How To: Wand Curl Headband Wig | Unice Hair

So, hey what's up youtube and if you're new here, hey friend, welcome to my channel and don't forget to hit that subscribe button and that notification bell. So that way you can see when i post videos, okay. So today we are gon na be styling. This eunice wig now i bought this wig a couple of months ago. I did make a video reviewing this wig, so y'all might want to check that out. So, as you can see, this wig is slightly curly, because i did one curl it like weeks ago and it as you can see it holds a curl really well, but now it is time to refresh my curls, so watch me style it. So, first, what i'm gon na do is. I am going to apply some heat protectant and i like to use the olive oil protectant, hair serum for all my wigs and even my natural hair. Okay. So after that's done, while i let that sit, i'm gon na go ahead and do our edges. So the key to making this wig look natural is to make sure that your edges are on point. So i did try to straighten this or at least bump. This top portion of my hair, it has curled up slightly because, as you all know, if you don't know i'ma tell you i live in houston and those of you from houston. You already know how the humidity is. So when you straighten your hair, good luck with it, staying unless, of course, you're relaxed, but even then, like i'm relaxed, and even when i'm freshly relaxed, my hair can get frizzy. It may not curl up, but it will get frizzy so yeah. What i like to do is i like to apply some got to be glued styling gel, and i like to do my edges with either an edge brush or a toothbrush, so this is the edge brush that i will be using. You can get this from any beauty supply, and so i'm going to take a little bit like so and i'm just going to rub it across my edges and before it gets a chance to dry, i'm going to go ahead and make my baby hairs. Okay and then i like to put a little bit at the top - and i like to just brush this part back, and we basically repeat and do the other side - okay, so now that our edges are done, it's time to lay them, so i'm gon na be Using my scarf my unique scarf that actually came with the wig to lay this okay. So, while that does its thing, it is time for my favorite part it's time to one curl it so i'm gon na be using this one curler it's by the one and only argan heats brand, and i will link it in the description box below. So i like to start on my left side for some weird reason: that's just the side. I usually start on um. Let me make sure all of the hair is pulled out of this thing. First, okay, so i'm gon na pin this up and start at the bottom. So when i want to curl my hair, i like to hold it for 10 seconds only 10 seconds. So this is what i do just wrap it around like so and then, after the 10 seconds are up, i like to hold the curl like this, especially since i want my curls to be tight and then, of course, eventually fall. I just clamp it like. So like that, and then i start on the next piece and then i one curl this part for 10 seconds and i do the same except now i unclip this part. You see how tight and bouncy that is, and then i clip this part and that's the process, honey, so trust it don't try it when that happened. So we are halfway done here. We go, and i don't know if you all noticed but some pieces. I ended up grabbing were smaller or bigger than others, so what i did was depending on how small or large the piece was. I either doubled the time or cut the time in half, because it's i don't know. If you all know, this is kind of hard to hold this hair up by clips, because it's so fine like this hair is very fine like just it'll, it just falls. My hair does not fall like this wig. I know what y'all thinking at this point. I didn't gave up on tying this up or pinning it back, because it's not working it's just not working. For me, this wig is not wanting to cooperate in terms of just holding up even with a ponytail holder. It'S gon na fall so, but it does hold a curl well and that's all that matters okay y'all, so i am done one curling his hair and look how bouncy these curls are, though, like i am loving how this looks so before i scrunch this out. I want to do the edges reveal and voila and just laid next. I like to just fluff this out looks like i missed. The um hold on looks like i missed the part. Okay, it happens. It happens you let this sit okay. So, while that's sitting, i'm gon na go ahead and kind of stretch these curls out. Yes - and this is it - this is how you get your curls popping. You want the refresh to look for monday. Well, this is what you do you just refresh the curls okay, but make sure you use heat protectant and make sure you comb it out just a little bit to give it this refreshed and stylish look and you can pop on any headband with this.
