This Wig Was Made For Me...And You Too! Blonde Highlight Wig Install | Wow African

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today i'm going to be doing this super quick, install the hair is bomb. That'S all i got to say, but i just wanted to say a quick shout out to african for sponsoring today's video and giving me this bomb away like it is amazing. So i'm about to go out. So, as you can see, i'm working with this super pretty wig from wow african. This wig is straight out the box. You guys and when i say straight out the box i mean i have not plucked it. I have not bleached it. I have not colored it. I have not done a thing but put it on my head, like you see here, so this wet this wig came wavy. That'S another reason why i didn't want to wash it. I want to show you guys a natural pattern. I love this kind of like wavy. Look like beachy, it's so cute, especially for the summer and the color is gorgeous. So, in my opinion, this is the perfect highlighted wig, like from the rooting to the placement of the highlights to the blonde, to the honey brown to the like chocolate, brown and the darker roots like that is perfect to me. I like a lot of depth and dimension in my highlighted units, and this is definitely displaying that so i'm gon na, let you guys know right now. You need to get this wig. This is the one i know i'll be hyping up the highlighted units, but this is the one it doesn't need any tweaking and it's perfect. It just looks so classy and like it doesn't look too much. It doesn't have those streaks going through it. It'S just a really really nice color job like it is amazing, so um, some more information on this wig. It is a 13x6 which you guys know is my favorite, because it just looks a lot more natural and it just lays a lot better and also is 150 density. Everybody'S version of 150 density is different. In my opinion, some is a little on the thinner side and some are like this, which are still full. It could be because of the texture um. It just appears a lot fuller, but with to 150 density, it is still light because you don't want your wigs to be too heavy because i'd be liking, the 200 and 250, but they are a little bit more on the heavier side. So i love love love. This and look at this hairline, it looks so good, oh my goodness, so i'm gon na speed through this part, because you guys have seen me - install my wig, a million and one times and we're focusing on the actual unit today, okay, but for those who may Be new, i do not do the bald cap method, nor do i use glue. It'S just not preferred for me and i feel like um the between the ball cap and using glue. That is what causes a lot of tension on your hairline, especially if you are putting on wigs and taking off wigs as much as me, i'm not saying that they're bad, but again for what i do. This is just better and i've noticed like. I still have my edges, so i'm gon na stick to what i know so i like to spray it down. I prefer the even spray i've used other sprays in the past, but so far i've been sticking to this one for the past a year or so, and i absolutely love it. So i highly recommend getting the even spray. They have a bunch of different ones, different holes, different purposes, so make sure you guys check them out. So now that the wig's on my head and i'm letting the lace melt into my skin, i am just kind of hot combing. It to you know, see how i really want to style it, making a little flatter, and all that i like to do that. While my lace is melting so that i'm not sitting here all day doing my hair, then i will take it off and cut my lace. It'S super easy! You guys it takes like two seconds to cut the lace. I may be a little sloppy a little fast, but listen. The job still gets done. Okay, i'm not going to sit here all day, um doing the same thing for it to look the same like baby, i'm no hair stylist. So it's only going to look so good over here. So at this point it's just a lot of like back and forth and just paying attention to detail. Um i like to go in and like kind of map out my hairline or my baby hairs and continue laying the lace after i do that i will continue laying the hair some more. You guys see. I pulled out the wax. Stick the hot comb and i'm just gon na style it and like kind of mold, the wig, where i want it to lay so like you know some people wear their middle parts going towards their face. Some do the little push back. Look, i'm pretty much doing that and figuring out how i want my hair to look before i actually style it. The waves you guys with this color just looks so amazing, like i have to show you guys it looked so so good if you want to do this. Beachy, look this with some layers or, if you want to like crimp the front of it, would look amazing, but i wanted some like loose messy curls, so i'm going to do like very light layers. This is going to be a little layering hack. If you just take those pieces in the front and just cut them a little bit below your chin, that will create the illusion of more layers. So that's what i did. I did not want to do too much today and i had to get out the hat. What am i doing, and i had to get out the house, you guys so um i had literally an hour to do my hair, so i had to do what i had to do so i'm yeah just do that flip. It back you'll see me flip. It back and then i'm going to start curling, my hair, so i decided to use my wand curler today, i'm adding some serum as well. I always add serum. It gives the hair a nice shine like that. Salon-Esque look! So that's what i do, but i'm going to be using my curler. This is the foxy bay curling iron and i just put like what four or five pieces on each side - and i didn't hold it for long and i sprayed it and then that was it. I did not even do what i normally do and like comb it out with the comb baby. I use my hands because the hair was already wavy. The hair just already had volume and body, so it required very minimal effort for me to style this hair. So just run your fingers through your hair kind of like shape the curls, like, i always say, um yeah. You can do this with your hands comb anything, but those curls look amazing. It just looks so good. I will say for some reason that side kept dropping and it's weird because i took more time curling that side than the other side. But it's neither here nor there didn't have to be perfect. Because that's not the look that i was going for because when you're in a rush honey you cannot get perfection, i'm sorry, you can aim for it. But it's not going to be perfect. So now i'm doing my baby hairs. I was trying to do like a light baby hair, so we're just going to like skip through this, like it was like smitty on baby hairs. You know like they were like too much, but then at the same time they weren't like overdone but like yeah, we're just going to skip through this and then do not forget to add some powder in that part baby to make it pop and look realistic, because We all have a scalp, so we want the scalp to look like something and that's pretty much it you guys i just kind of played with it a little bit more ba-ba-boom judged it up. I showed you guys the finished result and i did my makeup off camera and i want to talk to you at the end today i was going to say peruge, but today, so you guys this is the completed. Look. It came out absolutely perfect. I am obsessed um. I really liked the natural texture of the hair, so i wanted to keep it like that. I didn't want to curl it too much layer it too much.
