Kinky Curly 22" Hd Lace Front Wig || Janet Collection

Guys, my name is michi yana for those who don't know me and new to my channel welcome um. I usually just like to talk about wigs hair, different hair stuff. That'S basically, all i really do um. So today i'm going to talk about this unit that i found, i'm not exactly sure how i found it, but i came across it online and it is a kinky texture wig. It is synthetic, so i'm really excited to try this because i've had it for a few weeks, but i have not gotten to make a video about it because i've been under the weather. I'Ve been pretty sick, but now that i'm feeling better, i'm ready to show you guys. So when i did see some reviews on this, it did say that it was like super super thick which made me nervous, because i sometimes don't like really thick hair um. But i'm still excited to try it. It is 22 inches, so that is pretty long for a kinky textured wig. Obviously i haven't taken it out the box, yet it is supposed to be like um, a melted type of a lace. That'S already pre-plucked you're. Not you! Don'T really have to do much styling to it, so we'll see how good this looks. This is actually a pretty color. Okay. I was not honestly thinking it was going to be this blonde at the ends, but because this is more blonde, let me get it out of this okay, so i took it out of all of its packaging stuff, and this is what it's looking like. I don't have like the best foundation right now. My wig cap has holes in it. It'S looking a mess, but i couldn't find any other ones. So i've been just using this one, so i am going to cut the perimeter of this while it's off of my head and then i'm going to put it on and lay it down a bit and see if it fits my head. I always have problems with it, never fitting here. It'S always a big gap over here, but we're gon na see how this okay, so the unit is cut, and now i'm going to throw it on my head. Okay, this wow! This is a lot of hair. This is big hair, okay, so it doesn't fit. My head, of course, not surprised it doesn't fit. My head very well because i have a large head. They never do, but that's okay, um it! Okay! This is giving me like lioness type vibes. It'S i actually like it so far, but i am going to lay it down and see if i can tame it a little because it is big hair. So give me a second okay, i'm gon na lay this down. I do have this got to be glue that i'm going to use just to lay this unit down. I don't have any spray. I ran up spray, so this is just going to have to work for me for today for this video, so i'm just going to lay this around the perimeter and honestly, when i wear my units, i don't always put a whole bunch of glue down like sometimes I do just put this on and go and it works for me, people don't be yanking out my head and i don't be swimming in this, so it works enough for me. I know some people use a whole lot of glue, but this is usually all i use and then a little bit of spray, but i ran out of spray, so we're gon na try and lay this. I got my little mirror. I'M gon na use this unit is kinky texture, so it kind of um pairs with my hair texture a bit. So i really don't care too much that my edges are showing it's not that big a deal. It'S fine! It'S fine! I still like it okay. So this is just so. This is so much hair. I don't even know where to begin. Okay, i'm i'm gon na try and lay the baby hair. Okay, just wait! It'S looking a mess right now, but i'm gon na get it together. Okay, this is so much hair, i'm having a hard time laying this any flatter. So this is a lot of hair. If you do not like big puffy units, you are not going to like this wig, because this is really a lot of hair. This wrap i tried putting in here, and it just did absolutely nothing to it. Um i did try laying the baby hairs, but i don't really like laying baby hairs on my units anymore. I just prefer not to so. I ended up just putting some of the wrap on and then like brushing them up. This lace is a little dark tinted. It is a lot darker than my skin color. So if you do have lighter skin color um this, the lace tint, is a lot darker. So what i'm going to try to do? I have a blow dryer here, i'm going to see if i can blow dry it a little bit and flatten it out some, because this is a lot. I don't think if i did wear this out, i would wear it all down. I would i can't wear it all up because, like i said the perimeter doesn't cover my edges very well, it's a little too big over my head. So i would probably i don't know what i would do, but i'm going i'm going to attempt to flatten this out really quick. This is obviously taking out um kind of a bit of the kinky texture, but not so much to me, because this is it's giving it more of like a blowout look, so i i'm just going to do this to the whole wig and see what it does. Okay, so i feel like this: it did tame it a little bit when i blow dried it all out, but it's still very poofy. So what i'm going to do next - and i did look on the box to see if i was really able to straighten it and what would do - and it doesn't say anything about it, but i'm going to do it anyways. It just does say that this is unclockable the hairline, which i guess the hair. It is a pretty good hairline, but i just feel like the lace is the bad part about this hairline. It'S really just a lace i feel like it is pre-plugged like it says. It says that it's pre-plugged um a lot of parting space, which it does the baby hairs uh. But it is a soft swiss lace and i i just feel like. Maybe it's just me, but when i look in the mirror, this lace is very dark compared to my skin color. But maybe that's just me. I don't know, but i am going to straighten this next and see what it does. Okay, so i am using this straightener. I do really like the straightener because it gets my hair really straight. I think it's like a titanium straightener or something like that um, but it does get very hot, so i do have it on its lowest setting. So it doesn't burn the hair, but i just want to see if i could get it flattened a little more. It is going to take the kinky texture out, i'm sure, but i'm hoping that it gives it kind of like a more of a blowout type of look. So that's what i'm going for. So i'm not doing many passes and i'm not chasing it with a comb because i don't want to get rid of like, i guess all of the kinkiness. It is pretty much going to get rid of a majority of the kinkiness, but i like i said i i just want to see if i can get it to have kind of like that, blowout texture and because it's so thick, i just want it to be Thinned out more so i didn't feel like this is the best option i have without cutting the wig, because i do like that. It'S thick it's just a little too thick for my lighting. Okay, i'm back, i flattened the wig out a whole lot. I didn't have the straightener on the highest setting, i had it on the lowest and it still did straighten it out a lot um the ends. I just showed the ends before the ends of this unit: they're horrible. They looked horrible before i even straightened it. It just has very you, know, ugly looking ends um, so i did straighten this and it somehow i feel about this unit. I don't really care for this unit. A lot like i knew it was going to be super big, but i guess i wasn't imagining how it would look on me when it was super big and it was huge and then i was like. Oh, maybe if i straighten it, it'll look better, but i feel like it still doesn't. Really look all that good. I don't know that was thinned out a bit more. It wasn't that big. It would have been a really cute unit, but it was a lot of hair. If you like a whole lot of hair, then you probably would have loved the unit. I thought i liked a lot of hair, but that was too much for me and um this. The hair is soft after i straightened it, it is soft. The ends are probably going to look horrible, no matter what you do to it, because they looked bad. When i took it out the box anyways the ends are not the nicest. Would i buy this wig again, probably not? No, i don't think i would. It was just too much in um yeah. Don'T really like this unit, though i will say some good things about it. The parting space is pretty nice. I'M going to show you guys on this unit. Sorry guys this is a fail. I was hoping this was gon na, be like a really nice. Oh yes, i found a great wig, but it's not i don't like it. I don't really care for it. So sorry guys this is not um the best unit that i found it doesn't look bad like i guess, like a ponytail yeah, but i don't think this is a unit that i wear a lot. It is soft, though it's very soft after straightening it i'm sorry. This video was not what i was hoping it was going to be. I was really hoping that i found this really cute unit and i could show you guys, but i don't really like it.
