This Angled Wedge Cut Yaki Bob Is It! Classic & Versatile, Must-Have Bob Wig Style & Gomyfirstwig

So the wig that I was sent is a Yaki textured wig the length is 12 inches. The hair color is natural, hair color. The cap size is cap, size too. The Cap Construction is a 13 by 6 lace, front wig. The density is 130 percent and the lace color is light brown. This wig does come with three Combs: an adjustable, strap and a removable elastic band, so the wig is cut into a bob and it is a layered wedge haircut, it's shorter in the back and then longer in the front. So it is an asymmetric haircut from the side. What I love about the wigs from my first wig is that they do a great job with the plucking of the hairlines, as well as bleaching. The knots of the wigs that you receive. The only thing that I'm going to alter in terms of customizing is adding lace tint to the wig cap, just so that it is a perfect color match for my skin complexion. I do not wear any wig caps underneath my wigs. So this is, you know, going to help it look like an actual scalp, so you won't be able to see my hair underneath. I do do two different colors of lace tint. The first color is the color of my Foundation, which was the darker one, and I spray that underneath the wig where the hairline is and then the lighter one is the color of my scalp, which I spray on the inner portion of the wig. And then I do two different layers of each color of lace, tint and blow dry in between each layer, so the wig does come standard with a straight part, but I am going to go ahead and do a c-shaped curved part for this hairstyle. Of course, this is a 13 by 6 wig cap construction, so you are able to do your parting within the 13 by six dimensions of this lace, front tool and here's how the wig looks straight out of the package. I am obsessed with this haircut. I think my first wig did an amazing job. I am completely obsessed with wedge cuts. Next, I'm just going to start styling by grabbing this Biosilk: Silk Therapy, Hair serum, applying that to the hair and then in small sections, I'm just going to grab my flat iron and lightly bump the hair foreign foreign. Please! So now that I am at the front of the frontal I'm just going to grab this Cara cares, hair wax stick apply that to the hairline of the frontal and I'm using my pressing comb just to smooth those hairs backwards, so that, when I put this wig On I see exactly where the wig is going to lay and doing this step also makes the hairs, look a lot more sleek and Polished today, baby. Okay. So now that I am finished, styling the wig - it is now time for me to cut away this extra lace. I'M grabbing a pair of zigzag scissors and carefully following the natural curves of this hairline, not cutting into the hairline but right in front of it and just getting rid of that extra lace. Okay, so now it is time to install the wig, I'm grabbing alcohol and I'm going to clean off my forehead with that alcohol. Then I'll be grabbing scalp protector from Walker tape, applying that to my scalp. So now I'm just going to grab the wig place it on my head, just to get a feel of the hairline in comparison to mine. My hairline is rounded in this hairline on the wig is naturally a square shape. So I already see that I'm going to have to have some baby hairs grabbing the wig and holding it with a view of the under portion of the lace. I'M grabbing Wonder: lace bond from Eben New York, I'm spraying a very thin layer of that to the edge of the lace and then blow drying for a few seconds grabbing the wig I'm just going to place it on my head in the proper placement. It'S not going to cover my hairline fully, because my hairline is more rounded than the shape of this wig and then I'm just going to put my head scarf on for about 15 to 20 minutes. To allow that adhesive to set - and here is how the wig looks on my hairline without any baby hairs. I did end up adding some baby hairs off camera, and here are the baby hairs that I ended up. I love the fact that the front is long, so you can do different hairstyles. Of course it is a 13x6 lace frontal, so you can do like two buns at the top. You can do like a half up, half down hairstyle. You can do a lot of stuff with a bob believe it or not. So if you are a beginner, I feel like this. Wig is perfect for you, because it's already cut for you in a professional haircut and it's already fully customized for you too.
