Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, i'm gon na be installing instant edges with today's hair half a wig. Yes, so i have a half a wig by today's hair 22 inch, kinky curly um has a headband and it's a half a cap um. As you can see, the band is very slick and so for extra security. I put a um wig band slip, grip strip in it um this you do it yourself, so i cut it to size. So i went from ear to ear and i also put them up under the um combs too, because sometimes you guys, you know you have that slick, hair or you put too much oil or grease on it and it just it doesn't stick so it slides over The top of your um hair, so i went on and i put it in place, um in the wig um. I just use the hot gun, glue, gun um, you can use um, you can sew it in or whatever, but you notice, i put, i put it halfway on the wig and halfway on the um band. So let's go ahead and get started now that we have this nice wig that looks nice, so, okay, as y'all can see. I have i had my hair tied up and i tied it up because i have poofiness right here so in order to put this wig on for today straight i went on and i slipped my hair. As you can see, i have hair in the center, but i don't have hair here so um instant edges, um comes in a two pack, so i will be installing that the left side and i'm going to go ahead and measure. I said i don't. I don't need edges here, so i'm going to go ahead, i'm going to measure here and then i'm going to measure here uh before i put the wig on before i put the wig on so um. As you can see, i braided my hair and to the back two french braids um. I came across here because um the wig has a pick in the center, so that will easily be able to like tuck. So that's why i braided it like that. So i braided the two down and so that the pink cone can go here so now, let's go ahead and i'm going to um shape the size of my edge, and i like the way this look is so i'm going to take about this much off here. So i'm going to take that off. I just usually take it apart before i break it. So now that it's apart, it should perfectly match up there and it did um. This is too much hair, so i'm going to cut some of it off because i'm going to be wearing a half a wig um. So i don't need that much so! Okay, now that i've cut my edge off for my half a week open it just perfect. Okay, spray, the back of it and remember guys, do not over wet instant edges, i'm just gon na. Let that stick there, okay! So while i'm letting that dry, we want to go to the other side so same way. With this side, i'm going to measure it. I think that'll take care, i'm gon na cut a little bit off, but that looks like about right and again we're going to cut that off and i'm just using shears you guys. So we can thin. Okay, now then cut that i'm not dead in the right place. Okay, wake that up and i'm spraying it to soften it up. So i can turn it because i don't need it as a part and i'm just combing behind the line of the um no glue. Adhesive, okay, so, okay! Now what i'm going to do today, because now i'm fixing to put a wig mush cap so that um, my edges, won't uh shift. So let's see right here, magenta you guys blow dry, make sure it's! The edges is very dry before you do this. Do it the night before it don't matter? Okay! So now that i got my edges secured that way they can stay laid, and now i'm going to just touch them up a little. So, okay, guys there you go your instant edges and they are on. They are on so we're going to dry this before i put the wig on, because what we don't want to do is to get our weed without this gel residue and stuff good stuff on there make sure your hair is dry before you put any um ponytails Or wings on make sure your edges are sealed. If you do not dry them, they will kill um, that's just a little color, because i need all of it, but you're not going to see that because that's the way it's going to be there so now, since we got it all that looks nice all right. We'Re gon na wear it like that. Okay, so i'm gon na wear, y'all, okay, okay! So now we got our wig. Now we got our curly wig. Oh that's going to be so cute. Look at that child! Hey! It'S going! Oh that's! Gon na be nice! So this is a natural and instant edges is usually a number two or number four. Some natural come lighter than the one than the other, but um number two and four of edges used to be similar to the natural hair. Um keep in mind, it gets a little darker when you um do put a gel on it or you wet this hair. So this hair is a natural brown, but we all know when to get wet. It'S going to be a little darker, like a 1b um. So, like i was telling you guys about the slip grip, i got it um. It has a comb in the back, but this one doesn't have the elastic straps um. So this one is going to be one size fit all because you're gon na you have the headband um. You don't have the extra in here. You have the headband to secure it in place. So i'm going to put this on and i'm going to put the back to come in first and the reason i'm doing this is so it won't pull instant edges um. I know how far to take this up with edges. I know you guys put your wigs on the other way, but no, the half a wig took the comb in the back of your braid. Bring it up make sure this slip. Grip is flipped up. So when we fold in make sure it's slipped up and then look for your combs, so here's my comb, my middle comb and there's that braid that i want to tuck it in and um my other side cones are going to go inside the neck. So you bring it before you poke it. You want to see how far you want your bang to come up your headband, so i want my headband about there. Okay, so what we're going to do is we're going to flip that make sure your slip. Grip is up because if it's not, it will slide off your little head. So i have my top comb here. Tuck it be careful against the edges should be dry tuck it it's up to you. If you want to tuck it and tuck it here, but be real careful, because you know it's like combing the edge so now that they are tucked make sure my slip. Grip is out and going down, see where my slip grip is at guys. That way, the wig won't be sliding off of the edges or your hair. For those who have that slick hair, i'm going to bring this band down. Okay, okay and y'all - see i'm getting it really tight. But i don't you see my edges disappear, so we don't want to put it that tight, so we're gon na bring it back. Okay, all that's did now i'm going to take my headband okay, i wanted to fold something in here bam. Sometimes it rains a little bit too much. Okay, there. It is y'all voila, something quick and easy. So now now that we got this net, oh this feels so good. This feels really good y'all, like oh so um. I seen some nice looks with it. So i'm gon na play with it, but that's it for um instant edges installed with today's only hair, um curly kinky um natural color 22 inch. This is 22 inch, guys um. So let's say um. This is nice. It looks really good. Oh that looks really good. So this, oh okay, okay, okay, okay, hey! I like that. I like that this is that's that look. So you know baby okay and i i got a little um water and um a detangler mix. I watered down a detangler because detanglers using leave a little um icky feeling - and i didn't want my nice hair icky. So, oh that look good. That looks good. So that's the headband wig with edges. We also can part off - and i do have that took in that braid, so i can't pull the ponytail up and i'm not tagging on it a lot guys because i still have my edges on so i got me a little messy bun here and it down. Um put a little water if you don't want to get it so big, oh, that is cute. Y'All y'all see today's all the hair. It'S really cute. This is really cute. This is really cute, so y'all know i got this super super super wet. Okay, i can do that or i can take it down so now, the wedding and sections looking do you want good? This wig is very secure, guys um, i had one on and it wasn't as secure as this one because it did not have the um pick. Comb in the center um so be sure that you see the wig um and make sure that it has the center one. Today'S only hair has this nice center one in there. So that is looks good. I can just poof it up so so now we got the poofy and it is wet all over guys, 8am like that, put it up real, oh, that is cute. That is cute, that is cute, that's cute, and then you got your edges now, i'm going to take that down. Look at that! Look at that guys! Oh there you go! You got your curl over here and you got your wave down. Look at that. If you want something more that phrase down, let's do it in the fridge, yeah and get it curly, and if you want your um, curly, half wigs or curly, bundles or whatever, to be extra curly. I suggest you to spray it before you put it on and put it in a bag, um a plastic bag and where the um it'll sit in that in that um scrunch position and your hair will be really wet and um. It won't be wet. But it'll look weird because, like this is not wet guys like look at it, it's nice, so i get to wear my wig like this. I get away like this. Oh look at that. I go it's on now. It'S on there y'all. It is on now it's on there, i'm loving this wig, oh welcome, and how can i help you today, wow okay, so that there we already know curly curly stuff, look at it! Look at it guys! Look at this curl! Look at these curls! Look at the curls, okay and um. I just fold my head man, you guys can put them uh. However, you want them, you can put them. I can put it further back down. You have the wide look, but now this is the look that you have with instant edges. I really like this guys so now we're gon na go. Do laundry so we're gon na tile. This up, you know what i'm saying and there it is. It'S your messy bun, that is your messy bun for today, yo i'm gon na be playing with that. Come on now come on with it come on, come on, get up, come on with the edge just come through, edges come through edges and today's hair, only you know, get up. So i guess i want a slicker look, so i don't want a slicker look, just put a little oil on my hand and i'm looking wet and it looks marvelous with this ledges. It'S really good with this stages, and this keeps the frizz down so so, if i would have had wetness before i put it in, the waves would already been up there and there it is guys today's on there.
