt like it was a little bit too dark for me. So what i do now is i cut my lace and then i apply it with my even tint spray. I do have the black one now, so i might try that today i think i'm going to try that one focus yeah, i'm going to try this one. Today, um, i melt it down with my elastic band and then i go in with my foundation shade to make it match my skin tone. So we're gon na go ahead and do that. Okay. So it is very light, but i will say because this is a smaller cap - it's laying pretty flat to my head, so you could wear this glueless um. You could cut all the lace off to really the to where the hair starts to grow and just kind of sit it behind your hairline too. So you don't have to fool with melting any lace, but i'm going to melt mine down because i have the stuff here - and this is the only wig i'm wearing today. So i'm going to pin my hair back. I usually don't glue down the sides because i just feel like that's just unnecessary a lot of times. I don't feel like you need to do that. I'Ve been doing like no days off, so you can go gon na catch. A break, give a pretty brown girl her space, all right guys. So i am back and i have finished, applying deep wave 20 inch in balayage chocolate um. So i, let's get into the pros and the cons as far as the cons go uh the biggest one for me is that the hairline is not tweezed and when you have wigs that are this curly, it's gon na be more difficult to tweeze. These kinds of wigs um i did with this wig and a lot of it, does get caught like within the length of the hair. So what i do is i kind of grab it by like the more of the root area and then i just kind of gently pull it out and that's what i do when i'm tweezing my curlier wigs like this, that are synthetic the what what else is A con for me with this wig. Oh the cap size, is a huge con. Oh my gosh, if i do not cut the straps out of this wig there's no way, i could have even reviewed this wig. So if you're a big head girl, either don't buy. This wig at all or cut the straps out now granted. I have like little twists all over my head, but my hair is not super thick, so i don't know i i don't feel like it's um big hit friendly at all yeah, either way like even right. Now it feels like at most is a medium, i'm gon na say this is a smaller cap. So that's a con for me, but that depends on the size of your head. So, as far as the pros go, i think this style is very pretty it's very glamorous um, it's not something i would use. I would usually go for. I don't really go for styles like this, but i think it's very pretty and then the color kind of takes it. You know overboard for me because it's so beautifully, blended, balayage chocolate is bomb like sensational, did a great job with that um. I like that this is curly, but it doesn't look synthetic because curly synthetic wigs, y'all know how i am about them. If you've been watching me for a while. I always talk about how curly synthetic wigs can look the most wiggy to me. So you got ta be kind of careful with you know the ones that you choose, but this has a great luster to it that is not shiny or like baby doll here, even though this is giving this looks like very romantic date, night hair to me, um. It can get a little bit, passion t a little bit so just keep that in mind um if you're, just somebody like me who likes more sleek, looks straight wigs. I love me like a yaki middle part. Wig, that's that's me, but i think it's nice to switch it up and it's um. The part of space is on the left side, it's on the left side. So if it is too much out like this, for you just put a little bit behind your ear and it'll, give it a little flirty look, and i think that's just very, very pretty oh, it's such like a it's like an innocent. Very i don't know girl. Next door kind of look, it's very pretty i do have shedding because i did tweeze the hairline. I think i will get some tangling with this wig for sure, but it is what it is um like i said, the luster looks very natural as well. It'S not like super shiny and i did a sunlight test for you guys because that's my thing, that's what i do and um. So i was tilting my head back to see if the lace was still too light and it was when i was just using the excess foundation that was left on my brush. So instead i used my contour brush here that had some of my contour still left on it and that really made my lace like disappear. Now it's fabric, it's lace. It'S not going to completely disappear, like with my rpg show wig that wig my katie katie bloom wig. That lace is just amazing, but that wig is also like six hundred dollars, but this going with my contour shade just lightly tapped over my lace made it blend down very well with my skin, so um, it's not going to completely disappear, but i feel like it Looks pretty good outside it's very high sun today and you know so i showed you guys what it looked like in shade, as well as like direct sunlight, and i think it looks pretty good. Okay uh, i told you guys last year i feel like butter lace. The butter lace collection is a sleeper line because we were so focused on utre or me. I was so focused on utre's melted, hairline series, which has been flopping in my opinion, uh for the last year. It was really good in 2020, then it started to fall off in 2021 um, but the perfect hairline series from utrecht is really good. Um yeah. So i like that uh, the butter lace, collection, they're, introducing more wigs to us, and i think this one is very pretty. I have to give this a solid eight. The color to me is like a a 10 11. It'S gorgeous, but the overall wig to me is a eight which is solid. I would say this is some date night here. It'S so beautiful it is, but i'm not gon na give it more than eight for my in my opinion, but i think i look very pretty so you guys tell me down below what do you think about this wig? Have you picked it up yet? I have seen you know more reviews starting to come up and i'm gon na be watching and tell me. Are there some drops that you like that? I should check out because i go on weak types and i look at the new releases and i just be like huh more of the same blue, so i they really need to watch me faith and weezy's. Like wig wishlist, like we trying to help y'all synthetic companies like get some new, innovative fun stuff, but they're not listening uh, we might just have to send our videos multiple times. Carrie Harrell-Payton: I always have problems with the wig being too big because I don't have any hair due to lupus hair loss. Even with the straps it's too big. Thanks to you, I know how to add the extra elastic straps. I love the style, color and length of this unit! I think this would be worth my while to try this one! It looks pretty good in sunlight, which is great. It does have that light, 1900's airy fluff to it that black women wore back then. I love this!
