A Week In My Wig | Straight, Wavy, Removal | Wigencounters X Lovelybryana

Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so i'm going to whiz kids concert tonight with my girls, and i got a new wig that i want to put on. So this wig is from wig encounters. This is my first time getting a wig from them um. So, like always i'll go outside and show you guys everything like how it looks in natural light and stuff, but this is their new lace, so it's their invisible skin melt lace. I think that's what it's called yeah invisible skin melt, hd lace, so just from looking at it fresh out of the box, i've done nothing to this unit. You guys it is really pretty it's supposed to be a body wave unit, but it's a little bit deeper. In my opinion, like usually body wave, is like a big wave. These are a little bit smaller, but it's still really pretty so right off the bat. The hair has a really nice shine like a silky luster to it, which you want with body waves. Typically, because when you wet a body wave, you don't really want to put that much product in it to weigh it down. So the fact that it has like a shine and stuff already is perfect um, but i do notice that the knots are not bleached and it's not plucked to my liking. So i am going to go ahead and bleach the knot and pluck it a bit more. This is what the hairline is looking like, um and i'm not sure if you guys can see the knots or not, but this is what it looks like. So i believe this one is 24 inches. I will have the right details down below in the description box. Um, but also this lace, just looking at it right now looks so good. That was theater's feet, pitter pattering away, and i am going to use real glue today. So we can get like a full aware of what it looks like um but yeah. Let me go ahead and let me bleach these knots and let me pluck it so that i can put it on. Don'T wan na spend a minute without you. I know you feel the same so come on. This is what the unit looks like once i wash the bleach out, i use the generic brand shimmering lights from sally's. You guys and these knots bleached really fast, so the past few units that i got that didn't have the knots bleach took me like three times to bleach the knots, but these bleached so fast, like almost too fast like i could have probably used 20 or 10 Volume um but yeah i'm gon na go ahead and pluck the hairline now and then we'll continue. Oh and if you guys want a detailed plugging video, because i've gotten a few questions on how i pluck with the hair standing up i'll, go ahead and leave that video down below and it should pop up at the top. So because i decided to wear the hair straight first, i am going to use my eap heat blow dryer you guys. This is a black on brand this and the flat iron that i'm using are both from them i'll leave some links down below for you guys, but look how straight and silky this unit got okay. This is just blow dry. I can't fake it when i'm with you, my legs go weak. Can you hear it? I think my heart just skipped a beating, so come on. Give me love. I never felt and then i'm just going to go ahead and use a little bit of this lotta body mousse just to get it nice and flat. You guys and i finally bought another pressing comb, so this was a cheap one. It was like 15 on amazon. It doesn't have that many settings. I think it only has three settings, but i only use it for my wigs anyway. So it's perfect, but yeah i'll leave a link for this down below as well. If anybody wants a little cheap, um, pressing gum, okay for the lace tint, so this is only my second time using lace. 10. It was actually my second time using this lace. Tint and it actually works really good on the lace but y'all. This made my knot back brown like it didn't turn on black, but it definitely turned them back brown, so um yeah, if you guys, have any recommendations for one that doesn't do that. Please leave it down below, but now i'm going in with my perfect line, great eraser. This is in the shade 10 i'll leave a link for this down below, and i think i have a coupon code for you guys for this. But yeah i'm going to go ahead and use this in my parting area. The only thing that i don't really like about this that i'm starting to realize is it does make my parts look a little bit whiter. So when i go in with my comb, i kind of just like scoop the hair up, because it pushes the hair down when you put the perfect line underneath and the hair kind of gets stuck in it, and it makes the part look super wide, especially if You pluck it more so yeah i just go in with the comb and kind of just like loosen the hairs up a bit um, and now i'm just taking this alcohol and i'm going to apply the wig i'm using a little bit of got to be glue. Just to make sure my edges are nice and slick back, because i not doing the wig cap method. You guys know it be pulling my edges out, no matter how gentle i am um, so yeah, i'm just sticking my edges back and then i'm going to use ivy's method and i'm just going to add my foundation powder right on top of my hair. To kind of create, like a fake, fake, scalp, a fake fake, scalp yeah, a fake, fake, scalp um, this is what i'm doing right here and then i'm using erica j hold me down glue to lay this baby won't down. Hold me like i'm. Yours show me that i'm yours, you know just what i want won't. You love me like the last time. Show me what it's about. I never felt nothing quite like this. I get high every time we kiss can't get enough babe so come. Give me love. Won'T you love me show me that i'm yours, you know just what i want won't you love me like the last time like a time was right now. Show me love me in the evening. So actually, before i glue it down, i'm mapping out my hairline. This just helps me when i use real glue, because you know if you put real glue where it's not supposed to go, it is so hard to get off. So i just use my foundation: i'm mixing foundations right now, so this is the lighter shade that i use, because i felt like if i used the darker shade, it would have tinted the lace it made the lace too dark um. So i'm going in with the lighter shade so that it blends out uh, really good and if it does get on the lace, it's a lighter shade and not a darker shade. So that's kind of okay that makes sense um but yeah. I just use that to trace out where i'm going to put uh the wig, and then it literally fits into this line like a puzzle piece your, i meant everything i said you don't have to search. No more love is all around so baby. Watch your hurry. You don't have to prove anyone, you don't need to worry. Oh i'm so transparent. Everything about you makes me smile. I wan na be your best friend your best friend i wan na. Be around you all the time you don't understand you don't need. I mean everything i said you don't have to search. No more love is all around so baby. So when i use glue, i haven't really been tacking. My sideburn area down i just been using. I got to be glue because i felt like it'd be right up on the hair and that's too much hair for me to put real glue on so just to save my edges, not my edges, my sideburns, i just use the got to be glued, and now I'M just adding a little bit of baby hair. Nothing too, like dramatic, i'm going from the soft kind of wispy baby hair, look um, so yeah, i'm just taking my time figuring out how i wanted to lay plucking it cutting it doing whatever i need to do to get it. How i want it? Okay, oh and now, to sharpen up my part a little bit more and thin it out a bit i'm going in with this dark brown and this black i like to mix them together, because this is like a 1b ish color hair and the black is too Black and the brown is too brown, so i just mix them and then go along my parting area and just make my part a little bit more thin, and then i'm also going to go in with a little bit more of the foundation um. Just to kind of make everything blend along the hairline area. So now i'm going to use just a little bit of my lovely beads edge control like the smallest amount and barely put it on there just to keep the baby hairs from like moving around in the wind and stuff just to give them a little bit of Hold that is pretty much it for the application of it. This is what the unit looks like straight, and then i come back and show you guys what it looks like like if it reverted back to being curly. I had this unit on for seven days. You guys so the rest of this video is just me checking in showing you guys what it looks like throughout the week, okay guys, so this is day three with this unit. I still have it straight. It did get a little bit wet in the shower in the back, so i think i am going to um re-wet it today and see if i can get the curls back um. But what did i want to tell you guys? I don't think i needed the jojoba oil when i straightened it, because this hair already has like a nice luster and shine to it. So it's getting kind of greasy a little bit and i haven't put any more oil in it, but yeah the hair still feels just really nice. I just think that i didn't need the extra sheen because it already has it like. It still has movement. It'S not stiff yet um, but in the front it is giving me a little bit greasy so yeah this hair is bomb without the oil. So what i'm about to put in this? I don't want to use water water because it's cold and i don't really want to be wet. So i think i'm going to almost right here. I think i'm going to just go in with the lotta body mousse and see if we can get the curls back and then, if i need a little bit of water i'll go in with that. But listen! That'S right your time. Okay guys. So i went for a little ride, went to the post office really fast and let my hair like air dry with the windows down - and this is what the waves look like now still super pretty um. So it's pretty much dry. It'S a little wet like right. Here um, this is what it looks like nice and full too. So this is definitely a wig for someone who wants like two in one um. If you don't want to get two wins, if you want a curly wig or like a wavy wig and a wig that gets really straight, like with ease and no problem. This is perfect because if i would have just seen that wig straight, i wouldn't have thought that it had any type of curl to it or any type of wave to it. But it's so pretty like it's. So pretty and it'll probably get even more wavy. If it's washed, or once it's washed um, because you guys seen that i just wet it and even with real hair, you know if you wet it directly from straight it take a little bit before it starts to curl back up um, but this did really good. It'S just a lot of body mousse and water y'all, and that is it this side right here. This is 100 dry um. All of this is dry and it still has a nice shine to it, or it could be a lot of body, because a lot of body has a nice shine to it um, but yeah. This unit is doing really good. So far, this is day three i'll check back in tomorrow and then we can really see like what the hair looks like if it's looking dry or anything like that um. But i'm really really liking this unit. Oh and i was able to get what it looks like outside on the car ride or in the car um. When i was driving, i was able to get what it looks like, so you guys can see what it looks like in natural light, because the sun was peeking out just a little bit um so yeah. So this is day six with this unit on i'm getting ready to start my day, um. I am going to take this unit off tonight because it's still doing really good. Well, let me not say that before i take this scarf off yesterday, it was still doing really good um, but i have another video that i have to film, so i have to take this unit off, so this is just how i've been sleeping in it. Lace still looking good, i haven't put anything in the hair since i wet it like. I didn't put anything in it the last what two days - and this is what it looks like i've just been rocking it like completely dry um but yeah. This is what i am working with, so it's starting to lift a little bit on the sides now. So i guess it's good that i'm taking it out tonight um, but i haven't got any real shedding. It hasn't really been tangling, especially in the back and for me to not like i haven't been putting my bonnet on. I just been putting my scarf on and kind of letting it just hang so sometimes underneath right here. It just gets really freaking tangled, like no matter what happens with clip-ins. It happens with my wigs this one's not really doing it um. So the hair is definitely my favorite part about this unit, because the shine the luster, the no shedding the no tangling like, is it really really really good um and the lace is nice too, so that is always a plus and y'all. I'Ve been rocking this for almost a week and i have no complaints. Like literally, i have no complaints. The only thing about this wig that did make me a little mad was when i used this tinted spray and it re-darkened my knots um. But that's not the wig's fault, that's my fault, and this this one. If you guys have a tinted spray that does not re darken, the knots then go ahead and leave it down below for me um, but yeah. I don't think i'm gon na put anything in it. It got a little wet in the shower. You see it's like a little shiny right here, but yeah. I don't think i'm gon na put anything in it today. I'M just gon na keep rocking it like this because it still has like a nice little wave to it, but i just wanted to pop in and tell you guys that before i take it off tonight, i will film myself taking it off. I might as well just make this like a full on video um, but yeah i'm about to go run some errands and i will see you guys tonight, okay guys, so this is day seven with this unit on it's time to take it off. I was supposed to take it off yesterday, but i got really busy um the sides are lifting, but that's because you guys know i didn't glue the sides down with like glue, but other than that it is doing really good, okay guys. So this is day seven with the unit on now. I didn't get a chance to take it off last night because i was doing stuff all day and then i was tired, um so yeah day, seven and now i'm about to take it off. So i'm just gon na remove it using this x, esha remover um, i'm actually kind of running out. So hopefully i have enough to get this off, but it should be easy because the sides weren't tacked down anyway, oh and we are off okay, guys. So the unit is off, it actually came off. A really easy, um favorite part about the unit was definitely the hair. It got so freaking straight um and then the waves still came back. So that's definitely a plus. I got no shedding. I only added product the one day when i wet it, and that was it and it pretty much kept like a nice shiny wave to it so yeah.
