After doing the comb chase method to smooth out the texture, just a bit more, i kept the temperature to 400 degrees. My hair is super healthy right now. I'Ve worked very hard to get it to this point and of course, i'm going to be using that same blow. Dry spray on this section and i'm going in making sure to coat the strands and distribute the product all throughout the sections making sure to concentrate on the ends of the hair. I'M doing a little bit of finger detangling, because my next step is to go in with the felicia leatherwood detangling brush, starting from the ends making sure to hold the section in my hand, as i comb, through working my way up towards the roots. Now for a couple of texture shots, because this is just my hair - a little bit stretched, but in its natural state, with just the blow dry spray, i'm going in with a little bit of this opening gloss again. One pump because i want to make sure that i can get that nurtured, shiny, look now before i go in and place the u-part wig in position. You have to go in and remove these lace attachments, which just holds the? U part in place, and you want to cut very close to the weft making sure not to disturb it or damage it. Positioning the u-bar in place is a breeze. The clip that's situated around the crown is where you want to first install the unit and i'm telling you the fit on this was perfect. I love it like the best fitting view, part wig i've had in years, and the clips are perfect. The wefts are not bulky, they're thin, so they sit neatly in place. I love this. They did their thing. It always amazes me, like the difference in texture like when i look at my hair in comparison to the units because girl, i know some of y'all y'all are okay with being clockable, but that's not my ministry again. My hair is just so healthy. It is so much thicker, i'm really considering doing like a hair care journey video from 2020 until now, because i've made some strides, but the next part of this is super important, i'm going to be using the one step volumizer. This takes the place of the blow dryer and the round brush. So this is a great way to create tension in this section to lengthen the hair without without damaging the hair when done properly, and it cuts down the time that you have to expose your hair to heat when done strategically and pay attention to how i am Holding the section in my hand - and i'm not just raking it through my hair and don't be afraid to dust those ends when necessary, because i want this look to be neat and i'm not afraid of trimming, my hair, why are y'all scared to cut your hair? Sometimes, if you cut your hair effectively it aids in the growth and the retention of lane so again don't be afraid. The tension applied with the one step volumizer is perfect, especially when you think about the cuticles of the hair. I had to do it, get the hot comb and just touch the roots.
