Raw Hair Closure & Frontal | The Tei Touch Luxe

Oh, this is a good frontal. Do you guys see how nice and natural that hairline looks hey YouTube? It'S your girl came back with another video, so in today's video I'm for you guys into my title, we are going to be unboxing some hair. Now this hair company is called t-touch Lux. I have actually unboxed a closure closure. I think it was I'm gon na leave that video down below from her back in August of 2022 um and you guys are probably like 2022, while we bringing that up but before we get into the video uh. So we all know we just kind of came out of a pandemic and uh because of that things have been um delayed, and this just happened to be one of them, so the initial closure that I got from uh tea or tea if I'm pronouncing it wrong, I apologize um. I got that back in August and then I realized when I was about to install it on my wig that the texture just did not feel like it was Indian hair I reached out to her. She said it's a possibility that I might have gotten the wrong texture, and you know she offered to refund me my money, but based on my experience with uh Constance, you know she was the owner of DHA um and her interaction with her. I just knew that um. She was a person that I wanted to do business with. So I was like you know what I'm just gon na wait: hey while you're special ordering this. Can you order me a frontal, because you guys know I have I'm gon na? Try and insert them up here. I have two wigs that one I mess up the hair on the frontal and the other one. The lace on the closure just wasn't good, so I need to replace them and I'm like since you're offering it The Price is Right. I know it's raw hair. I know you care about what you're giving out to your customers. I would rather just wait um. I didn't think it was going to be this long, but it was not something anyone had any control over and I appreciate the customer interaction. I had with her because the entire time um she offered to refund my money, but I'm like I'm not in the rush. I haven't been able to wear these wigs weaves for a long period of time. What'S me waiting another few extra months? In addition to that, you guys seen what I went through with other hair companies claiming it's raw hair. It'S not raw hair like it just I was like you know what I'd rather just wait for someone I trusted. So that's the reason why I've been waiting since um, so I wanted to thank her for the great customer service experience, um and just really just keeping me in the loop every step of the way um. So here we are, and I am going to be unboxing. She did send me a picture of the closure and the frontal just to make sure the texture matches matched. You know what I mean um, so I do know what they look like, but it's one thing to see it in the picture and it's nothing to see in person. So I am going to unbox that for you guys, so she packages it's in multiple packages. I like stuff like this. Hopefully you guys can see your patience is unmatched. Thank you for your support, for thank you for supporting um I've, always telling you anyone like I'm a very patient person, um. Clearly, I've been waiting since August um but, like I know what I want and again because of what I've been through with some of the other hair companies saying it's raw and it's not raw. I would just rather wait for real raw hair. So that's why I've been waiting for this August and I kind of around the package and I was like did I really feel what I thought I felt we're gon na get into the hair. She sent me a flat iron, and I saw her talking about this on her uh social media. I'M gon na put a timestamp up top. I probably already put it up top um, but talking about her flat irons and how people were wanting her to come back out with them um. I don't have time at the moment to try it out. Um I'll probably insert a clip before I edit the video, but I want to go in and see how well this flat iron works, I'm only just kind of flat iron, a small little portion. I don't know if you guys can see how textured it is here. Yeah, that's where me over processing my hair, not something that I'm new to doing y'all know I do that all the time. So, let's test this flat iron out, I'm trying to do it because I got ta put this video out today today being Wednesday. It'S at 356 degrees supposed to be a single pass, not bad, not bad, at all yeah. No! This is a nice flat iron. Definitely a nice flat iron. If you see the hair looking stiff, it's because it's over processed, oh yeah. No! This is definitely a nice flat iron - okay, definitely very nice and single pass just as advertised and maybe put it up here or put it like towards like the end of the video to let you guys know what I thought about this, but thank you very much. I know you didn't have to do this um. I really appreciate you going above and beyond and trying to make sure I had a good customer experience. Um it's little things like this that make me feel appreciated as a consumer. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Um it doesn't I like that, it's lightweight and it feels like it's decent quality. I will definitely try it out. I don't know much of the details on the um. It has her name on here, the t-touch luxury. I don't know this camera be to give me the business when it comes to Auto, focusing sometimes get in my face there we go so I'm gon na ask her for the details of the flat iron and I'll put it up over here. But let's get to the main attraction which you guys came here for, which is for the frontal and the closure, and it's her secret HD lace. Oh, it is definitely HD lace, I'm so excited because I feel, like I've been limited to my wigs, because I refuse to wear them in their present condition. This is a long closure. I don't even remember what length I ordered I feel like it was like the shortest length, so this is definitely longer than I had before. I don't know if you guys can see my wig it's right back over here and the other one's sitting underneath there, because they can't go up on The Mantel until they're, complete or shelving or whatever you know, weight roll um. But this is soft and it smells great. The knots are individually knotted because I learned some things yeah. This is a nice closure, it's really the hair for me, and this is raw Indian supposed to be wavy. But I think what I had on there was a curlier texture and I'm fine with it, because it gave the wig a little bit of volume and it actually Blended really. Well, I'm gon na put a picture of what the wig looked like before. I'M sure you guys know what it is or have seen it if you've been on my channel, but I am here for it now the frontal, the lace looks like it's a little bit darker, which I don't mind. You guys know I'm dark skin. So that just means it's going to be a little bit easier for me to blend um, but I was really looking forward to this um. Oh so excited the one of the tags fell off, so it has all of her contact information on here for her social media, her phone number and then it also has hair care tips. Now you guys know, this is a pet peeve of mine. Oh the ash. Child don't come for me, but you guys know it's a pet peeve of mine when um companies tell you how to care for their hair. I think it's a good thing something a lot of companies should have available to their customers. So this is the frontal um. It might be a four inch parting space, which is fine. Normally, I prefer six inch parting space, but because I'm replacing a frontal on the wig - and I think it's already four inches um having six inches - would make it worse. Uh in terms of like the wig. Now the wig that I have I had, I ended up cutting it because I kept trying to tell myself like hey. You know it's the rest of the hair, but it's really only the frontal that I damaged and you guys know I am known for damaging some hair um. So I don't want to cut it because when I tell you the curls are pretty, I mean y'all can see it. Oh and it's soft and it smells good. This is a good frontal, so same thing like the closure. It'S like single knotted in the front and then doubled in the back and y'all know. I don't like to pluck tweeze whatever it is. You want to call it. Do you guys see how nice and natural that hairline looks well nice and natural? For me, somebody might still pluck it, but I'm definitely here for it. The hair is soft. It'S definitely Indian hair, um yeah. I can tell just by looking at it that, oh, I can't wait. Oh I can't wait. I got ta color them to match. I really hope that I don't have to cut this front too. Let me this is not a test, but yeah I'm gon na try not to cut it like this is a Telltale sign like. Why do I do stuff like that, like y'all be able to visualize? But you know you know, I do a lot of things that I don't necessarily have to do in videos, but I think it's necessary, so I do it um. I love this. Oh, I love this and it's the good lace. Now you guys know AJ is my wigger pair guy and I've learned a lot from him about Elise. This is the good lace, but this is durable, HD lace, so I definitely definitely cannot wait to install this. Like I have so much hair that I got ta update, I'm gon na be able to wear my wigs. I am so happy. I'M gon na be able to wear my wigs. Thank you. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You know I don't mind taking your money because she was making contents a wig, but I'm not gon na make a wig out of this, because it's just not that good quality um. So I really really appreciate her for that. So you know definitely a company that I would recommend. I will come back to you guys and give you an update um on how everything holds up, because I am gon na put these on the wigs and more than likely um. I have to bleach them and also do a co-wash I'll.
