Headband Wig Hacks|| 4 Easy Ways To Style Your Wig

Believe me, if i tell y'all this was a headache: y'all wouldn't because tap into the details - and this is what this video is gon na - be about it's about to be like the styles. You could do with a head, bad wig. It feels so good to be doing this again and for all of you that haven't been here before, welcome and tap into that subscribe button, because i'm back okay, y'all, let's get into this video, so for this video you're gon na use your favorite headband wig. This is mine. I had it for a while it's a little rusty, but don't judge it um. It has the clips in it, so that was make it secure the adjustable, strap that tighten it. However, you want for this video you're gon na use, some gel your comb, your favorite edge control and what i'm gon na be doing now is combing out my hair. It'S a little rough too, but don't mind that um comb it out, i'm not gon na braid. It down, based on the styles i'm gon na, be doing and once you're done to the desire of it's being combed out. You'Re gon na get your rubber band and you're. Just gon na create a little bun in the back of your head to secure the extra hair that you got going on like that. Okay, so now that is secure. What you're gon na do is get your little comb or whatever your desire to get your edges together. I'M gon na be using this to comb my edges out they're kind of long, but it works. Then. After that i get my headband wig. You see the clips in there, so what you're going to do is you're going to put the clips in your hair. That'S what's going to secure it right. So, after attaching all the clips, i am now doing the back part and i'm gon na use the headband that comes with it to adjust to tighten it and be more secure. So i don't want my wig to fall off. That'S just not going to happen. So this is what we're going to do, make sure it's all secure with the clips and the adjustable strap that it has right here. So what i'm going to be doing now is tightening it in the back. It has those velcro, so it literally snaps it and it depends on the size of your head. How tight you want it or how loose you want it. I kind of do it extra tight because it's not braided, so i want it to be secure honey and while you secure this wig this sweetheart, my dreading got no comb. So it's a little dry. So i use gel because that's the only thing i had at this moment to my edges. I do my edges a little different, so you could do your edges any way you want, but this is just my way of how i do it. I do it in like little waves of form, because that's just how i like it y'all some people like it less some people like it more, but i'm right now, i'm just doing my edges, how i know how to do them and how it pleases me. But you could do your edges any way you like, i just do mine in bigger waves, smaller waves and stuff like that, but you know do what suits you boo, it's gon na look cute. I have fake that it will and don't mind me. Sometimes my edges take a little bit longer. Then you know normal because my head butter, yeah y'all. I treat my hair in the worst possible way, but one day i'll get it together. But let me just get these edges together, real quick, it's kind of hard looking in the camera to do this. Actually because i'm just like oh my gosh, it's kind of like hard, because i'm not actually looking into a mirror, but the edge is about to be done in the wave like form that i like them. Just like how you see me squiggling around there, like that, it makes a mistake, but it'll be fine. I was just doing this video because i was just heading out real, quick anyways and now the basic 101 style is done for your headband wig. So now you could do if you want to adjust it or put something more colorful. You could do that. This was just super cute and i liked it so i put it on and you could do whatever band you want on top of the band that stairs to cover it. So it could look cute. You know you know you know and now we're going into the second style, and this is why i didn't braid my hair, because of what i'm about to do. I'M gon na put it out, take out a leave out, it's like when you do a sew-in and you want to leave out, because i don't really like the headband itself per se. So i want it to look like okay, i have a weave or to make my hair look more natural in a wig. So what i do is because of that um extra security. I want i'm always going to just use the clip inside to clip it more. I'M going to like minimize the headband by folding it, which is what i'm doing right now, because i'm going to be using my hair to cover it. So i don't want it to look too obvious. So this is what i'm doing just make sure it's secure. Ladies just make sure it feels tight, you know what i'm saying and what i'm gon na do now is just brush it in brush it back. In. Look at that, oh you don't even know that's a headband like don't play with me, don't play with me! Okay and just style it as you desire. This is how i wear mine on a daily basis of when i'm running around and i got ta go and if you have longer hair, it's even better, my hair's short so yeah. That'S it cute. Okay style number: three: the leave out is still there. So if you want to do a little part, a side part a center part or whatever that's what i'm doing right now. I did a side part and let me tell you something: y'all, it's still secure, the headband is still on my head. The clips are still in and it still feels very much secure, so baby. You could try it and i just put a little side part and look at that. You couldn't tell that this is not a sew-in and it's not a sewing, but this is what you guys could do. My ladies with the headband wig, that's thrown away or thrown down ready to work it. Okay, look at that bam! Talk about it! Yes, and this is my favorite. The favorite up down do okay, like i just part out the rest of the hair. Like you know, you do a normal help down and what i do is: okay, i'm gon na have a scrunchie you're gon na need a scrunchie for this, and i just put it up in a ponytail just like that, and it is still secure. The headband is still there, it's still hidden, it's just that you're using your hair to hide the headband okay and look at that voila four easy steps in getting your headband. Looking like a sew-in.
