Myfirstwig Headband Wig "Angel" Unboxing & First Impression | Taty'S Topics

Hey guys welcome to my channel in today's video i'm going to be doing an unboxing of a headband wig that i just ordered from my first wig, and it literally just got here in the mail. So i'm really excited to see what it looks like and it's been a few years since i ordered anything for my first wig, so they've definitely stepped up their packaging game. I think it's so cute, since i did order this as part of a deal they had going on. It comes with this free wig stand, but if you would still like this included with your wig, you can order one for, i think, maybe five or ten dollars. So just to go ahead and look into what comes with the box. We have the hair packaged here, so you can easily store it and keep it safe and just keep it looking good and it also comes with this little clutch here. So, let's open it up and see what's inside, so we have one alligator clip just to help. Pin your hair out of the way, there's also a rat tail comb, another alligator clip and some bobby pins. So let's just go ahead and set this aside and take a look at the hair. So, as you guys can see here, i got this wig in 14 inches in a natural hair color i got cap size, one which is for us smaller head people and the lace. Color is also black, which really wasn't an option, but it really works well for headband wigs, since you won't need to see any of the lace anyway. It also comes with this light brown colored wig cap, and i really love the color it's hard to actually get wig caps sent with wigs that look. This color they're usually really really bright, but this color is perfect, not that it matters too much for the headband wig, but it's just nice to have for my other wigs and just taking a look at the hair here. It is absolutely beautiful. It'S really soft. It'S got this nice little curl wave pattern going on and the headband is more of like the stretchy kind of silky material and on the ends. There is an adjustable velcro piece. So if you have a head on the smaller side, you can have it set at the smallest point, or if your head is a little on the larger side, you can have it all the way at the end, so we're going to go ahead and just start Washing the wig i'm going to be using this cream of nature, argan oil, moisture, shampoo, aussie, three-minute miracle, curls, deep conditioner and a wet brush. So now that i'm finished washing the hair, i'm just going to lightly wring it out a little bit. So i'm not dripping water everywhere and it actually still ended up being pretty wet. So i'm going to use a little towel to just lightly dab it off not too much. So i don't dry out the curls or mess them up and i'm going to place it on this mannequin head. So i can let it dry for the rest of the day. So the night before i deep conditioned my hair and then put twist in it. I don't know how to cornrow, so this will just help me be able to easily pin my hair out of the way when it's time to apply the wig, and i did leave two little pieces off in the front. So i can have that part out of twist and all i'm going to be using, for this look is my eco styler gel and i'm also going to be using a bristle brush, i'm going to go ahead and unravel the two pieces. I have in the front that i want to be left out so initially i was going to pin the hair out of the way and then put a wig cap over the twist in the back and slick my hair down. But then i realized that was going to be kind of hard to do with a wig cap on so i took it off and i'm going to go ahead and slick, my hair down in the front and then apply the weight cap and slide it back. So i can have as much hair revealed as i would like to. I think that just helps give the headband wig a more natural look and i'm going to go ahead and put it on my head and i'm going to pin it or clip it out of the way. So i don't get the hair caught in the velcro and i'm just going to attach it in the back and that's pretty much it you guys. It'S super super easy to apply if you're not really good with lace. I'Ve been wearing lace, wigs for quite a while, but the lace is very irritating to me and being at home all the time. I don't feel the need to worry about having it look, really good and laid. So this is really great for that and the hair is really soft. It smells amazing and i'm just really happy to start wearing this so be sure to subscribe to my channel.
