Yaki 22 Inch Headband Wig | No Lace | No Glue | Wig Encounters | Allaboutash

Foreign, hey guys, welcome back and welcome to my channel all about ash before we jump. Today'S video make sure you hit that subscribe button subscribe to my channel, but in today's video i'm going to be reviewing this long 22 inch yaki, textured, headband wig from wig encounters. So if you want to see how i was able to achieve this look and how i installed this headband wig, then just keep on watching okay. So this is how we are starting off with my hair. It has just been previously straightened. I trained my hair. A couple days ago, i usually don't do styles on top of my straightened hair, but um. This straight hair is getting a little bit old, so i figured it was a perfect time to try out this headband wig. So today's headband wig is from wig encounters. I'Ve. Actually never tried their hair, so i'm excited to try out this headband wig uh yeah. I really do like headband wigs they're, just really easy to style and kind of slap on whenever you don't really want to do your hair or you don't know how to do your hair, but this headband wig today. Let me look up the details. This is their straight light: yaki, headband, wig and 22 inches and 150 density. So let's just hop into the unboxing. This is kind of how everything comes. So on top we have actual headband wig out the bag is kind of in a hair net. So take that off also some tissue paper in there, and this is what the headband wig is looking like. It actually feels really thick like the amount of hair on this. Wig is a good amount and again it is 22 inches. So it's pretty long and then also in the box. It comes with this headband, so it's kind of like a stretchy one like this. This print isn't my favorite, but that's okay, and then it also comes with a scarf. So i feel like that's a good size scarf. I'M gon na have to unfold it and see how big it is, and then it also comes with a wig cap. If you can see that so yes, everything that comes in the packaging with the headband wig okay. So since my hair is straight um, i'm just going to kind of put it down into a ponytail. I need to get a hair tie on my edges. I have like a little bit of edge control on there, but we're about to add more so it really doesn't matter but yeah, i'm just going to go ahead and gather my hair all into a hair tie. So i'm going to kind of get rid of my middle part. Just a little bit edge control looks a lot wider on camera than it does in person, but that's okay, just going to gather it into a low ponytail kind of loose. So this is what my hair looks like i'm just going to kind of fold it back and just bobby, pin all the loose strands, i'm actually going to use the wig cap that comes with the headband wig. It doesn't really matter the color. This is like a light: beige color, but you're not going to be able to see it anyways. So i'm just going to use this to make everything a lot flatter trying to get this over on my hair. Okay. So not only does this help to make your base flatter, it actually helps from the headbandway kind of snagging on your hair. So i do like to put a wig cap on. It. Just makes everything a lot easier, i'm just going to kind of pull it up to my edges like that, and then i'm just going to slide it back. I still have a part, but i feel like that's okay, that doesn't really bother me so now that we're at this point i'm going to do my edges, so i'm just going to add a light edge control, just mainly on my edges and just brush everything back. Okay, so i just like to have my edges: look really neat and just kind of going straight back. If you can see what that looks like i, don't really do all the fancy edges with my headband wigs. I just like everything to look neat, so i'm going to pull my wig cap up again and then i'm just going to slide it all back. So this headband wig has kind of a velcro strap in the back, and then it has three combs by the front and then one comb at the very back, so we're just going to slap it on now i like to start in the front just kind of Get it on there and then i hold it and kind of pull the back down and then i'm going to move over to the side and then move over to the other side guys. I have a really big head. So i'm trying to get this on there right. Okay, there we go, so i mostly got the headband wig on now, i'm going to fasten the velcro in the back okay. So there we go, the headband wig is on, and this is just kind of what it looks like when you first slap it on i'm just going to kind of comb through it a little bit. The hair feels really good. It'S honestly, nice and thick. I like this density again. I think this is 150 okay, so this is what it looks like just all combed and brushed out. I'M actually going to strain it a little bit and see what it looks like then. So i'm gon na straighten really quick fast forward through these clips and then we'll be back okay, so i just quickly ran the straightener through the headband wig. As you could see, i just took really big chunks. I was just kind of going wherever because it didn't really need to be straightened. I just kind of wanted to run it through and mainly just straighten out the ends. This is what the ends are. Looking like again, this is 22 inches, so it is pretty long. So yeah overall, i really do like the style of it. I feel like it just looks: kind of neat and natural. You can kind of see my middle part and how it's kind of spread out, so it has that little spot right there. I don't really mind it um if you just want your hair to go straight back then just put it straight back and don't leave the middle part. But overall i really do like the way it looks. I feel like it looks pretty natural, pretty good, just as if my hair was really long. So now i'm just going to show you guys what the headband wig looks like with some of the accessories that they sent so the first one is kind of this. What is it kind of a rose, floral print headband we're going to try this one on this is the part where i always mess up, because i'm not trying to smear it. On my makeup there we go so it kind of has like a crisscross pattern. If you can see that okay, so this is what the first rose headband looks like it's a cute little headband, i mean it's not really my style, but overall, it's cute. So next, let's try on kind of this scarf, i'm gon na, take it out the package and see what it looks like. So this is how big the scarf is. You can see that i wouldn't say it's super big, but it's kind of like a medium size. It'S not really that small either. I think i'm just going to use this one and kind of tie it on my head, like this okay, so this one just does not want to go the way i have it envisioned. It keeps on slipping off of my head either. My head is too big, probably or the scarf is a little too small, but i think it's just my head, but you guys get what i'm trying to go for right. It keeps on slipping as i'm trying to tie it, but this is like another way you can wear the scarf. This is very good. If you're, having like a bad hair day, you can kind of throw on the headband wig throw on the scarf, even if you're, just kind of like cleaning around the house, i feel like you can still look cute. The other way you can wear this scarf is so you can kind of fold it in half and you can wear it as like an actual headband and just tie it in the back, like that kind of make it a little bit better. But you know like that, or you can have the ends hanging down. It just looks really cute. I actually like this one like this. I feel like that's pretty cute, so yeah. This is a second scarf that came with the headband wig. I think this one is my favorite so far i feel like that looks pretty good, and then i have one more headband that i want to try on with this headband wig this one. They didn't send it to me or anything. It was just a headband that i had lying around and i just want to see what it looks like with this headband wig. So this is what it looks like just kind of a green jeweled headband. So i'm just going to plop that on. I feel like that looks pretty cute like if you kind of want to dress up a headband wig, you can just add a cute kind of extra headband and you know you can dress it up. I do like the way that this one looks. I'M gon na pull my hair forward, so this is what this green kind of bedazzle jeweled headband looks like. This is probably how i would wear it. I just kind of like the pretty headbands on there, but also i really do like the way that the scarf looked when i used it as a headband. So yeah just you know different options. You can dress a headband wig up or down depending on your accessories. Okay, so now i'm going to kind of show you two different styles that i would do with the headband wig. Of course, you can kind of put it up into a high bun, a high ponytail, especially because this one is so long. I don't know i just don't kind of really like my headband, wigs all up um, so i'm going to show you guys how i would do it if i want to put it in a ponytail. I would literally just gather it at the base and there's my ponytail very simple, very easy, like this also kind of makes you look pulled together. This is also great if you're going to the gym or just running errands again cleaning around the house. So just a simple ponytail: let me actually put it into a ponytail, so you guys can see just going to use a hair tie not going to do it really tight just pretty loose. So this is what the ponytail looks like it's making me look bald, but yeah just a simple, easy, ponytail, and then i would also let me hold it so it doesn't fall off. I would also kind of do not a half a path down, but just take these two little pieces right here and then kind of tie them up so partial half a path down because it's not super high, but just like that. I feel like that gives you a clean nice. Look too, you can bring some of the hair forward like that yeah. I actually really do like that style. So that's cute too, but for the most part with my headband wigs i just like to wear them down. I'M just going to comb it out again and get it the way that i like it so yeah pretty much like that. I would honestly just wear my headband wig down. I just think it's a good hairstyle to go to whenever you're rushing. You don't really know what to do with your hair or you just don't feel like doing your hair, because right now my hair looks good and put together, but it takes no effort and no time so i really do love headband, wigs they're, just really simple and Good to have so yeah you guys that's pretty much it for this video.
