I'M sure you're aware of it at this point, but there's a question, and that is why can i not find lace, wigs fully wigs hd lace, wigs, transparent lace, wigs it just seems like it's a huge challenge to find lace. Wigs right now, i want to tell you all the details of what's happening and what to do about it all right. But you are our consumer and i feel like because we wouldn't exist without you, that we shouldn't be hiding the facts of the matter, which is no embarrassment to us. It'S just literally things that are out of our control. Yes, we are living through a pandemic and pandemic is not just going to potentially affect our bodies. You know contracting the virus, heaven forbid, but it also takes a toll in our international relations when it comes to business and that's what's happened. That is exactly what has happened in the hair industry. Um, i think in general. If you buy hair extensions, you know. Yes, they hair extensions come from from china, but what you don't know about that is china really is just kind of like the manufacturer and they can put cell phones and cars and everything else together. Hair extensions together super quickly pretty inexpensively and they really just kind of beat out the rest of the world. In doing that, however, china also relies on korea. Korea is really known for their component making. So if you open up your wig, you look on the inside and you really study it. You'Ll see, there's lace, there's hair, there's little clips, there's some banding there's some elastic there's some fabric. All of these things are components that we purchase sent to our chinese factory, and we put it all together to make it pretty and packaged and send it to you now with the pandemic. Unfortunately, korea's border is closed to china and that has caused a huge, huge, huge huge can, i say, um like hard stop in the process now that you know that that is the reason why a lot of hair companies, whether you're like us, where you have your Own small little manufacturing plant, or even a large one or if you're sourcing from china that they're having a hard time finding lace products to actually sell here in the united states or abroad or whatever. It'S just a shortage going on all over the place. But the truth is, is that it's been a really huge struggle. It'S something that we knew that was coming. A lot of us did our best to try and stock up, and you know on products to make sure that we were able to take care of our customers. However, this has gone a lot longer than i think anyone has expected now. The good news is: is that uh? The plan you know, of course, is that the border will open up soon. Okay, now that you have all that information, i know you're, probably thinking okay. What does that mean for me, my wig, it's on his last leg. I got ta get something the next couple weeks. What do i do? Don'T worry? I got you covered. I have three tips on what to do tip number one. It goes without saying, stock up when you find that wig or whatever it is on somebody's site or our site or wherever you're shopping at, and you feel pretty confident about it make sure make sure make sure you buy more than just one. The reason is like i mentioned before: yes, the goal is that, hopefully, everything will get back to normal in february in a few months, but that's not guaranteed and also too right now pretty much. Every hair vendor is at their critical low point of inventory. So you might buy one today and then come back next week and they don't have anything. I hope i said that right, don't pay more than 20 increase pay attention tip number three wait lists right now because of the critical inventory levels most companies are starting some kind of wait list, especially for their popular items.
