Deep Wave Headband Wig | Unice Hair

I wanted to start off this video we're just showing y'all how this wig looks in its natural state. This is like slept in and been worn. I actually decided to wear this wig this time before doing the review um. So i've had this wig on for about a week. This is a wig from you, nice hair. This is their new water wave, headband wig. I know it looks a little rough right now, but just trust the process, i'm going to show y'all what it looks like wet, mousse, everything style with baby hairs and all that you're going to see it all throughout the video. This is going to be like a talk through and i'm going to show y'all exactly um. How i get the end result how i normally wear it on an everyday basis, as well as the specs on the hair, so make sure to keep watching. But this is the hair in its natural state, it's 24 inches and, like i said it's a little fuzzy because i've slept in it and all of that but um yeah. So let's go ahead and get straight into it. First thing i'm going to do is take the wig off because i did not do any baby hairs or anything so we're going to go ahead and just freshen up my edges, y'all. These braids in my head have been in for a minute. So please do not come for them, they're, very crusty and dusty, but i keep my braids in for a long time, because i switch wigs a lot and i like, when the front of my braids, get um fuzzy, because i can wear my headband wigs and you Can'T even tell because most of my edges are out, but here's the wig. This is the inside. It has a nice big comb right here at the top, which i love and then the two combs on the side, the adjust the strap for the headband and then there's a clip in the back with adjustable straps, so yeah and again, 24 inches. You nice, hair water, wave, headband wig this wig. I will put the price and everything else in the description. This wig is on the higher side um for a headband wig. I think it was about two hundred dollars right at two hundred dollars. So i would say that's on the higher end of the price range as far as it being a headband wig and not like a frontal or closure or anything. So definitely keep that in mind. So i'm gon na go ahead and do my baby hairs like i said nothing too crazy. You know ignore that residue from something all right so now that we got the baby hairs done, i'm going to go ahead and wet the wig and then i'll be back. I tangled it a little bit. I didn't go all the way in because i still want to wet it some more once it actually gets on my head, but this is what it's looking like. So i'm going to go ahead and install this, and i'm just going to do a talk through as i go. So the first thing that i really want to touch on is shipping, since you know that's the first thing that i'm most concerned about shipping, so the shipping for this wig it took a little longer than usual, just because they shipped it to me directly from the Unites website this is not an amazon wig um like i normally get them from amazon prime. This was shipped directly from the unites website. Although this wig is available on the web on amazon, you can definitely get it on. Prime. I, like i said i got it from the unites website, so shipping took more than the normal one to two days. I think it took about three or four days, maybe even five. I will put the exact answer in the description box, but i know it wasn't that fast, so shipping i'm gon na give a three just because it wasn't as fast as prime, but it was pretty normal for the direct ship from website. The next thing is the construction. The construction of this unit on the inside is really good. I would give it a five out of five just because i really do like that large clip that's in the middle of the wig, that's something that i haven't had in some of my other headband wigs. So i really do appreciate that just for a better security in the front, i always fold over this headband, because it's too big, it's too big, so i always fold it over so yeah. I always wear my headband wigs, like a little bit to the side, like i have like a side part like a little flip over okay. So the next thing that i want to speak on is the texture, the texture of this hair. Let me start busting in. I love the curls. I think they are very pretty. If you are not new to my channel, then you know that i love water wave hair, it's one of my if it's not my favorite type of hair to have so. I love water wave hair and this is a really loose type of curl. It'S not too tight at all, so i love the get up and go look of it just that wet and wavy natural looking state so um with. That being said, i do love the curl pattern of the wig. However, i've noticed that this wig gets kind of dry um, not even like it's some headband, wigs or even some curly hair that i've had um. You can wet the hair and you know, define your curls and everything like you're styling it, and you can do that and be good for, like a good couple of days, like two three days without having to do it again, this hair, you have to wet every Day, like you have to, or it's going to look matted and it's going to be dry um, that's the only downside is, i feel like it is really dry granite. I only put water on this hair, water and mousse, occasionally um, and then sometimes i put this auntie jackie's curl cream in it, and i'm going to show you what i'm talking about, but even with just those things. It should not be as dry as it is because i've had other wigs, curly wigs that don't get dry like that. So yeah, i'm not sure. What'S the reasoning for that um, i have noticed that a lot of the you nice wigs that i've had they do have like a drier hair texture. So that's just something to keep in mind when you're buying from them specifically, but their curl pattern is beautiful, though i won't take away from that. Their curl pattern is beautiful, but the hair is on the dryer side. The next thing that i want to speak on is the shedding slash tingling. So, as far as shedding this hair does shed it's to be expected that curly hair is going to, but this hair sheds a lot like. I haven't even brushed all the way through and i already have a whole ball of hair just from brushing it and trying to detangle it and stuff like that. So that's that and then also this hair is 24 inches long. I'Ve said that a couple of times in the video, this hair is 24 inches. So right here in the nape of the neck area, it does tangle quite a lot. I cannot go through a whole day without having a big matted ball back there once you detangle this hair and you get it set. How you want it to be? That'S it don't mess with it, no more for the rest of the day, because your fingers are not going to flow through. Just like this they're going to get stuck, um and just being realistic is curly hair. So you're not going to be able to do that anyway, but for as loose as the curl is. This problem is not like something that i was expecting so i'm gon na go in with some of this foaming mousse but yeah you, nice is a really good company. Um. I'Ve had a lot of wigs from them before, and i've never had too much trouble with them. Like i said, their hair has been on the drier side out of all the wigs i've had it has been on the dryer side. This is a new wig that they just came out with so um. You know, but i love me some curly hair. I love the headband wigs because they're just so easy to just get up and go with. I don't have to do a whole lot in the morning or, if i'm trying to go somewhere, i even went out um. I even went out and wore this wig with my makeup and everything and it turned out really really cute a lot of times. I would just wear this little black band because i don't have a black headband, so it comes in clutch when i need one, but it's beautiful like it photographs well, but as far as longevity, i don't think the wig would last a long time. I think that it is a pretty wig to buy if you're going for a certain look, but because of the price range it's not like. Just oh, i need something for the weekend. This is an investment um. This is an investment type of wig, but i don't think that it would last really really long. I don't, but it is pretty, though it's pretty i'm going in with this auntie jackie's curl a lot. This is what i was talking about: the defining curl custard. I use this on my natural hair, so um, and i use this on my daughter's hair. She has curly hair too, but i'm going to put this in just to give it some moisture to see. If this makes a difference, i was putting on like some leave-in conditioner in here, and i still didn't really notice too much of a difference as far as the um texture not being dry, but we don't see we gon na see. Curly, hair is a lot of work. I mean anybody who wears weave, nose or even not even just weave, but your natural hair. It'S a lot of work, it's a lot of work and this wig definitely falls into the category of it being a lot of work. You cannot just throw it on. You have to define your curls, you have to put stuff in it um. So, if you're not ready for the work that it has to go into taking care of a curly wig, then this may not be for you. But if you like, curly, hair and you're used to maintaining your curly wigs or even your natural hair, then i definitely say this is something that you can keep up with, but just keep in mind all the things that i have said about this unit. Overall, it is really pretty my overall quality score. I'M gon na give this unit is just good. It'S not excellent, but it is good. I would purchase it, but it's not my top choice, but it's still a good wig, but yeah. The only things that i would really change is if that the wig was not so dry and it didn't tangle so much in the back. I would love it. It would be so cute. I was so excited to get this wig. I was like i'm putting it on i'll put it on. I can't wait, i'm going to wear it and then i thought well, maybe i'll wear it for a little bit and then i'll give you guys more of a realistic review of wearing the wig and going out with it sleeping in it, whatever whatever and seeing really How it holds up - and this is still like - damn it's still kind of wet, but it gets fuller. You guys will see in my thumbnail how it looks dry and everything so yeah, because it's going to take a while for this wig to dry.
