How To Dye Full Lace Wig "Fiercly Peach" Color Ft. Doubleleaf Hair + Full Review

Hey you guys, thanks for coming to check out today's video. Today'S video is all about this lace front unit that I am rocking right now. This hair is a find a company called double leaf. I do have another video up on their hair on my channel and I will leave a link to that video right up here. So you can go back and check that out. The hair did come black and I did go through a process of bleaching and coloring. This hair to achieve this look, unfortunately, I don't have any footage of that process. I'M going to try my best to explain to you all what I did to achieve this color and this look so basically, I started off with black hair and, as you know, those of you who colored hair to achieve a bright, platinum, blond color, you do have To bleach your hair twice, so I bleached the hair the first time and it came out to like a really pretty golden and if you look at my roots, that's sort of the color that you see down here at my roots. So that's the color that I achieved. First then, instead of just going right ahead and bleaching the hair again, I actually added color to that hair. I knew I wanted to get at first. I wanted to get a ginger color like a ginger red or bronzey ginger color. So what I did was I mixed up some red hair dye into some conditioner. I didn't put a lot of dye in the conditioner. I did like almost a tub like a tub of this worth of conditioner and, like literally maybe half a container of adore hair color in bright red. So I mixed those together and I'll applied it onto the hair. But that turned the hair like a pink color and not the ginger color that I had hope my mind. I was thinking well with a yellow, bronzy color. If I add a little bit of red that will turn it. Copper, like the bronzy, color and the red, will mix together and create a copper, so I won't have to bleach the hair again that didn't work out. It actually turned the hair pink. So I was like okay now, I'm screwed, because I have this pink color in here and I'm gon na have to figure out how to get it out. So I watched a couple of YouTube videos and the best way to remove semi-permanent hair color from extensions is to boil it in one hot water, with um dish, detergent dish, soap in the water to release the hair color from the extensions. So I tried that I did that three different times and the pink color still did not come all the way out of the hair. That'S like three days worth of work, so I was like that's it, I'm not doing it anymore and I don't want to damage this hair. I had already put it through bleach. I had already put it through boiling hot water submersion three times so I said. Let me stop because I don't want to ruin this here. Let me just go ahead and bleach the hair again, so that's what I did and you guys literally, this is what I came out with. This is literally what I came out with, so you can still sort of see some of that pink. That pink is still there, but the bleach actually drew some of that color out as well. I'M extremely impressed with this hair. This is some extremely affordable hair. Literally, this full lace, wig unit, is only gon na run you a hundred and ninety-nine dollars at this length. That'S crazy! You guys that's an amazing price for a full lace wig. On top of that, this hair started off black. I put this hair through trauma after trauma after trauma, and it's still standing. It'S still kicking it's still gorgeous. I have not put anything on this hair. My plan was to blow-dry the hair and flat on the hair and then put some gloss err on the hair, because I just knew this hair was going to be dead, frizzy and finished like I was so concerned, but you guys I blew dry, the hair with No product on it, I Flatiron the hair with no product on it. Look how gorgeous this hair still is, I'm extremely impressed with double leaf. I know that there are some cons to this unit and you watched my first review. You will see that there are some common, but I promise you to you guys. The quality of the hair really does make up for that. I'Ve gotten nothing, but compliments on this hair, nothing! But compliments and honestly, you guys for everything I put this hair through. It did not shed after boiling it three times it did not shave. This hair did not tangle this hair, blowdried awesome, it's still thick and it's still gorgeous the luster is beautiful, and I have not put anything on at all.
