Hello guys welcome back to my channel if you're new here, please make sure that you're subscribed, as i upload new videos every single week. So this is going to be her video and i'm going to show you guys how i define my curls and i'm also going to answer some questions that you guys asked me on instagram that i said you know. What do you guys want to know what you're curious about so today's hair is from hair spells and they sent me their 130 density wig in the loose wave texture. So this is how it looks like this cut. This hasn't been defined, yet this is how it came. Um, i've sort of brushed it out a little bit, and this is the color p4 27 and it has highlights it has the blonde highlights, which is really really nice and would go well with any skin tone. So all i've done to the hair so far is i have um just plucked the knots. I'Ve actually not bleached the knots yet because i ran out of my bleaching powder. So i've not bleached the knots, but you can see like i still get that really nice melt and i think this might be the hd lace um because, as you can see, it melts quite nicely to my hairline and it looks really really natural really really nice. So yeah, so i'm just going to get straight into this weed and one thing is: they had excellent excellent excellent communication, like this hair literally came in what two three two or three days, which is absolutely absolutely insane, because, usually when i order hair, it takes minimum A week or two weeks, so the fact that this hair came really quickly, so i got it in a fedex packaging like this, and the hair was inside a really nice um. Don'T know what to call this nesting lace, but that's really pretty, and then it was also inside this, which is great, and it came with a little card which has all of their social media here, and you also get your own coupon for next time and yeah. It also tells you how to look after the hair, how to detangle it how to take good care of the hair, and if you have any problems, they also have their contact details and, as i said, they have really good service. So i'm just going to show you guys how i define these curls and i'm going to be answering some questions as i do that so before i start, i'm just going to quickly answer, maybe three questions and then i'm going to get on with the hair tutorial. So the first question says: how long did it take you to lose 20 pounds, so i'm guessing 20 pounds is like like over 10 kg, so for me to lose my first um, like 10 kg i'll just put it is that for me to lose my first 10 kg - i would say it took me about six months, because the thing is it took me so long because getting started and breaking my habits was really really difficult. But once i got started it sort of like just started flying it got easier to stay consistent and i started to break some of my old habits, so i would say on a weight loss journey. The hardest thing to do is get started, but once you've got started and you've built like that momentum, it's like it gets that much easier straight away. So the next one says what is your best recommendation for those that struggle with binge eating um? I have a video all about this. I'M gon na link it in the description because i feel like it's better for you to watch a whole video i made dedicated to that than me quickly, answering it. But what i would say just to give you a little bit of an answer on this video is that it's not something that you can overcome overnight. So it takes at least two months for you to make a new habit and to break in and to break an old habit. So you have to realize that you're gon na fail a lot of times, because these habits that you're trying to break have been mined for like years and years and years, and you can't expect to just break it overnight, because it's something that has been wide in Your brain for so many years so for you to break it, it's going to take some time and you have to understand that and you just have to keep picking yourself back up and not giving up on your dreams. Okay, that's enough talking! I'M just gon na get started with the hair, so the first thing i like to do is get my bubble and pull the hair back. Make sure that you put it back like this i've plucked sorry, the frontal and i've done my baby hairs. I'Ve done the sideburns and i've done like a little parting, so i'm just gon na brush it like this and what you want to do is and what i did used to do. It was got to be, and i use eco styler to gel my edges. So if you want to see how i limit from tools, i have at least three videos on my channel on how i lay my frontal and the process from start to finish. So if you are interested in how i got this got to this stage, then i would also link that in the description for you, so i am using the shockwave smooth, and this is the strength, the third one number three. So it's like medium hold um. Sometimes i use number five, but the thing with the number five is it can make your hair feel like a helmet like it gets it really stiff, really quick. So this is my. I just use a silk scarf. You can see there's lots of makeup on it, because when i tie my hair when i lay my hair sorry i like to do my makeup and yeah makeup tends to get on it. So i put it about here. I make sure it covers my most of my baby hair look at these and then i take the bubble. Let me just move it a bit forward, yeah and then i take this out and what you want to do. Is you want to brush this forward? So it's going to lay flat um yeah, so the next thing you want to do is you want to get a water bottle. This is just a spray bottle. I think i got this from like a pound shop, so it was very cheap. I'M just gon na spray, the hair and, as you can see, the curls are starting to get defined again and we're just gon na brush. I think it needs a bit more. I'M gon na do the other side, so the next question says check dms and i did check my dms and it was a question about um having an african nose, a girl message when she said that she hates her wide nose and she was so sweet and She was like, i don't want to hate me, but the thing is: i've also struggled with my nose because if you grow up in like a western society, they do push westernized beauty standards on you like a pointy nose, lighter skin, lighter hair, lighter eyes, and it's Like every black girl, i'm sure every black girl went through the process where they sort of wish they were white and also having like white barbie dolls. That was like the standard of beauty, so it's like, as black girls, we have to sort of learn to love. Our features and love what we have like you can see. My nose isn't like super pointy, but i think it's on the medium side, medium side, um, but yeah. I still have to sort of learn to love myself, which is quite sad because nobody should have to learn to love themselves. It'S that you should already love who you are and grow into the person that you are rather than spending your adult years and your teenage years, trying to love yourself like that shouldn't be what it is. But what i would say to you is that everybody in this world can't look the same, and you have to realize in certain parts of the world being skinny is attractive in other parts of the world. Being curvy is attractive in other parts of the world, um. Having darker skin is attractive and other parts, it's just not so you have to just learn to accept and love yourself and maybe just look for other role models that look like you. So i don't know if i look a little bit like you and i just embrace my dark skin. I embrace my dark eyes and stuff and i'm not trying to change it. Obviously i changed my hair as a you know, to switch things up, but that's not to say that i hate my natural hair or that i hate my dark hair. I love having black hair, but when i did like now, you would know that i currently have blonde hair. The thing is, i still prefer myself with the black hair, so it's just being able to just accept your features, i guess and have new role models. So, if you're, currently following a lot of girls, that does not look anything like you and doesn't represent you, maybe you think about them following them. I look i'm looking for new role models. They do look beautiful and you're thinking wow like they look like me and i can relate to them a bit more. So that's what i would suggest about that. So next we're going to go over the cantu, dufan and shine custard, and it looks like this. It has a very slimy consistency. Um there's, i feel like there's enough products on the lid, so i'm gon na use that this is how it looks. It'S got a very good sip, so this should be enough, and what i'm going to do is i'm just going to run my fingers through like this um, i might need to add some more water, but try not to get too much product, because it's like every Day that you do your hair, you're gon na need to apply this product. You don't want it to have too much buildup, so the next question says: do wishfulness help to get a flat stomach. It'S not like a magical thing. It'S like you still have to eat. Well, you still have to do exercises like for me, like from personal experience, all the ways trainer has done for me is sort of like when you have a waist trainer on and it's squeezing your belly. You sort of already feel full and i would say it's made my waist smaller, but the actual belly fat. I don't think it's going to burn that off for you, but if you do want your waist to go in a bit more, it will but i've not really had lasting results from it. So i would say the best way to deal with your stomach is to actually do the workout eat well, and the waist trainer will just support you in that same way. Like my apple cider, vinegar drink, it's not a magic drink like you can't just drink it and be snatched. You still have to do your workout. You still have to eat well, and it will just help you get there much quicker. So that's what i would say. The way trainer is, you guys can probably see the highlights a bit better. Now it is very pretty so now it says: how long does it take to help you achieve your summer body? So my 30 day summer body challenge is not to say that you're going to get like your dream body in 30 days, it's more of a challenge to sort of get. You started on the weight loss journey and to like, after 30 days, you're definitely going to see big big changes, but you might not be where you want to be, but it's like, as i explained before, once you get started, you sort of gain that momentum and It'S like you want to keep going. You want to keep seeing more results, so it's that after those 30 days it might take you. I don't know two or three months to get to where you want to be or even six months. It just depends on how, like big your goal is, let's say, you're a size, 20 and you're trying to be a size. 12.. Obviously, that might take you a whole year before you achieve that. But let's say you're just a size 12 and you want to be a size 10. You might be able to achieve that in a month. So it depends on your goals, but i would say, be patient with yourself and it's about being consistent. So don't think about! It'S not a race because it's easy come easy go so the quicker you achieve something the chances are. Your mentality hasn't changed and the whole the old mentality that you had before of eating badly, not exercising that will probably stick and come back and you're gon na end up not being successful, so yeah. So now guys, i'm gon na um use my the most important thing in this whole process. So i think i'm quite happy with how this looks. I'M just gon na flatten it i'm just gon na use this to neaten it flatten it. Okay, so now try and make sure that each strand is as defined as possible. So now i'm going to use my hairdryer. So this is the tresemme and i think this one is the keratin smooth one and it came with a diffuser. So this is the most important thing: try and invest in a hairdryer that has a diffuser because for curly hair this does make s. This is a game changer, so yeah, i'm just going to blow dry, my hair and what you want to do is you want to grab the ends and you want to let it sit and you want to sort of push upwards and scrunch the curls upwards, and That'S how you're going to get the best results so yeah, i'm just going to put the hairdryer on now so guys when i've done that. What i do is i like to take this off and i just blow dry the tongue, okay and then what i do is i like to blow dry over my scarf just to make sure that is laid nicely, i'm just going to take the scarf off. Oh, that's pretty and i'm just gon na blow dry, this section again, so this is how it came out. I'M just gon na brush out my baby hair. So it's not stuck to my head and it's a bit more natural, looking so yeah. This is what we have i'm just gon na show. You guys, i think it looks very natural, um yeah, so yeah this is the hair. Let me turn around, so i'm gon na put all the hair details of this hair in the description. If you're wondering i'm gon na put a direct link to this hair, i'm going to put any discount codes as well that i have for this hair in the description so that you guys can purchase it. As you can see, it's very soft. The color is great. It melts - and it was very easy, very, very easy to pluck - and this is the hair without me - bleaching the knots - and it already looks so good already. So i think i have a few more questions and then we're gon na wrap this up. So the next question is: how do you make yourself a priority, so i would say how to make yourself a priority is to learn to say no learn to say no to things that aren't in your best interest. So if somebody's telling you to do something and it's inconvenient for you or it's just something, you don't want to do say no, if it doesn't align with your goals it doesn't align to who you would want to be in the next five years say no. If it's a party - and you know in five years you're trying to be this this and this - and you know this - is only going to push you backwards, maybe say no, maybe say no to drinking. Maybe if you wake up, make yourself a priority and say i don't feel like working out today, but because i want to be a priority and the woman i want to be or the man i want to be in the next five years. This is something that i think they would do then maybe consider working out or if i don't know, you're studying or you need to apply for a job or just anything. Just ask yourself: is this a line to the person that i want to be in the next five years? If the answer is no say no, if the answer is yes, then make yourself to encourage yourself to do push yourself to do it because sometimes getting started is the hardest part and then, after that it seems to be smooth sailing. So the next one is: where is your yoga mat from my yoga? Mat is from amazon. I will probably link that in the description as well. Where do i buy most of my clothes? I love you. Oh i'm in i'm mainly shopping mdv asos, pretty little thing. Boohoo uh sort of spaced out urban outfitters, i shop everywhere, like sometimes i shop in charity shops. Sometimes i shop in the suffrages. Sometimes i shop in like street high street stores. It'S all different, i feel like taste, is more important than price, so yeah, it's all about your taste when it comes to shopping, not a question, but i'd be loving. All your fits. Thank you. Thank you. What'S your goal for this year and do you want to get married so i tend to not. I don't really like to talk about my goals, because i feel like there's a lot of evil eyes out here in this world. So you'll see my goals as i'm accomplishing them, hopefully fingers crossed, but i don't like to talk about my goals. I just like to sort of do it and get it done because i feel like when you start talking about it. You know there's too much talking. I like to do actions and do i want to get married? Yes, i would love to get married, but at the same time i don't want to get married for marrying sick. I would actually want to get married to someone that makes me a better person, something i'm genuinely in love with. I don't want to marry someone just to say you know. I'Ve got a husband like what's that, like if you're treating me terribly for disrespect to me, if you're, not a good husband to me or a good partner to me, i'm not going to be with you like, i'm, actually really good, really really good on my own. So, unless you're going to make my life better and you're going to add to my life, i ain't interested so yeah, that's it. I think i'm going to with that. There are a few more questions, but i'll, probably maybe next time i do. I don't know. I might answer the questions, but yeah. Thank you guys for watching. If you enjoyed this video, make sure that you give it a thumbs up. If you have any questions for me about any of the questions or about this hair, make sure that you leave in the comments section and i'll definitely answer that for you and if you're new here, make sure that you subscribe join us.
