613 Lace Front Wig Transformation | Yellow Blonde To Ash Blonde

Hey everyone: it's you care, welcome back to Kelly Beattie here on YouTube and in today's video we're going to be working with this wig that came in the color six one, three very popular, you see it all over YouTube and initially this is what my client wanted. She wanted this, but then she put it on and she was like. Oh so much it's a little much you know, so we are going to tone this ice blonde, this white blonde down because you know for corporate America, it's not the bad. You know it's not! The most I don't want to say professional, but it's just not it's not what she was going for, and that was she thought that she wanted so we're using these two colors we're using the darker color at the root area and we're gon na use. The lighter color on the rest of the hair, so this is going to be a lace front wig. So we have two combs in the wig at the top and then we have one at the Mait. We have the adjustable straps. You know how it goes, and so I'm gon na be honest with you guys I get a little bit of it a little bit of anxiety when I am applying color, especially with this unit, because I'm adding some darker colors into this lighter unit. So I was a little bit apprehensive, been afraid that it would come out looking crazy, but at the other day it did come out. Looking really good, so you'll see that at the end. So what I'm doing here is adding the darker colors darker color to the root so that we have a little bit of a natural look. And so, if you look at the way I'm applying the color, so I'm applying it. But I am flipping the brush so that we have the thin side of the brush on the hair so that we can create a faded gradient effect and then I'm just pulling the color all the way to the ends of the hair. So we're just going to do this until we completely cover all of the hair on this unit and we're going to let it sit for 25 minutes, so it can process now. This is what it looks like after everything is applied to the unit. It looks darker than actually will come out to be, and that is like the trick with hair colors that it usually is a bit lighter than what it appears me too, and this is what it looks like when it was completely air, dried, okay. So here's what we have now actually had to add. Color again I put this brown in between, like I have some panels of brown just to kind of like to further the glare is kind of missing it, but I'll definitely show an after. After once. I have her style and everything, but it's actually really pretty. This is not giving it any justice. So what I did was apply the darker brown color, it's kind of like in the way that you would do a highlight to tone the blond down so that we could add a little more warmth. So I have, I left the back part of the unit, mostly blonde and at the top in the crown area and the middle part of the unit. I added more Brown so that we toned it down so that it's more like the ash blonde type of vibe, and so she loved it and I actually really like it as well.
