Watch Me Slay This Skunk Stripe Wig Install | Ft. Alipearl Hair

Already done, i don't do that normally, but i wanted to try something a little different. At some point. During the video i love you guys and let's just get right into this install okay, so i haven't even like done my ball cap method. I'M going to do it really quickly. My hair is already slicked back. I'Ve got a little a little flat pony going on back here. Um honestly, i just i didn't feel like braiding my hair, so i'm just going to put this over cap that i already have one that has like a weird stain on it. So i'm going to rotate it actually, the wig that i will be installing today, i'm very excited about, because it's the new style that i've never tried before. So i know you guys have been seeing like all over tik tok and even instagram, the skunk hairstyle or you have like a strip of like colored hair like whether it be blonde or pink or whatever. So i have that exact style today that i'm going to be installing. I already went ahead and i started customizing the wig, so i bleached the knots i tweezed the hairline. You know made sure that it was ready to go for install the skunk stripe. I did end up making a little bit lighter when i went in, and i bleached the knots i just added some of that bleach to it, because i wanted it to be a little bit more blonde like a little brighter. This is a medium cap, 22 inch long, wig, 200 density. Okay, this wig is so full look at how full this is look at how much hair is on this boyfriend. Oh, my gosh, i can't wait to install it's a 13x4 lace, frontal yeah, so we're going to be working with this whole section. So i have to make sure that my bald cap method is perfect. You found me and i'm just going to start off by cutting my ears out um, i'm also going to speed through this process because you've seen me do it so many times at this point, i think everyone knows how this goes. You'Ve got me all righty, so i've got the wig cap on here. I'M gon na try on the wig just so i can see where everything like falls on my head, because i haven't tried it all yet. Actually, this is the um frontal again i did tweeze it so, but it actually already had like a pre-plugged hairline, which was nice but honestly um, the more you customize, a wig, the more natural it's gon na. Look on you. You know if you customize it to your hairline, so i'm just adjusting the um straps in here yeah. So it comes with a comb at the nape of the neck, and then you have two along the crown i normally cut them out, but i'm gon na leave them in there yeah. This wig is definitely big enough. It like goes all the way like down to my ear. Essentially, i honestly kind of wish that they did the skunk stripe like in the middle of your head. So you could choose to like part it in a middle part, and you would have a little bit of it on either side or if you wanted to do a side, part and then you'd have it in the swoop. Where i cut is where it's going to stop, but it's okay, it's still very cute! I'M only going to be doing two layers of glue because i'm probably not going to keep this wig on that long. To be honest, i'm using my bold hold active i'm going to do two layers. The first layer is going to go on top of the bald cap and you want to make sure that the layers dry completely clear. I definitely forgot to clean my hairline with alcohol, but i did wash my face. I don't think there was any oil, but i should have done that so make sure you do that. Okay, that first layer dried - you saw it get clear like that and then i'm gon na cut so tabs. This can get worked on in sections. You feel me, this hair is so pretty. Oh, my gosh, it's so pretty like it's so full. I feel like a princess whenever i have like a ton of hair and a wig. I always say that, because it's literally like you know how, like princesses, just have like crap ton of hair, all righty, i'm gon na pull this forward right, one more section: okay, okay, we're glued down! I'M gon na take a little bit of my got to i'm gon na put my elastic band on i'm gon na leave this on for like 10 minutes, so that it can melt and then i'm gon na come back and cut my ear tabs out and cut The rest of the lace off so i'll be right back okay, so i cut the ears out which was not hard at all, because this wig fits my head. So well like perfectly. Actually, i'm really pleased about that now, i'm just going in with my hot comb and i'm just like pushing these hairs back out of the way, because i'm about to cut the lace off okay, so i have this eyebrow razor wow. It'S getting hd baby! Stop! Stop! Oh, my god. Oh that looks good. Oh you know what i realized that i didn't do i didn't tint this lace. I just realized. I didn't do that: wow, okay and she's, an aquarius this part a little bit more yes elastic! I honestly this is the natural texture of the hair. It'S like this wavy texture. I think it's so pretty i washed it. The hair did have a really weird smell when i took it out of the pack. I honestly i had to wash it, but i also had to wash it because i bleached the knots but like it had a little, i had a little smell to it. So i bleached the knots and then i shampooed and i conditioned - and i didn't put anything in the hair. You know this is the natural texture of it. It'S so full, it's so pretty. Okay, so i'm gon na let my hairline melt, i'm definitely gon na be doing a side part for this, and i want it to be on the side where the blonde is obviously because that's real cute, i'm going to take this razor comb things just cutting away. Just cutting away more, i'm literally just dragging this down like yeah, so i just cut some layers into it. Nothing too, crazy, um, i'm gon na. Let this melt a little bit more and then i'm gon na come back and curl her okay, i'm back! It is the next morning. Actually i ended up just going to sleep. It was kind of late last night, but we're about to curl this hair. Doesn'T it look so freaking pretty like i literally this install get into it over my period. I already have my flat iron hot and ready to go. This is my ghd, platinum, plus flat iron. I'M going to already do my side, part with the hot comb like you guys saw so i'm just gon na clip up. I'M gon na clip up one side. Get that out of the way, and then i'm gon na work in a small section and i'm gon na be using my flat iron to curl this hair, i'm gon na brush through it first. Okay. Let me see if i remember this correctly - it's like this hold it here, i'm gon na do that to my whole head and then i'm gon na take my aussie omega hairspray 24 hour flex fold. I like this hairspray i've been using it for a couple weeks. Now it has a job oil in it, so it does give a really nice shine and it holds the hair, but it still allows for like it to look bouncy. You know it doesn't look stiff when i use my got to be hairspray. I just feel, like my hair, looks really stiff and it doesn't really move the way that i want it to so. I really like this hairspray, and it also smells so good, like i'm obsessed with the smell of this aussie, has so many different hairsprays. So, but i like this one, that's what the girl looks like and i'm just gon na drop it to the beak and i'm gon na continue on i'm gon na speed up the rest of this, because it's gon na be my wed. But i just wanted to show you guys again in real time before i started to speed it up. Oh my gosh, do you love me? I'Ve just finished curling, my hair. Look at how cute it is it's just so freaking cute, so flipping cute. I said that in a i think it was a weekly vlog yeah. It was a weekly vlog. I was like. I don't know if the brits say flipping and somebody was like. Yes, we do a fellow brit um, i'm gon na just finish my hair off by spraying some more of this aussie hairspray. But honestly, this hair is holding these curls so well. I think it's a combination of the hair texture and the hairspray itself. I don't know if you guys noticed when i was like um curling and then spraying the hair right after, like i was holding the curl and then spraying as soon as i let go. It was like the curl was literally just staying where i let it go. So i feel like these curls is going to be in damn near all day, and i did do a little bit of my wax stick um. I put the wax stick right here along the part, and then i took my hot comb and i just pressed it out just to make sure that it looks really smooth and pretty, and i'm gon na, like lightly kind of just judge the curls. Just a little bit, but i kind of do want to keep them like the way that they look they're just so pretty.
