Unice Hair Review | Balayage Headband Wig Tutorial + Summer Hairstyles

So, hey guys welcome back to my channel for today's video. I am going to be unboxing and reviewing a headband wig from this company called unite. They were super sweet and send me this balayage wig for the summer time. Personally, i'm really excited to be reviewing this hair. I myself love to switch colors during the summer time if you are looking to switch hair colors, but you don't really want to put any toxic chemicals in your hair or if you want to buy a wig that already comes dyed, you don't need to spend any Time or money dyeing your old wigs, then this video is going to be for you. I want to give you a little bit more information about this website. They have a really large variety of hair types available. They have the kinky hair, curly, hair water wave and straight. They also offer individual bundles in the same textures. In case you want to create your own wig. I also really like the fact that they sell premium quality hair. So if you want to pay a little bit more, they have those options available for you. In terms of the shipping, i received my package within two business days, which was really great, and i really like that they offered 30 days returns. If you have any issues with your hair, you can go ahead and contact them. They have available a 24-hour customer service support in case you have any questions about your order. Okay, so this is the packaging that came in. So let me show you what i have in here, starting with the wig cap, the company was super sweet and sent me a whole bunch of different headbands to try. They have a lot of styles available. I believe that you get at least two headbands with your order, but they sent me a few just so that i can show you what styles they are sending to people. They also gave me this really nice bedazzled one. So this is the hair, and i have to start by saying this is by far one of the most beautiful wigs that i've ever had. I love the overall color. It looks so professional as i'm combing through this hair. It just feels like butter. I don't feel like it's getting rough or dry. It actually feels very nice and smooth. This wig features three clips on the top and one on the bottom. To hook to your hair and all throughout the edges of the wig, you will see the headband to secure the wig in place for this transformation you're going to want to start with clean and detangled hair and then use some edge control to lay down the hair. In the front, the next step is to take all of the hair that is loose and braid one small ponytail in the back of your hair, make it as tight and as small as possible. Then we are going to secure it in place with some bobby pins. Once you put away all of the hair that is loose, go ahead and redo your baby hairs, make sure you have them the way that you would like we're going to apply some hairspray and a band and leave it on for five minutes. When applying your wig make sure that the middle pin is in the center of your head, it should be towards the crown this will guide you to properly install the hair. That'S pretty much it for the installation process. It was very simple to do. It usually takes about five minutes or less to put it on now, i'm going to show you guys a few styles that you can try with this hair. Okay guys! So i'm going to begin by flat ironing the hair and i'm going to use this heat. Protecting oil i'll make sure to link it down below, as well as with the ironing tools that i'm using. I just wanted to flat iron the hair first, because i've noticed that once i flat iron, the hair, if i decide to curl it later, it does turn out to be a lot nicer and more smooth. So i just wanted to go ahead and get that over with just show you guys. How well does this hair take heat, i'm going to start by saying that the hair does straighten, but i did have a little bit of a hard time getting it as straight as possible. It kept curling up, but it is manageable and you just have to do it a few times. I want to share with you the pros and cons of this hair. Once again, one of the major cons that i saw was that, at least for me, it just was not working in terms of the heat. It was a little bit annoying to have to flat iron, but again it did work in the end. You just have to be persistent, a pro that i noticed and you guys will see it later. It does curl a lot faster, so you can do a nice water curl or you can even do a nice iron curl. It'S just for some reason. Maybe it's just my flat iron, but it just was not straightening fast enough. Other than that. I have no issues with this hair. In fact, i really love it. I love how versatile it is. The head cap is super thin, which i like, because sometimes a lot of wigs can look very unrealistic. It can make your head look bigger. I like that this was very nice and and very natural. Looking overall, i was really happy with the hair. When i washed the hair, it was super easy, no shedding. No color came out, so i was really happy about that. I really love how versatile this wig is. As you can see here, you can straighten it. You can curl it, you can do a ponytail, a half up, half down, you can add different styles of headbands and customize it so very quickly. I want to show you guys the different styles with the headbands and then we can continue to curl the hair. Someone tip that i have when it comes to buying colored hair, make sure that every time that you wash it that you deep condition it just because when you are applying heat, you might be adding a lot of heat damage into the hair, especially since it has Already been processed just make sure you deep condition so that your hair can last longer i'm pretty much done curling the hair.
