Take you guys, along with me, to get ready for spring. What exactly does that mean this just means trying to get into you know the new season, and this is mentally physically and whatnot and um. I also have just been going through the most because of my building project and I just feel like it's time. I don't look like my problems, you know so I am going to be. You know taking you guys along with me to some appointments and you know just trying to like pamper myself so to speak. I have not really done this for the entire year of 2022 or the last six seven months. Let me say that, and I think it's time I think it fits the occasion you know um, I wouldn't really say spring - has sprung because, as I filmed this, it has more drained. It has not rained so we're in a confused little season, but I'm gon na take you guys to prepare with me for spring right. So the first thing that we're going to be doing is today I am gon na be going to the hair salon. I'M gon na be going there in a few I'm gon na. Take you guys, along with me, we're gon na. Do our hair and yeah we'll see what the day takes us from day, so I have done my devotions for the day I just have to eat. Breakfast but I'm Gon na Catch You guys after I've eaten breakfast because your girl is very hungry and I don't know if I can put my need right now. However, I do have a great deal of and we also bought um, pineapples and papayas. You know when the season becomes a bit warm fruits, maybe the fruits that matter start becoming available, not that the likes of banana and apples don't matter, but listen, I'm a mango type of girl. You know I'm a pineapple, you know yes, the seasonal fruits, so make sure you get yourself some fruits, okay, because fruits are absolutely absolutely refreshing in the summer in the spring or whatever put them in the fridge, you know grab a grape put it in the freezer. Have you have Frozen grapes? Thank me later, but I mean unfortunately, I don't really have too much to Showcase, but like I'll show you guys the fruits that we did get not too much because, like I said it is so spring, so spring has sprung, but the fruits have not. Yet you know harvested so yes, foreign books, um, that's why I get all my faith-based books, except for one which I got for present, which is my current devotions book or one of the two which is available on takealot, and I just wanted to share with you Guys what I got with good reason as well, so my journal, oh we, you know, I love my journal. I'Ve been journaling for about a year and a half a year and a half since last year me I've been journaling, so my journal finally ran out of pages. Can you believe that talk about a journal that lasts right? It'S been a while ago, yeah, and so I got another Journal, she's closed with strength and dignity, how gorgeous yeah. This is how gorgeous it is, and it was 149 but um on promotion. I got it for 90 Rands, so you know save coins or whatever, and it's really cute, I'm not a fan of Pink, although, like I always gravitate towards it when I run things, but I don't like pink, don't get me wrong, but I really you know I, Like this book - and I like the the cover you know, I like the covered books for journaling, not really the ones that have um. You know like the loops yeah, I don't know not for journaling, and then I also got a book. I'M not really much of a reader myself, but I would like to become one with this new season nights. I got um a woman evolved by Sarah Jakes Roberts and this is how it looks and this one I've got for 280.. I prefer, you know hardcover books. I don't want um soft, what is it like a paperback? I don't want electronic, I feel like me and my eyes. We want to look at a book like this. We don't we need glasses. So, yes, I'm gon na. Let you guys know how this book goes as soon as I completed. I don't want to say I want to finish it by you know we'll see when I completed, but these are my purchases from come books absolutely enjoyed it, and on that note, I'd also like to share one of my devotions from this morning um. I didn't film that, because I wouldn't say I was rushing but like I just wanted to do my devotions and I wanted to get ready for the days that I don't get late for my nail appointment. I saw what my nails first of all like baby at this look at this look at this, oh they're, so pretty look at them look at them, and this is how my nails look. They are a lilac type of color, so yeah and this is Gelish. So this is on my own nail bed, I don't have extensions or any acrylics so guys. It says this is um by the way. This is one Thessalonians 5 versus 14 and we're gon na read it all the way to versus 24.. So it says now we exhort you Brethren, warn those who are unruly Comfort. The faint-hearted uphold of the week be patient with all so I'm gon na dig into everything. As I read and write so just from here, it says you know, warn those who are unruly. I think what we can take from just that statement is brotherly correction, which has been spoken about in another part of the Bible. You know that when we want to warn those who are unruly - and you know, put people on the right path, we need to do it from a place of love. You know give Mercy to people the same way. God gives you Mercy when you're on the wrong path and you're going back into. You know like a good path, so to speak, a good path. You know that everything we do should be out of love and not out of condemnation. You don't want people to feel like they're being condemned, God doesn't condemn you, so you can't condemn other people. You need to do everything from a place of love and then it goes on to say, Comfort. The faint-hearted uphold the weak and be patient with all. I think these characteristics are absolutely amazing because our you know um our father, Our Father in Heaven. These are his characteristics. This is Jesus all the way and then it goes on to say see that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue. What is good both for yourself and for all rendering evil with evil noted for Tat? You know how the world works is not how the kingdom of God works. You know the way that God would like his children to live is very contrary. You know to some extent to how the culture wants us to do things. Culture says: well: if they kill someone, you love kill them. You know, God says if they kill someone, you love pray for them, bless them, forgive them because the Lord says vengeance is mine. You understand, Vengeance Is Not Yours to go in. You know, there's nothing! That'S happening that God did not see. Okay, so let Vengeance be that of the Lords, don't walk around with hatred and regret in your heart, because at the end of the day, I also do believe that sometimes, when we forgive people, we don't forgive them for the for the sake of them, we forgive Them for our own sake and our own peace of mind. So let us practice to not do this Tit for Tat thing. You know what I mean, it goes on to say, rejoice, always pray without seizing, and everything give thanks for this is the will of God. In Christ, Jesus for you guys guys guys guys Rejoice, always, I think, there's Beauty in always looking for the bright side of things, you know the life that we do live and also in the society that we live in. We live in a very broken and Fallen World. You know, I'm sure we all know this and we can't always find fault with everything and constantly want to find fault. You know, don't be a critique all the time don't be trying to criticize everything. Try and also bold and uplift - and you know, speak them, those things to yourself and to other people. You know Rejoice, find things to Rejoice about gratefulness, thankfulness, look for the bright part of everything you know and pray without seizing you know. Prayer is a very beautiful and a very interesting thing, as well praying without seizing be sure to constantly pray. It doesn't matter if your prayer hasn't been answered. It'S been five days. It'S been five months. It'S been five years when we look at you know like for the Abraham example. This is someone who you know did not give up the faith and the trust they had in God in his old age. He bore the son that God promised him. You know praying without seizing having faith. You know you cannot, please God without faith. Faith is the only thing that can please God. We cannot, please, God without faith. We need an end to pray without ceasing. You need Faith because only faith and you know Grace - can actually lead you to pray without ceasing. So I encourage you to continue praying for the thing that you've been praying for, because what, if you stop praying - and tomorrow was the day of breakthrough, you know because you don't want to live in a great thinking. Oh my gosh. What would have happened if I didn't stop, you know rather live in I'm grateful. I didn't stop because look. What happened? You know, and it goes on to say and everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ. Jesus for you, like I said thankfulness guys, you know, always have always be in a place where you have the posture of thankfulness and gratitude, because a heart that is grateful doesn't make space for complaining, doesn't make space for you know not being content. So what I was saying sorry, my camera cards, I was saying there are some people who've never experienced load shedding like they don't have homes to experience a power cut. The fact that you can experience one be grateful. You have a home, you have you afford. You can afford you know what I'm saying. Look for the things to be grateful for there's always something to be grateful, for you can see sight, be grateful you know, and so it goes on to say, Do not quench the spirit. Do not despise prophecies test. All things hold fast, what is good abstain from every form of evil? If something is the right thing to do hold on to the right thing to do hold on to the good things never ever ever make space for evil to come into your life. You know abstain from every form of evil. If you know that listening to this type of music makes me want to kill people, it makes me want to sway, it makes me want to send indulge in sexual immorality, stop listening to it abstain from everything. As long as you are intentional about abstaining from what is evil and seeking God remember, God knows our intentions and our hearts. He knows the deepest thoughts and the deepest things going on in our hearts, so he will ultimately draw near to your future near to him. Yeah, you guys, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
