Preparing For Hot Girl Summer (Makeover, Skin, New Hair, Nails, Lashes, Etc…)

Yes, I know that this video says preparing for hot girl summer and yes, I know that is almost gon na probably be fall. I was supposed to film this way earlier than I am now. I had a few difficulties and we'll talk about that later, but that's a whole different story, yeah somebody probably like girl. Where have you been and thank y'all for having your girl have 300K? That is crazy. Your girl was emotional per usual yeah, but y'all just real. Like I don't know, I feel like y'all the realest. It is currently Monday and I'm getting my lashes done tomorrow at 12. 30 p.m. I have an appointment because look at these lashes, um yeah insane I've been trying to not put them out, because she always tells me to stop doing that. I'M gon na end up being bald, headed with no lashes, and then I can get my lashes done, which is what happened last time, so I'm really trying to not pull them out. That'S why I have like a bald-headed scallywag, um and Wednesday. I'M getting my nails done. Yeah I got something before I went to New York, it's time for a filling, since it is summertime, but I'm about to do some color hair. I want to do all white nails and I'm probably gon na, put like two charms of like whatever charm she got. I'M gon na pick like two of them and put them on one hand each just to like spice to set up, but I really just want some all-white shorties, because these are kind of getting along and I don't got a problem with long nails. But I just think short white nails. Just look so cute to me. Like I don't know, it's just a difference. I'M about to install a wig right now, which first of all y'all I haven't installed a week in so long bear with me for real because y'all I don't know what a good girl's gon na do. I have two blow dry, this hair because it's damp, but I might just let it air dry honestly, because I really hate having to like hold the blow dryer and do that like that, doesn't work, but it's Ginger y'all is color. It'S a reddish brown 24 inch body weight wig, and it is 13 by four 150 in density and it's probably nice and then they also send me a whole bunch of stuff y'all. They sent me accessories and the reason why I'm installing my own wig literally, is because I can't braid out my hair, so I just thought about it and, like my hair is blown out right now. So when you go to somebody to do your hair, they want you to not have your hair washed and blown for them to braid it down and because my hair is already blown out. I don't really feel like washing it and then blowing it out again and then getting it braided, because I was putting like not heat on my hair plus. I don't keep wigs in for like more than three days, because I have migraines that are bad, so it just did make sense for me to pay somebody like 200 to get my wig installed and then take it off in like three days or as soon as I get a headache like I'm taking it off like. I cannot have a headache with a wig on. I promise you I don't care why I'm at. I would take my wig off at a real light and I don't care like it is what it is, but while I'm actually styling the hair, I'm gon na catch that up, because I know it's been a minute, so yeah wow, I talk mile long. I'Ve been talking for like 10 minutes, I'm not arrogant tape. We'Re gon na get something done because I am not going outside, but yeah y'all. Let me catch y'all up later foreign hair on the floor. That'S one thing: I really don't like about doing hair but, as you guys could see, the wig is installed. I'M thinking about one curling it tomorrow morning, because of my lash appointment is at 12 30.. I feel like I will have time if I wake up at like 10 10 30.. Let me not push it. Let'S just say: 10. one color, then, because there's no point, we want curling it right now, because the curls will literally not stay. I mean if I go to sleep like say when I say, but I'm gon na show y'all what it looks like and get you the lacing rack um, I'm not arrogantane and I'm not a professional. But I didn't have to read no book and policy and it was free, so hey y'all, it's literally four in the morning, I'm not lying like it's literally four in the morning. This hair is them long yeah. My hot comb been on for hours, but this is how long it is. I feel like The Little Mermaid I'm about to wrap it up. So I could go to sleep because if I don't go to sleep now, I will never go to sleep. If my eyelashes aren't done completely, I can't sit here and say: oh, this is ugly because I can get my lashes in and love them tomorrow. 12 30 lashes, Wednesday, nails, and I also get these toes done because they look mortifying. I don't know what happened, but the French was chipping off and I was like, oh no. I cannot be seen like this, so I'm gon na get some all white toes because I, the French it did me wrong this time. I'M not gon na lie now. I'M just rambling but yeah y'all, so I'm gon na see you guys tomorrow when I am styling this hair and doing these wand curls good night. I will see you guys in the morning so good morning. It is currently 11 33 meaning I have like an hour. Nine an hour to get to my appointment y'all know the first like sip of water. You get when you just wake up or like in the middle of the night, so good anyway. So I'm about to curl my hair. Look at my little clip yeah! If I have to stop what I'm doing and literally go to my appointment, don't act like y'all knew here like just just go to the program. Am I supposed to hold it? Oh, my God. I haven't done this in so long right. I guess I really don't have time for this yeah like I, don't really have to go already. 11. 40.. So y'all know your girl had just came back from New York. Again, I don't know if y'all knew that I was in here again. I don't think anybody knew yeah. I went back to New York. I really wanted to hit 300K while I was somewhere else like. I didn't not want to be like in my house when I hit 300K, but what happened was I was gon na buy my ticket when I was like at 299 because, like I, was really gon na buy a ticket the same day like or not the same Day I was gon na buy a ticket like 24 hours prior. I really wanted to land and get there in shape, but y'all work so fast. Like I promise you, I went to sleep one night and I was at like 279., so I wasn't even at 288. I woke up and I'm at 298, so I knew right then, and then I'm gon na hit 300K in like 20 minutes. So obviously I couldn't get a flight within 20 minutes, but yeah I went to New York. We went to this restaurant, that's like upstairs and it was really nice and they were so sweet y'all like I promise you that restaurant was so nice um the owner even came up and like talked to us, and it was just a really good time. Y'All saw my kid: well, you didn't see my cake if you don't follow me on Instagram, which a lot of y'all don't because the math is not a math thing. Okay, unless y'all really just don't got social loose, that's different, but all I wanted the cake to say was 300 hit and I wanted black letters because I was wearing a black corset and some black pants black heels. You know my hair is black, so I really wanted some all black letters. That said not letters numbers that said 300 in a k, but you could not find a black K cake topper last minute anywhere when I was gon na order, one for Etsy. It was already too late and it wouldn't have shipped on time. I did it myself, so if you need any cake needs holla at me, I'm just laying down hotline but y'all. I had such a good time. My friend had went to the bathroom like she fake went to the bathroom. You know what I'm saying like. I knew something was all because she didn't want me to go with her um. She come back and like shortly after that they turned all the lights off. In the restaurant - and they have like a sparkler on the cake and they're like playing music they're playing, congratulations or whatever, and I'm like what's going on, is this for me and like she's like yeah, and I'm like what the hell like what is going on? Like the waiters came out and like brought the cake - and they put a sparkler on my kid - and I was like that - was so sweet y'all and that's the moment that I try to like turn up because, like that's when it like kicked in that it was Something like you know celebratory to me. I feel like if you don't celebrate like your little accomplishments. You'Ll, never be appreciative for real. If a little Milestones count. Don'T ever think that you shouldn't celebrate your little Milestones, because it might not be as big as somebody else's Milestones. You'Re your own person, you're in your own name, celebrate what you want to celebrate. Celebrate that you even woke up today, because somebody out there didn't, if you did wake up today, go do something with that, but I'm back now and I'm definitely in work mode like I really miss being in front of the camera way more like. I don't realize how much I missed it until I'm watching my old videos. I just don't like doing anything, I'm told to do all right yeah. I really want this to be like big. I don't have time to tease it and play with it right now. I got ta go it's already, 12. brush it out a little bit because it's not how I want it to look. So it's not that big. If I go in there all right guys, so I'm back in the car, my lashes are done. As you can tell, my hair is a little bit messed up because I was laying down and I didn't wrap it up. I don't know why I didn't wrap it up. Um should have definitely because my legs are already lifting. These are my lashes, and I know my lashes are dramatic. Then, like what I usually been getting, let me tell y'all the secret to how my lashes stay. I don't know where the footage went, but I was trying to explain was that I get my lashes real cool that way by the end of the month or even past the month. They look like a classic set. So that way you don't go and get a classic set or a hybrid set, and now, in two weeks, you're looking bald headed in your lashes. That'S what I was trying to explain, but also that has a lot to do with the last check and like like your eyelashes, react and like what kind of glue they use all that stuff. But that's just what I do. I just get them full, so they last me a long time because my natural lashes shed faster so continue. Guess where we're at I y'all. My sleep schedule is all over the place as of right. Now I got ta get back into place. It'S like every time. I come back from my flight. I don't know if I want to do shrimp, nachos or shrimp tacos, probably nachos, because because I love Lord nachos yeah, so that's all I'm doing today, I'm literally in my running errors. So I'm on the way to my nail appointment, because I also brought a comb in my purse today because I learned my lesson for sure turn right. Okay, girl - I am, I don't know what charm I'm gon na do we'll figure out something but yeah guys. So that's the update and I will see you guys when I'm in the salon foreign must be doing it again got ta get original the blessed. You must be doing my Magic foreign. The hearts are different, but yeah. I just picked these charms. I did see like a couple charms that I like, but when I saw these I were like. Oh, these are different. It'S like a little cute detail. So now it's currently 533 and I ended up going to the nail salon where I always get my toes done every single time for the past year and they were closing and they could not take me - and I have to do my toes today, y'all like there's. No way because I cannot be walking around with fresh new fingers, okay and then my toe is not done like no that's very backwards. I'M gon na do these holes today. I don't care they're gon na get down. Okay, I'm gon na pamper myself and do my feet to my liking and I don't actually mind doing my own toes anyway, because after I get my toes done, sometimes I still take a file and do it. How I want them to do it because you know how like, when you just know what you want in your head and sometimes the person doesn't get it, but I'm gon na get a new file, because I'm gon na file off the clothes that I have on. My toes now and then I'm gon na just do all white. The nails is white, so the toe is going to be all white, but these are so cute. The shape is shaping, so you yeah, that's what I'm doing when I get home and also, I think, I'm gon na wash my hair today, which means I'm gon na take this off. Y'All should not be surprised because I told y'all that I don't be keeping them in and honestly I don't want my natural hair curly out in a minute because it was blown out for a little minute. I have to wash it and really get into my scalp and I miss the curls. I'M not gon na lie at first. I was getting bored of my hair and water myself, but then, when you switch it up, you're missing stuff, so and y'all keep saying: what's the secret to your hair growth that comes from genetics really as like a base, because I'm a hairy person in general, like My arms is hairy, my sideburns go all the way down here, like I'm just a hairy person. So that's just genetics. I think, but I do take vitamins the vitamins that I showed you guys. I do take those still vitamins and water. That'S really been the key. Throw is vitamins and water, so I'll. Take your vitamins girl, but let me go get this stuff, because if I don't get it now that I never will yeah, the Family Dollar did not have any white nail polish none. So the girls have taken it at a song, I'm not mad at you, but oh my God. So now I'm about to go to Target, I don't for sure Target will. Definitely we have some white nail polish and over here like there's, not multiple of the same store like one city could have three Family Dollars and, like Dollar Generals blocks a block, but this one like this one I only got, but I'm done driving for the day. Like I'm in the mood to just go home and stay home, you know, but I got ta get these toes done because the minute I don't be home and my toes leave the house. They need to be done. The hell. I don't even play like that. My favorite thing to say lately is just I don't even play like that, because I feel like you'll, be having to remind people, because you really don't be playing like that. Oh look at the police, all right we're instruments harjay. They actually don't look that pack today. I'M lying because I always find like pretty decent parking parking right here. I need him now it's time to go home all right yeah, as you guys can see, I'm in the bathroom and I'm about to do my toes and then I'm gon na run like a bath. So I could do my feet because you know it don't matter what your toes look like if the feet are crusty okay, so I got these two nail files, a nail polish remover for the edges around the toes and then I got some gel polish and yeah. I'M not gon na lie when I'm done with this. I promise you I'm gon na. Take this wig off and I know you're probably like girl. Are you serious? Yes, I'm so serious? I know it's only been like three days since I had the wig on, but you guys have to understand. My hair is really thick and it's not braided Down Under the wig cap. It'S just like loose. Basically, so I'm hot I live in Florida. Okay, this hair is long. My hair under it is thick. You have to like reapply the adhesive and like I'm constantly having to like fix my edges, because it just keeps lifting it's just too hot y'all and my hair was blow dry before already under it. So I just want to wash my hair, so I could feel nice and fresh and clean. I do like it, though, like it was cute for the three days that I had it on, but on to the next, and this is coming off fast, and this file is working good surprisingly, because it was cheap, okay Target. Also, I can recommend any other like body scrubs, besides tree hut and the raw sugar ones like besides the ones that you see mainstream, but I do like the raw sugar ones a lot. I think those are more efficient than the tree hut ones, but the tree cut sugar scrubs. They just you know smell really good and the dove exfoliator also makes you feel really soft and Polished, and it smells really good. So that's perfect for the summer. Have a gel machine like the UV light at Target, but they didn't have one, because if they had one I would have bought it. So I don't have to sit here and wait for my nails to dry, but they didn't have one, and I was so picky about the white that I got because because you know how like some whites are really dull, I'm actually doing a really good job. So far, all right next foot, isn't it so humid over here y'all like it's been hot but rainy. So it's been humid. It'S just. I hate that weather like I like it to be hot and sunny or cold or rainy. I don't like fixture. They don't stay. Well with me like no pick your poison, oh yeah, so I'm doing my toes and as you can see, she's off, I just want my hair to feel nice and fresh, and I have my edges slip back right now. So I look like a Meg mine, but my favorite conditioner for, like the fresh feeling is this honey, the tea tree mints? I love the mint baby. I use any shampoo. The one I have right now is chest made, but I'm about to use the hydrating tea tree mint conditioner. This makes my hair smell so good. I bought this to try it out because I don't know if it's tinted or not, but it is the Jerkins Natural Glow daily moisturizer and I got the one that's fair to medium skin tones because you know that's my skin tone range, but it does smell good And it definitely does moisturize you. I feel like it's good for the summer, because it kind of gives a little bit of effect that you got like body oil on. Even if you don't put body oil, oh yeah, it's time to wash her I'm gon na wash my hair and clean all this makeup out of it I'll see y'all when I'm at the shower all right y'all at the towel on first. So for anybody just her panties and a Twist, I'm not naked, but I'm about to detangle my hair and style it for the week a lot of y'all have been asking me for an updated hair, routine and y'all. Like there's nothing different that I do. I promise I do the same thing. Oh yeah, I hear it raining today. I'M gon na use the shea moisture curl enhancement. Smoothie. Usually I use the Mayo. I really change the products like this one I was using, but I was kind of getting low. So I just bought this one when I was in New York at the Target, because I wanted to be able to bring it back. So I got the travel size one. I didn't want TSA, throwing on my hair products, so I detangle my hair and section. So I'm gon na put the shea moisture in this section and I'm gon na clip my hair here to style my hair. I need it to be like really wet or it doesn't dry right. So I like to re-spray with water and yes, my hair bottle is a cleaning spray bottle or that's what y'all call it. But if I pay for the bottle it's whatever I'm using for, I guess you can call this a wash and go and I do have a denim brush. But it doesn't really matter to me because both brushes kind of come up, my hair together. So after I do each section I seal it with them as Jesse's leave-in condition, and I just scrunch look at all that product boom keep pushing so yeah. My hair routine is not like that crazy. Honestly, I just do whatever I do that works for me and if it stops working for me, I stop using it. If I have a good hair product that I really like eventually, I just stop using it, and I use something else and then I'll like go back to that hair product. I really just switch it up because I don't know I feel like once. My hair gets like used to something don't be giving the same effect, no more I'll, be having a switch up. Scrunch, I'm rushing so bad, oh my God, and if you just don't think about your hair growing, it will grow and let it do its thing. My hair is hair; it will grow even if it won't grow as fast as you would like it to it's still going to grow all right last scrunch for this iron all right. This is the side of the style, and this is the side that I still have to do, I'm about to do it and speed it up, because y'all get the process by now, and also I trim my hair too. It might not look like it because I don't ever cut the back but yeah, so I trim my hair, which also probably contributes to it growing, because I mean if your hair is damaged, it will grow still, but I could not stand looking at no dead ends. Personally - and I had them like when I was in Middle School, my hair was very damaged. I had that and like I had the curly hair at the top and the straight ends the bottom, and I still will wear it because I knew I was going to straighten my hair that next day. So trust me, I know how it is to like have damaged hair and just still like, not want to cut it. But now that I'm older and I already went to that phase - I prefer health over length. Unless you don't wear your hair natural for real, then it really don't matter. I mean it really don't matter anyway, because it's your hair so do whatever you want, but I'm just saying I could relate to people who you know be wanting to hold on to it. As I got older and I actually started to like, like my hair and like my hair texture and not want it to be straight anymore, obviously I didn't want it to look like that, and I wanted to go to the beach this weekend and everything. I guess not okay, last crunch, for this iron, all right here is style. Now I just take a shirt y'all and I just scrunch all right boom. My hair is styled. My hair is clean, I feel so fresh y'all after I eat I'm about to knock out because it's pouring I took a good shower. I got everything I wanted to get done done and not moisturized like what it don't get, no better than that yeah. So this is my hair like two days later, um. Obviously it's more frizzy, it's not a fine, but she cleaned up. She clean this side of my hair is definitely longer than this eye. Well, maybe I have to like stretch some things out, but it's not it. I told you I'd be cutting my own hair, but I'm currently sitting down editing. I'Ve been editing for like past three hours and I haven't ate nothing all day today, but I was scrolling on Tick Tock and I seen a tick tock of a portable fan for your lashes um. I think actually like two tick tocks, but one of them was like a while back ago, but one video said they have them at the Target um in, like the little dollar section and the other one said they have them at Five, Below which I know you Thought about that, like I feel like that kind of made sense of that they would have like a little portable fan because they have like outside stuff and summer's coming up. So I was like, oh that makes sense like and I never ordered um a fan for my lashes because for some reason like I feel like I wouldn't order that online, I feel like I'll, just buy it in person because I'm a very impatient certain stuff. I just would like to buy in person, and that just comes from me always rushing myself, but it's been like 72 hours, since I got my lashes done, meaning that I need to wash them. If I don't wash my lashes every day, personally, um or at least every two days, they will not look the same or last the same like if I wash them every day like I'm supposed to, I promise you they look like. I just got to be doing every day, but I haven't brushed them or wash them yet and I'm tired of using my damn blow dryer. I don't got a problem with my blow dry hair, but I'm kind of tired of it, because it's just a lot of work to have to like pick the big thing up and just do it for your lashes, like then, with the portable fan. If I go to the pool like that, I could dry my lashes, like that, like I never thought about how much I actually probably went until I seen it so we're gon na see if they have them in the store. I don't know because you know every location of every store is different and they have different stuff, so I'm gon na see if they have a little portable. You know fan to dry my lashes, but I'm also going to get some food I cooked last night and I didn't have any leftovers I'm about to get some lunch, slash dinner because I'm pretty sure it woke me up. I'Ve never tried Qdoba before in my life, but y'all know I love Chipotle. Well, lately like I've been liking, Chipotle not really loving it. Sometimes it just don't hit like I don't know what that's about, but sometimes it tastes really good like when you're super, hungry and starving. But then, after you have like a few bites, it's like nah. I don't really want this. No more but I'm seeing everybody do a little debate about what's better Qdoba or Chipotle, and I know people who have had it before and they say it is very technically I'm just like really so we're gon na see I'm gon na order. It y'all. So we gon na see what it's hitting for, because I'm not sure and they have nachos see that's one thing I Wish by Chipotle I wish they had nachos like I wish they had the option where you put the chips inside the bowl and I'll. Take you pay for your lifestyle, like you say, dude, all right, y'all, so I'm currently in from the target. I was reading comments and I've seen that everybody was saying that they cannot find it in their location. So I'm very skeptical on if they're, even gon na, have it okay, it's supposed to be in like the section in the front like the little dollar section. So I'm about to see if they have it in the fridge and it's so cloudy outside. Look at this y'all, it looks scary but yeah, I'm about to just run in the front and then come back out. So, let's see if they have it, it should be fine. And then, after that I'm gon na get my food. It was definitely gon na rain. So bad right now so yeah, not only is it starting to pour, they don't have the fan here. There'S another Target like 15 minutes away. Well, a couple, but right now it's already pouring so today was not the day and when I washed my lashes today, I'm definitely gon na have to use a blow dryer but yeah. They didn't have it in this location. So maybe I was late to find them on Tick Tock and I might just have to order one if I don't find them in this market. That is also near me, so we'll see but yeah it's raining. So bad welcome to Florida weather everybody Welcome. Let'S pick up the school y'all y'all Qdoba is only five minutes away and I haven't had it this whole time I lived here. I don't know if y'all could tell, but I just got super rained on. I got my shoe though, but um I didn't get a bowl because I don't know why I just felt like I always get a bowl of Chipotle. So maybe I should have got a boat to kind of like test which bowl is better, but in some quesadillas look super I'm gon na try the queso um. This is good y'all. These are cheese, crusted quesadillas. So this is what the quesadillas look like. This is green sauce. This is pico de gallo and then this is sour cream.
