Braided Front Half Up Half Down | Headband Wig | Fulani Braids | Lindiorslife

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, i'm lindy. This is linda yours life. You are back for another one. Another hair tutorial this time. As you can see, my hair is in a puff nice natural state, but today we're trying something different: something new for us: okay, i'll put the picture on the screen, but this is what we're doing we're doing a braided front, wavy hair in the back, whatever whatever It'S called um we're doing that hairstyle now i'll practice this by saying, i'm not the best braider, so we're trying something new today, where we're sure trying something new and then also the hair that i'm using the back is actually a headband wig. I saw this girl's tutorial, i'll, probably link it down below and i was like i can like. I can do that. I have been wigged that will work perfectly for this. So i'm like you know what let's try it so i'm off camera going to just blow dry the front of my hair and braid the back down nothing too crazy and then we'll get into the real meat of the matter, which is the braiding and actually making It look cute and stuff so yeah, let's down, let's do it, i'm witty i'm up we're back and we are together. So the back of my head is braided down in whatever pattern just to get out the way, and then i blow dry my the front of my hair. So let's try to figure this out. I'M talking crazy, bleed crazy, but i wouldn't want to leave. I know. Okay, we are parting, one in the middle three on this side, one two, three four on the other. So let's move on to our next step, which is the actual braidings; okay, it's voice over lindy and we're back so first things. First, for the braiding got ta separate out the hair, so i separate separated three pieces for um, the small section. As you see i'm going in with the gel and the part to clean the parts up, i did this for every product you know, got ta, keep it clean, got ta, keep it cute. So after cleaning the part up, i put more gel on either side of the braid got ta make sure i take my edges out and then you first start braiding you just braid the hair normally try to keep it tight. Try to keep it right. I think i went down too far on this one, but basically you do a couple of regular braids and then you add the hair in between in between your first two fingers and then you just keep braiding down, and this is my first time doing it. So. Well, not my first first time but my first time in a while, so i was kind of struggling a little bit but as you can see, you got to put it in between that those first two fingers and just start braiding down. Not your thumb, obviously, but i, as i told you, i'm putting three pieces in this braid and i'm just gon na braid all the way um down and then, as my braids got bigger, i added more pieces to them um. So my biggest braid has about seven pieces of braiding hair involved and then my sponge braid had three so do with that information. What you will a capital p. I rightly present count presidents uh get into it. I did it. Oh, my gosh y'all, i'm a braider who knew who knew it was gon na work out. Okay! So now here's why here's the reason why i even started to do this in the first place, the headband wig this wig put it down in the comments. I don't remember it's from, but that's what i'm going to use for the back part make it easy, i'm going to cut the um the headband part of it, because i be putting other headbands over it anyway, like when i actually wear it. So i'm like, i might as well just cut this off, so i'm gon na cut this off and then apply it on my head, like it's a um. What'S the word, i'm gon na apply it like it's like a half week. Basically, you know what i mean so yeah i'm about to cut. Hopefully this works out because i don't know okay, i cut it off so now it's like this and i'm trying to fold some hair over in the front to kind of cover that line for when i stick it on. So, let's do that so i folded some hair over so now the lines kind of covered and i'm just gon na stick it on okay, move the braid, i'm i'm going to fix that later, but that's what we're working with for the for right now! I did. I found a way to hide the band, so, as you can see it's kind of hidden now i don't know if you can actually see, but what i'm doing is i'm taking the crochet needle going under underneath my actual hair and then pulling pulling the wig hair Through so it's like looping over my hair, and i don't know if i can really show you how to do it, but we're going to try. So i did it a couple times as you can see it's kind of covered, but i'm going to take the crochet needle right and i'm going to go close to the band, but it, but i'm going underneath my actual hair. So now that i'm underneath my hair, you don't have to be a lot underneath your hair get a piece of hair from the band which actually piece of hair from the band put it in the crochet, put it in a crochet needle. I don't think you can see this, but we're going to try, pull it through and push it over and it's kind of making it look a little messy, but it is covering the band, so i'm i'm kind of with it. So i'm about to do this. All around my all around the top part of my head and then dip these in hot water and then i'm going to do my edges and we're going to be done so yeah, okay, and just like that, we're done i first of all. I love this hairstyle. I did so good honestly, i'm very proud of myself. I didn't know that it was i'm saying i'm going freaking like this, but it's amazing. I love it.
