Now i'm here to expose a company and it's been a while, since i made a youtube video, a hair, video and exposing video. But this is going to be an exposing and exposing bender's hair video, because i don't like people trying to play with me or people trying to play my money or anything like that. I'Ve already contacted them because they think that they're slick and they're going to get over and no this ain't that baby. So you actually picked the right time to try to [ __ ] me over, because now i'm for the [ __ ] you over. Let'S take it back to january now my birthday just passed. I just turned 24 happy birthday to me, and this is how i get treated. This is my birthday present right. Yeah i reached out to this company called wonder girl here on aliexpress and the reason that i reached out to the company on aliexpress stuff, because i usually always get my wigs from amazon as you should. I will say honestly really don't trust aliexpress companies, because aliexpress companies are full of [, __ ] and then on top of that, this company has a um location in the us. So i thought that maybe because of that you know it helped me get it helped me get my hair faster and it'll, probably be a better product, because they're actually dealing with it in the warehouse inside of the us, rather than dealing with the companies in china And just basically going with whatever they get delivered right, so i go when i find this wig and it's supposed to be now. They changed the description. When i first looked at the wig, it was like a 13x6 lace front closure um. It was like 30 inches and a 250 density. Now during this time, when i have found my wig everything on aliexpress had like sales and deals, and all that, maybe that was like the um the issue at hand. Maybe i shouldn't have did it because of all the sales and everything, but at that period of time you know we had just got past the um, what they call it. Just we just got past christmas time and everything was on sale and stuff like that. So i'm like hey, why not and then, on top of that amazon really doesn't do any type of like deals or anything like that where they get certain percentages off of their hair, they usually either just bump it down and don't say anything or it basically stays The same price so i'll go when i look and i'll see the wig and stuff like that and mind you, i'm looking through the reviews. I always look through the reviews before i purchase a wig and i see like no real bad reviews right. So i'm just scrolling scrolling scrolling this girl scrolling, i'm looking like i'm looking for the bad reviews and stuff like that. Remember that i said that so i'm looking for the bad reviews and stuff, i really can't find that you know i see the pictures with the girls and the hair and stuff i'm like. Oh that's, cool, that's cool, that's cool! So i go on the whim and i purchase the hair. Now i go out of my way to like have dialogue with this um company because you're not a real company, so it's just like i was going and i was having dialogue with the person named judy. Um, just so, i'm not throwing anything out there. I'M gon na include screenshots because again i already said what i was gon na do and you didn't listen. So i'm pretty sure i wasn't even talking to a judy. I was probably talking to one of the one of the um males that run companies, because i feel like when males run hair companies. They really don't care about what the customers actually go through. Y'All just want to take everybody's money, and i have an issue with that. So i'm gon na show you the wig that i thought i had purchased. I'M gon na put it somewhere on the screen. So y'all can see what i thought i was gon na get, and this is actually what i received now. I have worn this hair because again i had to wear it for my birthday. It literally came like the a few days before my birthday so and when i first got it, i really didn't even pay attention to it, because i just had so many other things going on. But again, i'm gon na show you how to wig and stuff like that and yeah. So this is what it looks like it's long. It'S really really really long. It'S actually longer, but i'ma tell y'all why it's not as long everything was actually pretty cool, even though it was a tea party because, like i said, i thought it was a 13x6. They went and changed it. It has glue on it because, yes, i have worn it, it's a tea party wig. So basically what it is is you got like a little part right here and then you have the edges on the side. You don't have anything else. All this is track here. So like, if you wanted to do like a side part, you can't do a side part with this wig. You could only do a middle part. That'S why it's a tea part wig. So when i had first scent this week it was a 13x6, but i feel like they went in and they changed it because again i do hair videos. I'Ve done hair reviews. I'Ve had companies send me hair, i'm very good with reading descriptions and that when i first purchased it it did not say tea party wig, they went in and they added that at the end, so yeah. Basically i got i got. I got that and i never get that, but this is the first time that i got so yeah. Everything was really cool about the wig when i first saved it until i actually put that damn wig on. First of all, let me whine back. I had to bleach the nostrils when i take these knots would not bleach for [ __ ]. I could not get the knots to bleach. I had to bleach the knots like three times four four times four times, but i know for a fact. I bleached it. Three times - and it was not - the nice was not trying to bleach, which also told me, okay, synthetica, and what made me really come to the fact that it was synthetic? Is this [ __ ]? Let me see, let me brighten this up and see if i can see it what the [ __ ] is that what what? What is this this this looks like the end of those old witch brooms? I took a picture of this. I took a picture of this and i sent it to the vendor. I took a picture of it and i may include the screenshot here, but it's in here i want y'all to see that i emailed this, this stupid [ __ ] right. This is the proof that i sent the pictures and all that yeah we're gon na scroll down and i'm gon na read you guys what i said. Okay, so i said hello, i was ready to inform that the hair tangles at a lot at the ends and are always frizzy like the hair, is synthetic i like to have it's like. I have to keep a flat. I always have to keep a flat iron with me, because, if not it won't stay straight and the texture of the hair is supposed to be straight. So basically, what i was saying is [ __ ]. This is not supposed to happen. This is supposed to be a straight wig why the [ __ ]. Does it look like this? What the [ __ ] is this okay straight hair should not let me tell you something what what what what's what's going on, what like for real? What'S going on like and then i got hair all tangled, it's just too much it's too much and this stupid bastard said really they're tangle. I am so sorry to hear that we asked our factors to check many times before shipping it. It should be no problem. I have the i have to send the picture. I have sent the picture to add side factory to check the problem. Probably did you check the i have sent, they meant to say they sent the picture to ask their factory to check the problem. So then she asked, did i cut the lace? I said the lace is perfectly fine. The main issue is the ends. Don'T try to make. It seem like first of all, what's going on down here. What goes on down here has nothing to do with up here. You hear me so don't bring the lace into it, because the lace has nothing to do with anything. So i'm like the lens, has nothing to do with this. This issue that i'm that i'm coming to you about. Okay, the issue is the end of the hair. Is very shitty: it's like it's tangling and it's very tech, y'all seen it. I really can't like. I really can't describe it. No more than just tangly and synthetic it's getting very much synthetic and i try to work with this company to you know just kind of i don't like to expose companies. But when things like this happen, i have no choice but to expose them because it's just like okay, you don't even know what i do. I went out of my way to purchase hair out of my own pocket just to see how i was and then this is what happened. So if i was a youtuber or if i told you that i do youtube or anything like that, i'm pretty sure you would have gave me something different, but because you thought that okay well, this is another customer that i can get over on. Then i'm gon na try it and it didn't work. So basically, what i'm going to say is i'm going to include the the screenshots of basically the company um, trying to get me to basically say nice, things about the hair to give me a refund and then also i've never received a refund. We had a conversation where i was supposed to be issued a refund regardless and i was not issued a refund so now i had to get aliexpress involved. I had to get my um bank involved because companies like this they like to send you see they like to send you shitty things, and then they want to take your money and run and i've tried to com. I'Ve tried to contact this company multiple times before it even got this far because i didn't want to get this far but yeah wonder girl, hair. If you want your money took in and if you want to be given something that you did not ask for, then yeah shop with them, if you want tangley hair shop with them, if you want the wrong thing shot with them, if you purchase one thing and Then they change it to another and they send you what they want you to have purchase from wonder girl here and if you look at their percentage on their ratings on aliexpress at 91 percent, that's actually pretty low. You know what i'm saying, because compared to other, like companies and stuff like that, don't get me wrong when i purchased. I purchased it like may january yeah, because it was. I purchased there like a few days before my birthday, so yeah i purchased may january their ratings. Wasn'T that low it was actually. I think when i first looked at the store because, like i said when i purchase hair, i go through the whole like website. I go through the reviews and stuff like they really like a 94 which isn't bad, but in 91 you went down from you went from a 94 down to a 91. That'S the issue. Okay and then the fact that you have customers that are trying to contact you, which goes back to the reviews, which today i was able to go. You have to really like go in depth on your website to find their bad reviews and the reviews that i've seen the bad reviews is the review that i'm making in this video right now they give out tangly hair and then they try to they try to Make it seem like they're gon na they're, trying to find a way to fix the situation? They don't want to fix the situation. They want you to put up good reviews for them. Then once you put up the good reviews for them and then they don't say anything back so now i'm going to put this on youtube i might put on instagram because i'm not really into instagram, like that. I don't really want my youtube to be affiliated with my instagram, but yeah. I'M definitely going to put this on my youtube, so people can see do not purchase this hair. Let me let me go pick up this [ __ ]. This hair had really good potential. Like up here at the top, it's really not that bad, but once you get to the bottom, it's like you can't control it, and then it's like. I tried to snip the ends to even try to finesse it, because this way is to finesse like shitty hair. It'S it's ways to finish: shitty hair like this, but it's like it, don't matter how much you try to trim it or line it up to the point where you know it doesn't even have to be as tangly. It still gets tangled. So i would not recommend shopping with wonder girl here out of 10. I would probably give them a zero honestly and it's just because of the um. It'S the fake, it's the fakeness in it like they're, not really trying to help you with your issue and as i go through the reviews on the company - and i really like was able to see like bad reviews. They don't really try to um interact with you. If you're not trying to give them a five star review, even though they don't sell five star hair, their hair is not a good quality. I'M sorry, i can't i'm not gon na. No, i'm not gon na do this, because at this point we could have had a conversation and we could have came to a happy medium and all of that and everything could have been cool, but instead of trying to figure out your customers issue, you wanted to Get what you wanted and you don't want to respond, and i just don't find that fair and people like me, gon na, expose it because me. Yes, i do hair reviews from time to time and at a period of time i was doing it all the time, but i still purchase my own hair and i'm still a real regular person. I still go and i buy my own hair and i do you know my own styles and stuff like that. So i expect where another customer expects. That'S why i say when i do reviews for people i want them to get what i get and, if they're not getting what i get then there's really no point of reviewing it, because it's like my it's basically like i'm a liar companies like this. You really have to look out for because they will lie and they will try to make it seem like. Oh yeah, we have this great hair analysis on the third and they're paying people to get good reviews and they're, not even paying them anymore, they're. Making them give the reviews and then they don't pay them, and then they don't see anything. I'Ve also seen that in the rebar reviews as well, they they give people they reach out to the people, tell them to give them five stars and then they'll give them like a certain percentage back and then they don't send them the money. You know what i'm saying and i just want to say, watch out for this aliexpress company. If people do not need to shop with wonder girl here and if you're shopping with them, you need to stop and yeah. Take me take me as proof you don't want to shop with them. Do not shop with them. I'Ve never came on camera and bashed a hair company, but this company needs to be bashed. Do not do not do not purchase their hair. Please you've heard it from me, okay and if you don't, if you really don't like trust, my reviewer intuition go back to my other hair videos on my channel you'll see, i get very deep, really deep, in-depth reviews and my honest general opinion this hair, like i Said the top is really cool like you can manage the top, but the bottom is just so horrible and if you can't even comb through your hair, what is the point of having that hair? You know what i'm saying it's like every time you got a comb. It'S like you got ta, you know like you should not do that so yeah, if you guys want i'm gon na leave the link down to this down to this company below. If you still feel like you want to purchase one or more, even if you want to reach out to them and tell them yeah, y'all, [, __ ] up for what y'all are doing or go look at the reviews yourself. Because, honestly, i have no reason to lie. I'M going to keep them, i'm going to insert the proof in the screenshots in this video. Also do not let these companies get you i'm gon na lie. They got me. I should get what i paid for. I almost paid 200 for this hair and i should have some type of decent quality. You know what i'm saying at least be able to comb a brush through it, come on wonder girl here and then judy the the girl that they're having reach out to people. I really don't think it's a female but judy you're, a [ __ ] up person. I need you to know judy you i'm talking to you. Judy you're a [, __, ] up person and y'all need to stop scan people taking their money and giving them shitty quality and you're taking their money. If people are paying over 100 plus 200 plus for something, you should not be going out of your way to just get [ __ ] that could be bought at the beauty. Supply store really put some effort into your company, because people like me will come out and expose you, and if i hear anything back from them, i will do it again.
