Hello, everyone. It'S me again, it'll be a black swan and i'm back again with another wig review with the company studio girl here here. It is because i know i'm butchering the name so oops look at the box upside down. This is the company. I have all the detail, details of this wig and the company down below in the description box. So don't worry about that. So they gave me this cute little bob, and i saw a look on gabrielle union that i'm going to try my best to mimic because it's this length. This is the hair. It is still a little damp from when i washed and conditioned her, which i feel like you know as like i do it on all my wigs, but especially right now. It'S pretty, i feel like it's the best thing to do. When you get a wig, you make sure that you wash it with shampoo and conditioner, just don't co-wash it, but yeah like make sure whenever you get a wig in the mail, make sure you're fully washing it. I like to use very hot water when i'm washing it just makes me feel like it's killing more germs, when i do that they put it in a little cute sleeper bag. So that's what i'm going to store my wig in, but also it had the actual plastic bag, and they gave me this little goodie bag and it has a little pamphlet. You know hair care and whatnot um edge brush. They gave me some lashes too, also with um edge, scarf, i'm going to lay down your edges and then a wig cap which i'm not using, because this is not my color, the color that i have on it's like brown. You really can't see the difference that much, but this is like in real life. It'S a brown color, and this is like a tan and then they also gave me this cute little hair, clip that says: ju juoda, whatever so yeah, i'm pretty much going to be. Storing this away properly using the materials that he gave me, i can never say this enough, but do not throw away the packaging for your wigs. This is the best way to preserve your wigs and store them, so they last longer and they don't get as matted up so as soon as i take the wigs off i brush them, then i store them away and i think it's funny because, like none of My homegirls, like really are big into like care like i am, and the reason why i'm really big! Oh! No before i even started giving sponsorships, i always really enjoyed wigs, like i would say, but um a portion of my tax, my income tax to buy myself the wig for the year and i would have to i would have to girl, make sure she was good Because that's all i had so my wig care comes from struggle times and i'm not even that mad at it. So i'm gon na go ahead and put this wig on, because i'm excited to see this lace, it's not a full lace. You can see so my ears will just be covered by the sides and i don't have to do like a full lay down, so it does have an expandable strap like adjustable, strap, expandable, strap, adjustable, strap already installed into the wig, and it has the combs. It has um coming at the top on the side and at the back, so you have your four combs, which is also standard. Um, i'm going to show you this lace, real, quick in the front. You kinda see what i'm working with. I did pluck it just a little bit, but when i received a wig, it really wasn't in a bad state to where i felt like i was you know like some wigs, though the hairline is just so unrealistic. It looks like you're, literally wearing like a a really bad cosplay wig, that's not what's going on this wig, but plugging it really does help. This is a really cute length. I think i'm gon na do curtain bangs, because that's the look that gabriel union had she had curtain bangs into her way. So in order for me to do that, this part is already dry, so i can go ahead. I can put heat on it and uh. I'M gon na do the curtain bangs first and then i'll cut the lace alright. So because i want you to see me cut this bang these curtain bangs, because this is a really cute adjustment you can make on your wigs and it takes no time at all. Okay, i'm actually going to start like here, okay, so i'm just going to section off the desired piece that i want in the front. Let'S see, i just took this chunk on this side of the part and i'm going to do the same on the other side, and then what you want to do is when you take your parting, you want to kind of see where you want your bang to Stop so i want my curtain vein to stop right at my um cheekbones, so there we go, i'm just going to flip them over and then i'm gon na make sure when i'm cutting it. I'M not. I'M tilting my head at the wrong angle because i don't want to do it too short and sometimes, when you tilt your head at the wrong angle, it'll come out uneven or short. So there we are and there's my curtain bang. So now all i have to do is just dry, the rest of the hair, and then i can curl it or if i really want to go in, i can i'll go ahead and do it i'm going to go ahead and uh do another section just so. I have a little more layer, so i want the layer to be kind of chunky, so i'm taking the section right. Let me even it up the section and my marker is my ear. So this is the next section um. I guess i'll. Do it to my chin, this looks really weird, but i swear it's gon na work all right, so i'm just gon na twist. It do the same thing. So i have a flat layer and i twist it just like i did the bang. Let me get a good grip on it. I want to mess this up, so i'm just going to use my mirror, so i can do a straight line and straight cut. Now, what you're supposed to do is uh when you're cutting your curtain bangs, you want to shag them out a little bit and you do that when you just cut up, so i'm going to go off camera and finish um the drying and then i'm going to Hop back on i'm going to dry it and then i'm just going to go ahead and bump it a little bit with a flat iron and then i'll go ahead and do the lace on camera. But this is going to be such an easy style. Wig, like it's going to be easy style wig. I could not get my words together. This wig is gon na, be so easy for me to style. I can already tell i can already see the potential so yeah i'll be right back okay. So i'm back. I dried the hair completely and then i went ahead and like i bumped it a little bit, but can you see how the layers are coming along? I feel like i would probably do better with a little bit of a curling iron, because i'm not good at bumping with flat irons. If you know what i mean later, though, so i'm going to go ahead and cut this lace off. Oh this part right here you see how thick this this part is. I just make sure i cut all the way because you can see where the wig starts. I cut that all the way off and then for the rest of the lace, i'm going to cut like a little l. I'M pretty sure when you put your wigs on you, don't have to take the lace up this far. I just have to go off camera and dry it because i didn't feel like plugging up my hair dryer all the way over here. It'S like, on the other side of the room, all right so pull that up so that part and then i'm going to hit it one more time on the hairline i just started doing. This is such a great way to melt the lace just hitting the hairline. Like after you glued her down, go back and hit the hairline with gossipy-free spray, or in my case i'm hitting it with the the holding spray. This brand right here got off amazon, earring ebin, i'm just gon na. Let this chill for a little bit. Let it melt let it melt down. Oh yeah and another thing i stopped doing. I quit doing this so tight. What was i thinking like? It does not have to be time to give myself headaches, because i put it on so tight because i feel, like you, have to press it down hard for your stuff to melt. It actually melts better when you just have something. That'S you know snug to wear like it's, not gon na move but you're not like pulling it all the way tight. So maybe i'm i don't know, i might be the only person who did that but whatever so i'm just going to go ahead and wait for about 20 minutes and then i'll be back with the finished look and then my final thoughts on this leg. Okay, so here's the final look and just to let you know like about this um spray after you. Let it sit it's not. I don't want to pull too too hard, but it's like during the day. It'S not gon na. It'S not gon na go. Nowhere like it has to get yanked off your head for it to go anywhere like games, pretty good, pretty pretty good, um and or i find that it can it'll sweat off like it's. Not it's not sweatproof. So that's just just a little disclaimer, so yeah super cute. The layers came out nice. It came out better than i expected them to. This is very age-appropriate. For me, okay, i'm a 30-something plus woman, and i think that i would probably wear this out to a really cute brunch he's not here in houston. You know we likes to get out on sunday. I have no qualms about this wig. This wig was like super easy to style and i feel like it's even easier to maintain, because the lace is like this big and i just pop it out and pop it off like tonight. When i go to bed, i'm not wearing her to sleep and then tomorrow can just pop it right back on. I can just put the glue, i can just put the spray and then be on my way now.
