[ Applause ], my baby, hey guys! What is up it's your girl, simone welcome back to my channel. So if you're new, you know what to do, go ahead and subscribe to my channel alright before we get started, though, look at my nails, they look crazy. So if you see them in the video some nails missing, my birthday is next week, so i'm just waiting until then to do my nails all right. So today's video another freaking headband wig, now i'm not mad at it. Though i love it. I love having a break from lace. I love the flexibility, how easy it is and just how comfortable it is all together all right. The possibilities are endless. Okay, so i know everyone has been doing the headband. Wig truth is yes, the headband wig is pretty much a revamp weight from back in the day. I think this is the perfect wig for, like everyday wear going to the gym and just living your everyday basic battery life. So the truth is there is a huge lace shortage going on right now, um my knowledge of what i'm aware of, and so companies are trying to be creative they're trying to still keep things going and the headband wig for right now is doing it. So this is the wig from rpg, it's a kinky texture, so i'm excited to try it, but i feel like i don't want to do the same. Just put on the wig, show you how natural it looks and boom boom boom. I wanted something a little bit different, so i'm going to show you guys how the wig looks how the texture looks. It has this pretty ombre brown color, i'm here for color. I love it as long as i don't have to color it, i'm good honey. So we're going to go ahead and just try this on everything being safe. Again, everything for you. It'S very big, all right ain't, nothing wrong with that. I'M not used to hair being like this and that's okay! That'S okay! Am i here for it. Yes, i am, but am i gon na, wear it like this? No i'm, not okay. So what i'm gon na actually do is. Let me show you guys a close-up now they gave me several headbands, as you guys know how the headband wig works. There are several headbands to choose from on the website, and this is what we have here: alright guys so start off by just getting your favorite hair lotion or gel. My hair is already blow dried, so i'm going to be using this argan oil from cream of nature. It'S one of my favorites. It smells really good and it's not too greasy. Next, i'm going to go ahead and just make a part from ear to ear, not leaving out too much but leaving out enough to cover the headband, which is the purpose of this video. I love the headband. Don'T get me wrong, i love being able to change up the style, but sometimes you want to get the most out of your wig and these wigs nowadays are expensive. Yes, and so it helps when you can have so many options and really just get your money's worth. I love that i came up with this option and it honestly gives you two styles in one now. This braid is what you're going to attach the combs from the wig into so it doesn't have to be tight. It doesn't have to be super neat, it doesn't have to be. You know the parts don't have to be super straight because you're not going to even see it whatsoever go ahead and braid. This all the way to the end and then we're gon na add it into our low ponytail. Now, when you're doing the ponytail try not to put the back into a bun, make it flat, because you don't want a little hump back there, even though the hair is so big. Stick each comb into this braid and this is what's going to keep the hair from pretty much flying or falling off your head, which we do not want make sure it's comfortable, oh make sure to stick the comb in the back. Going up now, you're going to take each strap and you're going to just strap it behind your head. Now we have our hair. Now you can see. Obviously my hair is a whole different texture from this wig, and that is okay. It'S gon na be sticking out a little bit and i'm gon na show you why that's important we're gon na need that go ahead and make an invisible, ish kind of part, and we want to grab up some of the wig and we want to grab up The front of our hair brush it make it nice and neat and then we're going to put this into a ponytail. Don'T do it tight, it doesn't have to be tight. You just want it to be sturdy. So now we have the real hair. We'Re going to take this and wrap it around the ponytail and then pin it down and, as you can see, you can't even tell where the real hair is you. It looks seamless it looks like it blends. It looks really natural, which is the goal that we're going for now. It'S time for our edges, i'm going to be using the argan oil cream of nature edge control. It'S not my favorite, i'm not going to lie. It'S probably the only thing that i have left here, which is why i use it, but it's very greasy. It does not hold my hair. It probably won't hold yours either unless you're, probably a 3a, 3c and so forth, but it was the only thing that i had here. It does good enough. Okay, now you're going to take the the parts of your hair on the side. I did make a little part, as you can see, stick it into like the back of the wig a little bit behind your ears, just so that when the wind blows you can't, you can't really see the straight ends of your real hair, and then you want To kind of take a pin and pin some of the wig going forward, but still being able to hide it, and then it looks like this when the wind blows you're still gon na look fly honey. You still can't tell what the difference is and that's pretty much it. I love this wig from rpg. It'S amazing love, the texture love the volume. So this is the end result. I love it. It looks good with no makeup, but i'm going to show you guys how it looks with makeup. Let me know down below what your thoughts were. I love this wig. It'S amazing rpg!
