Younique Body Wave Full Lace Wig Review

In this video tutorial, I'm actually going to put some streaks or highlights in this wig, because it is a number one and number ones are too dark for me. So I'm actually going to lighten the hair on some sections of the hair. I'M gon na have streaks. So I thought I would just purchase a weaving cap from Sally's and, along with that, weaving cap comes the hook, and this was like a couple of dollars. So we're going to get started. I'Ve never done this before so we're going to see how this goes. So I'm just going to position the weave cap so that it's straight and think I'm gon na just start in the back and work my way up. But if you look at the cap you have the circles and then you have the holes in the circles and then you have holes outside of the circles. So you could do whatever highlight pattern. You want um. I really haven't decided what I'm gon na do. Yet. I'M gon na see how tired I can't, because this looks like it's going to be a lot of work already, so i'm going to start with the base and just work my way way up. Um, i'm just going to do a little bit of it and then i'll have to turn it around that you guys see. Ok, so i just want to show you so far what I've done and again I just using the hook. It'S a spatula and a hook all in one. You just stick the hook, part into the hole to pull the hair out and let's see, if I can do one real, quick upside down just to show you no. I know that I'll be able to do this. It'S kind of hard doing it backwards. Cuz. You want to grab a good amount of here. Hopefully you're able to see that and you you everyone thank you for watching. Wigs and as you know, as i stated in the video, i cannot wear a number one jet black just does not do anything for my complexion, as a matter of fact makes me look really old, so i got the number one and i decided that i would Add some highlights to it and that you know this was the first time that I ever done it, and I thought it would be a great weekend project. So I did it and it only took about a couple of hours, but it really really wasn't a bad project at all and, as you can see, you could probably see the highlights. They are look like a number 30 kind of golden they'll turn this way. I know you can see it because I think I might have a little more highlights on this side than the other, but that's okay, um, but this is again a great weekend project and what I really like about it guys is when you buy these stock weeks. Just because it stopped doesn't mean that your wig has to look average when you get this wig at home or any wig that you're buying full lace, wise or human hair wise, you can customize it to make it your own, and I actually encourage you because again You don't want to just take the wig out of the box or bag and plop it on your head and head on out the door um. One of the things that I really love about wearing wigs is that you can make it you so, for instance, I love wearing 18 inch length. Hair 20 inch length hair, but I also wear 16 inch and I like wearing 16 inches as well, which is what this is because nobody's going to question you as to if it's your hair or not because the length is so realistic. So, as you can see, 16 inches comes to my chest area and again, when you do the color that is customizing it to you. So if you want to, you know, die the entire week you can or if you just want to do, the highlights you can, if you want to, you, know, get a custom cut and, as you can it's all up to you and how you want to style. The wig, but doing so we're really really make it your own, and people won't even believe that you're wearing a wig once you do that. So, just to tell you a little bit more about this week, it is a full leg, so you have the stretch center panel and then lace all around. This is one hundred percent, indian, remy, hair and again it's 16 inches, and this is a arm d parade and the lace is supposed to be a medium color. I believe blends in really well and the hair is really really soft. She is really really a pretty unit because, like i said, i have actually washed her about two or three times, because you know i did the color and i had to wash it and then I did a conditioner. So you guys know I use silicon mix. I love silicon mix and I put that conditioner on and I mean these waves are popping. They are popping. They are very pretty very, very realistic and, like I said, I'm gon na Pat myself on the back, because I think I did a wonderful job Felicia on that color. Ok, guys, i hope you've enjoyed the video. Don'T forget, you can pick up all of those wig supplies from Sally or your local BSS and again, though, you know be afraid to try something um. The one thing that I thought about is: ok. I'Ve never done the highlights before. But if I mess up what is the worst that can happen? You know, so you know you don't want to leave chemicals on too long where you break off the hair. But again you monitor and your time and you document so the next time you do it you'll remember what you did and you too can color or highlight your week.
