You Need This Hair! Affordable Bob Unit (Headband Wig) From Ywigs | Tutorial/Review

Oh get off of me, hello, everyone and welcome to my channel. My name is nia and if you're a returning subscriber welcome back and thank you for supporting me today, we're going to be doing a quick overview on a headband wig from the companywicks.com. This wig came with a wig cap and a couple headbands, so i'm just showing you guys everything that it came with, and it also had some care instructions and there's the wig. So i'm gon na take it out of the bag, and this is a bob wig. So i'm just going to apply it to my mannequin head and, as you can see, it is straight silky hair. I'M just going to show you guys how it looks straight out of the pack, and then you have the headband part of the wig and then it snaps together with velcro on the back. I just want to show you how the hair moves and how much body it has so usually when you buy human hair, you want to wash it because sometimes it'll have a smell and you just want to wash it so that it's easier to work with. So i just washed and conditioned the wig, and i went ahead and straightened it as well, and this is how it looked after. I did all of that to it and now i'm going to apply it, i'm going to start by going in with my green eco styler gel the olive oil one, and i just recently cut my hair and it's probably like an inch to an inch and a Half long and if you have short hair, then you know how hard it is doing your edges, because there's like nothing to hold your hair back or hold it in place besides the gel or edge control that you use. So i'm just trying my best to lay my edges and i went in with the green gel and then i'm also going to go in with some edge booster. So you want to lay your edges just because it it. It adds to the realism of the headband wig um, if you're going to have some type of leave out it'll help, especially and after i get done doing the swoops, i'm going to tie it up with a scarf so that it looks a little bit more polished And laid down after about 10 minutes, i took off my scarf and i changed my shirt and put a nice sweater on just to add something to it. I guess, and now i'm going to put the wig on as you can see, application is very quick and simple. As i said in the beginning, you just want to put the combs in or if you don't prefer, to use combs, then you don't have to do that either, but just make sure there's something securing it down, whether it be bobby pins or any other method. You like to use and then connect the velcro in the back. I put the scarf around my neck first because i didn't want it to mess up the hair when i put it on, because that headband was a little tight, so yeah, it looks um really cute. Already you just want to make sure you're putting you're placing your uh headband in the correct place, make sure it's you don't have to make sure it's covering the entire black uh band part, but just make sure that it's sitting on top of the line of demarcation. So that you can't see where the wefts of the hair start, if you know what i mean and yeah, then you do a little dance and you're done, but um yeah very cute, very simple, to put on very easy. So for the next couple of parts of the video i'm just going to be trying the wig on with different headbands and just giving you a look at what that's like and then i'm going to go over some of the pros and cons. So the pros are that it's obviously very easy to apply still very simple and still very cute, like you can put this on in probably like 10 minutes. Another pro is that when you are like parting, the hair doing anything not exactly parting it because you can't part it. But when you move the hair, you don't see any tracks, which is definitely a pro, because it shows that it's a it's a it's. A good density to where that wouldn't happen, and it's a very natural density, in my opinion, um one of the cons would be that you can't part it because it it's not very realistic in that way. But it's just it's it's for what it is. It'S pretty simple and not having a part. You don't have to make sure the part looks too real, because there's no part for you to have another con would just be that um. There are certain pieces of the hair that just like kind of stick out on their own and eat, no matter how much heat i put on the hair, they kind of just did their own thing, and that may be just a personal one. Just be just the batch of hair that i got but overall i i really like the wig and it's this is an everyday look like i said it's quick and easy. You can just throw it on. You, don't have to have your edges out. If you don't want to, and if you're watching still you know, i like to play um this, this headband with this wig gives me very much. You know first lady, mrs president, so i think i'll be wearing this wig a lot and, as you can see here, i'm just playing around with the wig a little bit trying to see if i can do any updos but you're kind of limited in that way. Because there is no lace or parting space um, but there are a lot of things you can do with this wig without those things as well, if you're still watching and you've made it this far, thank you for all your support and love.
