Achieving The Perfect Blonde For Every Complexion | West Kiss Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel if you're new welcome what's good. I know it's a different scenery, but i'm in the bathroom vlogging, because my boyfriend is in the living room and he's playing his game so yeah, that's that yeah, so i bought a. I believe this is a 12 inch bob right here. I'M gon na like try to speed this through because, like obviously like, i'm just trying to show you guys this process, and i don't know if it's gon na work out, because i'm i don't color hair, i'm not like a pro toning hair. The last time i told her was probably like years ago - and you know so - i'm trying this again to show you guys, so you guys can see the color right here. It'S a 16, the 6 13 color, and it's like this brassy yellow color. I don't like it with my complexion. I don't like this blonde period. I think like it's just too brassy, oh my god, it just doesn't work for me. Oh, what i got from the beauty supply store was the the yellow charm. This is the real, strong yeah. The willow color charm in this color right here and i also got t10 and lastly, where i got was 15.. So i got these three because i kind of wanted some dimension in here like i just i didn't want it to be like one solid, color, um yeah, i don't know if i'm gon na use all of them but we'll see, but the hair isn't that long. So i shouldn't have to use like so much, but i did get three just in case, but i heard you're supposed to just go ahead and like for this length, you could go ahead and get like two, but i got three different colors um. I guess like i'll just mix them. If that's a good idea, i don't know, but that's what i'm gon na try 30 volume developer. I don't know if that's too high but um. Usually people get like 20 and, like you know the more higher you go. Obviously it's gon na, like you know it's gon na process faster, so i mean i did get it because for whatever reason i i just know, i didn't want to do 40 and i got 30, so i could probably just like process a little faster. So what i'm going to start with is t15 and yeah. I'M gon na just go ahead and mix this in here and smell it. It stinks it's so strong like it's so strong pull up. Oh guys, it's so strong! It'S like burning my nose. Uh, i'm gon na start crying a little bit after that. What i'm gon na do is i'm gon na mix it and mix this volume developer all the way to the top. I'M guess i'm gon na do that two times, because that's what it says for you to do guys, i'm dying in here. That'S why i'm like speaking like this, because i didn't know it was this strong. To be honest, i forgot it was this strong. I haven't done this in so long. You just want to mix that up. Yes i'll start doing this on the bottom, to see where this gets me. I know i'm probably like doing this so crazy. You guys and i'm sorry. I really do apologize for that. I just i don't do this, i i really don't do this. I'M trying to see. Did the girl apply this on the hair while it was wet? Okay, i'm not doing nothing crazy, yeah! You just want to go ahead and apply that all over the hair and i'm trying to make sure that i'm like getting like all through it, because i haven't covered here in so long guys. I only be doing like the water method, so i haven't done this in so long and this processing this process is so tedious. That'S why i'm kind of like? Let'S talk to you guys because, like it's kind of self-explanatory, you just got to make sure that you're getting it all over the hair and make sure you're like getting it in between the hair, because you're going to have a lot of hair. It depends on how thick your hair is, and i feel like this hair is kind of thick and i just want to make sure i'm getting it like all through and that's why. I'M like flipping flipping it over and like going under as well, because i kind of just like wanted to be a certain way, but also like i said i got all of these different colors, because i also wanted dimensions and i wanted to add dimension to it. Like i really just don't want it to be one solid blonde, starting to change a little bit more quicker. So it's like it has like a little rosy undertone, because i got the 30, the volume, the um 30 volume developer and that's why i'm trying to go a little bit more quicker because i'm like, oh, i didn't know it was going like do this. I mean i'm trying to do it, but not like this quick, so i'm just like trying to get it through, i'm actually about to quickly go in with the um, the other toner, because i obviously want to go ahead and put that on top and start mixing. It so i'm gon na do that now and yeah. I just wanted to kind of um. I really don't know what i'm doing. This is kind of chaotic, but yeah smell is so strong guys it smells so strong, but like like what you want to do. Is you want to do pour in all the toner, but then you want to refill this with like two two times the developer. The blondes are kind of the same, so it's kind of like the first two that i got are kind of the same. So that's. Why i'm going in like this and then i'm gon na go ahead and just apply the one that's kind of more of like on the icy blonde afterwards, because i don't know i just felt like i wanted to see how it would change first with the normal Ones because i don't really want it to be too like icy. I don't want that kind of blonde, because i feel like it's going to um dole me out and make me look very pale. So i don't want to look pale, but i'm gon na continue on and um put the rest in because, like obviously i need to like saturate the roots and the sides of it, that's pretty much it and i'll come back to you guys and show you guys. The process once it's completely done, okay, all right guys. So this is how it looks right now, as you can see, it has like this little beige color to it. Obviously. Hence the toner that i used both were more so on, like you know, um a darker, beige or, and the other one is also just probably like a flat beige, if not a darker blue age, but yeah anyways, so yeah. This is how it looks as you can see, like kind of in this corner right here: um it's starting to it's a little bit lighter, whereas uh the rest of it majority of it, it's more so this darker beige. So this is like flat out beige in the middle, but then like on the front part of the frontal and the bottom and probably the rest of it. It is like this darker beige, and this is how it looks from under and i'm not sure how long this has been on the wig, which, what i'm that's, what i'm scared of, because i don't know how long that is on the wig, because i know it's Been like longer than 10 minutes, obviously - and i don't want to like over process the hair but um - this is pretty much - how that is looking the frontal has a solid color and under is going to have a little bit more dimension. So this is what i meant when i was like. I don't want it to be one solid color, because yes, it's blonde, but i also wanted it to kind of have like some different tones to it. I didn't use the t10 it's also over here. I didn't use that yet i don't know if i'm gon na use it i'm just gon na see after i'm probably gon na leave it on. For let's see what time is it right now, it's 5 8 5 18.. Probably leave it on for like until 5 25 and then we'll see how it's looking, but for now i'm just going to wrap that bad boy back up, wash my hands off and then i'll come back to see how it looks in a few. So this is what we got once i washed everything out. I'M gon na try to show you guys in different lighting, but this is the dim lighting that i'm in and, as you guys, can kind of see right here, the spot where it was a little bit more lighter is light, but it's under the frontal is equal. I don't know how to explain this like the color is not bad. I don't know what it's looking like. I feel like there's a lot of color going on and i think you guys can agree there's a lot of different like colors in it. So i'm gon na try to show you guys in different lighting, so this is kind of different outside it was showing up blue, but this is a little bit of what we have look keep playing elden rings. So if it's loud let me move but yeah. That'S pretty much how it is right now i'll show you guys everything in the finished product and everything, but i might dye the roots a little bit more brown, because i don't want my hair to be completely blonde. I do want it to look like it's ingrown. It has ingrown roots, so i will be back working on the wig, but as far as i got well as far as it is now, i do think it's cute uh. I don't know how it's gon na look on me. It'S not dry, but this is kind of like i don't know if it's gon na look nice guys, but this is just like me just like showing you guys what it looks like from here, but yeah i'll be back. You know, hey guys, so welcome back. I'M here - and this is the final result of my hair honestly - i'm like i don't know like i'm just - i have mixed feelings. This is just like out of my comfort zone, so this is so weird because i haven't done blonde for over three years. Maybe yeah, maybe like four or three years and last time i did blonde it wasn't this color like it wasn't blonde. It actually like. I did blonde, but i didn't really like it. So i kind of changed it to like a rose gold and then, like the roots, were dark, but this is like completely i've gone blonde on you guys. I will say to you guys that i do actually want to cut this shorter, because i, like a little bit more of a blunt look, i feel like this is not like short enough for me. I don't know i like really really short bobs, okay, so this wig came in approximately i believe, 12 inches and i didn't cut it or anything. I just kind of preferred it in a side part, because i liked how it looked better like this, rather than in the middle part. I will show you guys how it looks in the middle part, but i did like it like this. It did come in this box right here and it also inside it came with a wig cap. I probably used it already. I mean i don't know where the other one is, but it came with this wig cap perfect for my complexion, but right here i didn't really do much. That'S why it kind of looks like you can see the wig cap right here, but it's not like completely transparent in person, but you just kind of obviously like if you're looking real hard. You can obviously see it and i'm gon na keep in mind. I'M not like a person that wears wigs 24 7., so this is kind of like rare for me. I honestly don't try to finesse the edges or anything, because i don't know how to do wigs 100, but i just want them to look presentable. At least when i go outside so this is like, as far as i got honestly, so i like, i, was saying it came with a wig cap. It also came with a bag for the way to go inside, which i like, because at least my wigs aren't going to be everywhere like some of them like a lot, i kind of i don't. I don't store them away, like you know, on wig heads or anything i kind of just like put them on something put them inside a bag and then like tie them up and like store them away. I don't just kind of like clean them everywhere, obviously not, but i'm not like a. I feel like they're just not like stored properly, like i rather put them in a nice little bag right here, and you know it says the name and everything like this is cute. I like how it's satin, so it's good for the hair as well, and you know pretty much kind of self-explanatory. You just put your wig inside here. You tie it up like that and boom guys. I got this wig a long time ago, but i just i didn't put it on. I don't know i just kind of put a lot of content aside and this is they sent me a christmas card like that's how long ago this week is they sent me a whole christmas card? Also, send me a band. I'M gon na actually go get that because i got a funny thing about that band, something online you guys. I thought that this band right here was like one of those things that you put on your your wig to lay it down. First glance. Actually i thought. That'S what it was, and i was like, oh like i'm so happy that the company finally did that because i actually been wanting those i feel, like my hair scarves, just don't work for some reason. So i thought they just naturally sent me that no but guys this is definitely a elastic band that you tie for your wig, so it's just kind of like it stays in place. If anything, if the wig ever got loose, the wig actually fits my hair perfectly. So it's like, i didn't, really need it, but in the future i guess, like you know saying my head is big, so i'm just like i mean if it if it did kind of loosen up, then i would use this, but i don't think it's going to Be necessary, i will probably continue using it to kind of like pull this down, because i think it did help me in some way, even though besides it like squeezing the living hell out of my like around my damn head, which kind of like hurt mine a Little bit, you know, the installation of wigs is just not the most fun like. That'S why i kind of like avoid hold on specifically how the hair feels after dyeing it, it feels good, there's nothing wrong with it. It does kind of like there's a little bit of hairs that come out like if you do pull on it. You put your your hands through it and everything you don't get them hairs just a little bit, though it's not like crazy but obviously like you won't leave a little few hairs behind. That'S just you know, that's that. As for the movement, the movement is cool, like i like how it moves, it's not stiff or anything it has luster to it. It doesn't look dull, it doesn't look dry. I like how it looks. Another thing is: i did try my line. You guys. I did try to dye the roots because i didn't want it to completely be like blonde. I didn't want it, i didn't want it initially, but where did i put that? Actually i don't know where i put that hair done. So i did dye my hair with this right here: the clairol professional, beautiful collection, moisturizing color and the semi-permanent color right here in the shade where's the shade light natural blonde. So with this, i literally thought it was going to give me like a ash blonde like uh, not like a ash blonde, but like that brown, that's kind of transitioning more on the blonde side. Hence the name. I did think it was going to be like a light natural brown. You know, but it does look like a light brown right here. Like a very ash brown, like a very nice light ash brown, i thought it was going to give that, as you guys can see the roots kind of look like it has a green undertone. So it didn't do much for me. Maybe i should have put more, but i just feel like these hair dyes are trash. I'M sorry, i just don't think it does much. I don't really think it's that effective when it comes to like dyeing your hair. So that's the only thing about this: the iron. I was just like i mean it is affordable, it's like four dollars or whatever at the beauty supply store, but that's just the only thing i feel like. I didn't do anything, but i do like it. I actually like how my hair looks. I thought it was going to be bothered, but it definitely did something for the roots like you could tell that. There'S like a darker tone to the roots which i like i like that it did that it is semi-permanent, so obviously uh your when you wash it. It'S gon na fade, it's gon na fade more and more so i will be keeping this and there's a lot more in it. So i mean i'm not really like mad about it or anything. Now i'm looking at it, i'm saying i'm not mad that i just left it this color, because you know i feel like i don't care what nobody say. So a lot of people think that, just because, like your light skin or whatever everything is just going to work for you, i feel like it can be your your face features. It can be like everything that it a lot goes into, like a color, going with your complexion that i first like blow-dried the hair a little bit, it got slightly slightly a little bit dry, not too bad, but you know i do take care of my wig. So i did put like leave-in conditioner. I let that dry and i left that alone and i put some bio silk serum afterwards. While i was like flattering my hair, but i don't go heavy with the bio silk because that oil is heavy it's thick. So it will make your hair stiff, even though i love the smile, i love the smell, it's just. It is really thick. So that's the only thing i kind of try to avoid, but overall you see my hair. My hair looks good, like it looks really shiny. I love how healthy the hair still looks, so i will be shopping with wes kiss hair in the future, because it's just come on out like look what you got, let me show you guys how it looks in a little park. So this is how it looks in the middle part, i'm not a big fan of how it looks in a middle part. I don't know why i'm looking at it, i don't know what box i love, how they look in a side part on my face, because i have more of like a wider, a wider face and even though that usually looks good on like wide faces, i don't Know i think that it looks good, but then at the same time i do really like the side part. I'M just like really versatile, like once i'm kind of like over always touching my natural hair, i kind of just like always try to find like a protective style or something you know, but i like this, this looks like i could get used to this like i, Don'T know i just feel like if i walk into a room with blonde people, always just kind of look at you a little bit more, you get a little bit more attention because it is blonde. You know that's just how i feel, especially for like a black, or i feel like blonde is blonde works for black girls really well just depends on like how which shade of blonde you do as well, because that also works for there's blondes. That'S going to work for every kind of complexion, so you just always got to have that right, complete that wasn't the right question! You always got to have that right, shade in your hair and i feel like this works for me. I don't know this is kind of like this is different and i do like it a lot. I really like this a lot so yeah.
