Beauty Forever Hair 3 Month Review | 5X5 Hd Lace Closure Wig ✨

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel. I am liam chanerlay and today i'm going to be doing a review on this hair here. So, if you're interested, please stay tuned, okay guys, so this hair here is a wig from beauty forever hair. I work with them once before, but this time this hair was purchased on my own. It was not given to me for free, no sponsor video 100 purchased by me, my opinions, as always on my own, so let's get into it. So i bought this hair in may and i wore it on and off for, like two or three months i had to look at my pictures and see exactly how long i wore it, but basically we're back on this hair. I did a video showing you guys how i install it. Unboxed it colored it all those things so go check that video out. So let's get into the specs of his hair. So, like i said it's a wig here, it is a 5x5 closure wig and the texture is supposed to be jerry curly. Now i wouldn't call it jerry curly. It looks more like a somewhat like a deep wave type of thing, because a couple videos back, you saw like a jerry, curly wig that i wore. I think it was love me here that i did like that was given. You know jerry curly, kinky curly type things, but this isn't, but that's what it said on the website. So it doesn't tell me exactly what length i got, but i'm pretty sure i got like a 20 inch and i have cut it a little bit, but i'm pretty sure i got a 20 inch lace closure wig. It was 180 density which is cool and it's an hd lace, which i can see that the lace is pretty. You know thin and i don't think i have any makeup on this lace or anything, but the lace looks really good, not too bulky or anything like this cute. I end up spending 237 dollars on this hair for a 20 inch, 180 density, hd lace, wig. I ordered the hair may 19 and i think it got to me maybe like a week later or actually i actually bought this on may 18, which was a friday. I think something like that and it came to me the next wednesday or thursday. So it came to me in less than a week, which is cool usually with these websites. Their shipping is pretty fast, like you, don't have to wait too long at least a week or at most a week, you'll get your stuff. So i got my package in my last video. I showed you guys how it came i'll answer some clips over here, what it looked like when it came out the packaging. What i got in the box, what the hair look like, you know straight out the box. So in my last video as well, you guys saw that i added some highlights throughout. You can kind of see it here but they're like not too like light or anything like that. It'S like slight highlights all throughout and my hair is still kind of wet. So you guys can't see it as well if it was like dry or whatever. When i first got the hair i installed, it was nice and soft, and to this day it is still soft, but we'll get into that so the color took well. I will say that some of the pieces kind of lost their curl - i don't know if you guys can see that compared to the other curls like the other curls, are pretty tight and then most of the hair that was lightened kind of like lost his curl. So that's one thing to think about and that's why i kind of cut the hair too, because the ends were not curling like the rest of the hair. So i had to like cut it down to. You know make the curls pop again, because i don't want like little straggly pieces all throughout, so i cut the hair a little bit. So that's one thing about it: it did take the color really well, but if you color it or bleach it lighten it whatever you want to call it, the curl pattern will loosen. So that's one thing to think about. As far as the hair goes like, i said it's really soft. I went through a couple of products to try to figure out what to put in this hair because you know they'll say like use conditioner and water, and i think i use it at first. I use mousse at first recently. I bought this curl cream here, so i bought this curl cream here by mark anthony, which is supposed to control frizz soften it. It'S like a curl pudding or something like that so like it moisturizes the hair, while also leaving a slight hold - and you know, controls frizz, because i felt like the water and conditioner didn't define the curls or give it much of a hold the mousse. It didn't. Keep it moisturized it kind of made it feel dry and straw like, and this was basically the best thing that i put on this hair. You know wet it every morning. Apply this or sometimes i would apply this every couple of days, but i would definitely wet my hair and comb through it like every day because you have to before i get into that. So this hair here it looks really cute right now, like in my last video that i filmed where i was like doing this makeup. Look, it was pretty like flat. I didn't touch it. I was let it dry and before i start the video i like you, know, fluffed it out a little bit to give it some body, because you know i need somebody like i need so. The thing about this hair is that it will get big and frizzy. So it's like best to like not do too much this hair, especially if it's not all the way dry. I mean, i guess, that's normal, with curly hair, so finding a product that kind of like combats that was a little difficult, but i think the smart anthony curling cream, like works. The best second little thing with this hair is that it tangles and it tangles mostly like in the back like already right now like. I can't i'm like struggling to put my hands through it, but it will definitely tangle in the nape and it is so annoying. Like i could be at work like, i won't touch my hair at all. I could just be at work moving my head this way that way, and by the end of the day i have a whole knot in the back of my head that i have to comb out like every morning like that's why i have to do this hair Every morning, because it will have a knot, a big ball in the back and it'll just tangle by itself like no matter what you do so big con there is that it tangles and mostly like in this nape area here, and it also sheds so like you Know you imagine, you have to take a paddle brush, denman brush, you know whatever type of brush for curly hair and go through it and every time i do it like the sink is full of hair. My brush is full of hair, like this hair sheds. A lot so two cons so far it sheds and it tangles oh yeah, and it gets big and frizzy. So if you don't put any product in it, you think you're gon na put water in it and go no because, by the end of the day, your hair is gon na. Look crazy like this is nothing like this hair can get big and if you don't put any product in it, it will get wild and crazy, and you, like you, just rolled out of bed and it's not cute, so you have to put product in this hair, But nothing like too heavy because then it'll start getting dry tangled matted and things like that. So the cons so far, this frizzy tangles and it sheds, which are like some of the biggest things. So that's really what i have to say about the hair. As far as like the cons, so we're going to go into like some of the pros, because i think those are only cons - i have the pros - are that the lace closure is really nice. It'S definitely given. Hd is not too thick, it does what it's supposed to do. The knots bleach really nice as far as the hair goes, even when i was like getting this hair prepped for this video, like you know, put my water in my product. The hair is still very soft. You know when it has moisture in it when it has water in it it's the best, but once it starts drying, it gets crazy. So pro it's soft. When you have water in it, you can run your hands through it. It'S like butter, it takes color really well, and the curl is really cute like even at the root of the closure, the curl. You know it doesn't like just straight and then curl like it. It flows like it's supposed to flow. It'S cute. It has potential to be a very cute wig. I don't think that this wig would last you more than a couple months like me, i don't know how i would go if i didn't color it at all. There'S some parts that i haven't colored because it's highlights so like it's some parts in here that i haven't touched with color and it's still you know matting up and in the back, like the first couple rows i didn't even hit with the color. So why it's matting up, i don't know, but it would be something nice for like a quick little vacation, because that's basically what i got it for like quick, hairstyle, already done wig to wear. When i went out of town, the color was nice, but, as time goes on, you know it's just not one of those wigs, that's meant to last forever. It was 230, which i think is like a lot, and you guys know that this price of these wigs are like going up now back in the day. We could probably get this same wig for like less than 200, but times are changing, so it was 230 dollars. I think they offer the after pay or karna or quad pay whatever it is, but you can, like you, know, pay for it in increments. You don't have to buy it all outright, which is cool if you're into that, if you like to shop with companies that offer that they do price, wasn't too bad for hd lace like i said, the hair will probably last a couple months, two to four months Max it's not given six months, especially of like consistent wear. I wore this hair on and off for two or three months i don't know but yeah. So if i had to rate this hair out of five i'll, probably give it a three because it's cute right and the curl is nice, it takes color well, but when it comes to curly hair, i really hate filling hair ball up on my neck, like i Can feel it right now, but uh, okay, i don't know if you guys can tell if anything is like going on back here. I don't know, but i can feel it like. I can feel it starting to ball up and tangle like, and i don't like that. I don't like that at all when it comes to curly, hair uh, when it comes to my hair, i just like to be able to just wet it and go and not have to worry about having to keep combing and picking it apart. So it doesn't like you know, so i don't like that. I would give it a three because it's just it tangles and it sheds and nobody really likes that so, for you know some quick hair, something that you need just for a weekend a week, a vacation or something like you know something real quick. This will work. It'S not too crazy, expensive these days, as far as like you know, hair goes in the hair world. The price is like very on point, for you know, what's going on what wigs are going for these days for the asian companies, i would recommend this hair. If you have something quick to go to, if you don't need anything, that's going to last you forever, it's not super expensive. It works for what needs to work for and yeah. I think that's it.
