Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, so today i'm going to be installing a 13x4 wig by sunburn hair and i am going to be doing a ball cap method today, because i'm going to be doing a half a half down hairstyle, i just pick and choose When to do ball, caps y'all and with this hairstyle in particular, i feel like i needed to do one so i'm using this brown wig cap that i got off of amazon and to do my ball cap, i'm using my olive oil super hoe fixes spray and I'M just spraying this along my edges. I have a more detailed ball cap. Video on my channel so definitely go check that out. So i'm just blow drying this until it gets completely dry and then i just went ahead and i cut the excess cap off off camera. So this is the wig and i did bleach and plucked the knots off camera and i actually didn't dye this with jet black. Normally with my straight hair or like my body wave hair, i dyed jet black, but i didn't do that today. Why didn't do that? For this wig, because i just wanted to be like i don't know - i just want this hairstyle to be like a natural color, so to apply this wig. I am going to be using my olive oil wig group gel and i am applying it with a popsicle. Stick and i'm applying mostly most of it on my skin, but i'm also putting some of it on the ball cap as well, and then once i apply that i'm just blow drying it on a warm setting and i'm letting it get tacky, but not too dry And i'm also not having it too wet either and then, once it's like a really good consistency, then i just place the lace into the gel, putting the edges of the hairline on the wig like on the edge part of the gel. If that makes sense, and then i'm using this comb and i'm just combing the hair up and just sticking the lace into that gel and then i just blow dry it again on a cool setting until it is completely dry and i repeat, the same steps on The other side, so my only complaint with this wig, is that i kind of feel like the wig was just a tad bit too small. Normally i get my wigs in a size medium, but this one was like a little bit smaller than the mediums that i normally get, because i noticed it was really tight when i was trying to pull the lace into the gel like it was kind of tight. But other than that the wig quality, the hair quality was bomb so right now, i'm just about to cut this excess lace off, and i am using an eyebrow razor to do this and i'm using a fresh eyebrow razor so that i can get a nice clean Cut and i'm a cutting as close to the hairline of the wig as possible, so i can cut as much of the lace off as possible. So then, right here, i'm just pulling a nice thin layer of baby hairs out. I don't really like my baby hair to be too thick, so i do like a nice little medium, ish type of look, and i do that on both sides. Then i go ahead and get my elastic band ready and i'm taking this olive oil super hot fixing. Spray and i'm spraying this along the hairline and then i get my elastic band and i just just tie everything together so that everything can just melt completely into place and then i'm about to pull some of the front of the hair out. So i can create like what would these be called like long bangs? I don't know, but i'm kind of going in like a v shape, so i'm making it in a v shape and then i'm twisting both of those um pieces of hairs together into like a twist and then i take my. She is bomb, wax stick and i'm just placing this all on like the front of the wig um, i actually put a lot more than i normally would usually put on a wig today, because i didn't really care if i got greasy, because i actually kind of Wanted it to be greasy a little bit more greasier than i would then i normally would do it, and then i'm taking this um andis hotcom on the hottest setting and i'm just hot combing everything up so that i can get ready and put this into a Ponytail at the top, so with this wig the sides don't really give you a lot of parting space, so i'm just trying to part as close to the track as possible so that the track doesn't show. If that, may i really hope that makes sense um. I don't want the track to show on this wig whenever i put this up in a ponytail, because that just looked kind of ratchet, so i'm trying to like feel for the track so that i know exactly where to part it so that i can still cover Up some of the tracks with the hair at the top, this ponytail is going to be a little bit thin because i don't really have a lot of hair to put in the ponytail. So i'm just working with what i can that's. Why i'm using that hot comb to separate the other parts of the hair in the back and yeah? I really struggled with this y'all, but it turned out really cute at the end of the day, and that's all that matters but yeah right here, i'm just taking olive oil super hot fixing spray and just combing it up some more so that it looks more neater. So then, to put this in a ponytail, i'm just using two little rubber bands and i'm just making a ponytail. I didn't want to do it too, tight, because if you do it too tight, it'll kind of start to like scrunch up a little bit. So i did it pretty loose, not too loose, but not too tight either, and that's how the ponytail looks so now, i'm about to do these baby hairs, i'm using the eyebrow razor to cut the baby hairs off in a slanted angle, i struggle with the baby Hair so y'all this whole weekend. Style is just a struggle for me. I don't i don't get it. I just don't get it, but um yeah. I just worked with what i could and i'm using this pencil flat iron to curl the baby hairs upward, so that it can just help me a little bit with shaping the baby hairs and getting them in the right direction. So i'm just using some mousse first and then after i use the mousse to create a good little shape. Then i go in with the gel to just um. I don't want to make everything. Stick together. Um, the baby hairs was not the best on this wig and i don't know if it's, because the hair was in a ponytail, so i really couldn't get it. How i wanted it to look, but luckily i got these little two little pieces to cover it up. So everything turned out fine, but right here, i'm just taking the um hot comb and i'm just hot combing them down to just make them flatter. So i don't know if i wanted to do one curls with this look or use a crimper, so i decided to use a crimper, because i thought that the crimp look would look so cute with this hairstyle. So this is a ion triple barrel. Crimper. This crimper was like 60.; no was it 60? It was like 50. a lot more than i really wanted to pay, but this is a bomb, a crimper. I love everything about this crimper. It gets so high and it just works really good to crimp your hair. So so pretty much on each section. I leave the crimper on for about like five seconds and then i just keep going down. It didn't take me long at all to do this, because i kind of used bigger sections and one thing about crimped hair y'all. That cream is gon na last you a good little week. Okay, one thing about crimps: you don't have to worry about the curls falling or none of that, which is also why i love crimps, so yeah, i'm just gon na. Let y'all watch me crimp this side of my wig and yeah me. Oh so once i'm done crippling the hair and doing my makeup, i'm going to take my early girl pro concealer in the shave, one and this planted angle brush, and i'm just going to put this a little bit on the little part between the two pieces of Hair all right y'all. So this is the end of the video and i really hope you guys enjoy, because let me tell you something right now: this wig was so freaking difficult to install y'all like i'm not playing. This wig took me a whole extra hour. Then it would normally take me to install a wig like it was very challenging, but i love this challenge, so all in all, it turned out really cute y'all. This hairstyle is fire. It actually turned out a lot better than i was even expecting. I don't know what i was expecting, but it's actually really cute. So this wig is by sun right here, and it is, i believe, straight hair and it is 28 inches and it's a 13 by 4. Everything will be linked in the description box down below. I love how it turned out. I really hope you guys enjoyed this video if you did don't forget to like comment and subscribe and turn on your post notifications.
