Hi everyone, my hair, is a lot of build up after removing my mini braids or wearing them for 21 weeks to grow my natural hair in today's video I do an effective apple, cider, vinegar, rinse, talking about the benefits of using apple cider, vinegar on your hair And also giving you lots of hair growth tips as we go along, go ahead and watch my takedown video, which I filmed before this one. I want to say, welcome or welcome back to all my new and returning subscribers. I really appreciate each and every one of you here on simply chef, so this is what my scalp looks like. After removing my mini braids from my hair, I did wash my hair in having many braids, but sometimes uh buildup gets con um congested in your hair. In the plaits and hidden um, I've also got psoriasis on my scalp and I'm just going to do this treatment to really remove the product buildup from my scalp and treat it and really soothe my scalp to help it to grow longer. So apple cider, vinegar, is really a great rinse for growing your natural hair or for treating your natural hair, especially if you have build up or dandruff, because my hair has been in a long-term protective style of mini braids for so long for 21 weeks. The very first thing I do is I give my hair a warm water ring to sort of wake up my scalp and to remove any excess product that may be on there that can be lifted with the water and remove any dandruff. Once again, I always say that water is the key to my regimen. I always try to add water in my regimen, wherever I can and doing this rinse, I found that I use a less product, so it actually saves you money to do this. Warm Water Rinse in your natural hair before you put any product in on a normal wash day. I suggest it especially if your hair is high. Porosity you'll be able to get rid of a lot of products out of it and get your scalp at least halfway clean. So here are some of the benefits of using apple cider, vinegar, to rinse your hair to rinse your natural hair. The very first one is: it adds curl definition, and it also helps to remove dandruff from your scalp. It soothes itchy scalp, it decreases freeze. It adds a shine, it increases the softness in your hair, it helps to unclog or unblock follicles, and it stimulates your scalp in preparation for growing it. It'S also used to treat scalp infection and you can also use it after you've been for a swim to remove chlorine from your hair. So in this video I do some rough measurements, but it's usually one part apple, cider, vinegar with five or ten Parts water. You could also put that in a spray bottle, if that makes it easier, but I just added it to my normal applicator bottle to add it to my scalp apple cider. Vinegar is a great rinse because it has a low pH level. Its pH level is 4.5, which is really great. It'S not harsh at all, and it also means because my hair is high porosity, that pH level will be able to smooth the cuticles on my hair, so it doesn't feel so rough to touch, and in that way I also get less splitting. So this really is a great product for your scalp and also can be used on the length of your hair, because it does all of this. It promotes growth. It also helps with length retention as well does have some drawbacks to using this product. The smell for one is quite strong, so if you don't like that smell, you could add peppermint or any of your favorite, essential oils that you use on your hair to mask the smell from apple cider, vinegar. My hair has been in mini braids and I've created a mini braids playlist. That, I think, will help you a lot check that out in a playlist section, as well as my how to grow your natural hair in 2022 and all my DIY recipes in the play section of this channel. Thank you so much foreign so with the applicator bottle. In hand I make sure I go over my hair very, very well. Another drawback is, it does get everywhere. It will be dripping down your face, but the great news is that apple cider, vinegar, is also a good rinse for your face. I have used it on my skin to remove any breakout I like making. It does work effectively. I'Ve also taken apple, cider, vinegar internally, for weight, loss and other things, and that also works. It helps with bloat bloating. So you can get this one product that you can use on your scalp on your skin and also internally foreign had a lot a lot of build up on there and that's why I use this. It can be used as a clarifying agent. It could also be used as a conditioning agent because, while it cleans it also conditions and soften your hair, apple, cider vinegar is a really good thing to add to your regimen try to get the right apple, cider, vinegar, my apple cider vinegar, is actually from Aldi. It was very, very cheap, but you have to make sure that it has the mother in there and when you're, going to be putting it in your mixture, do give it a good shake so that the mother comes into your rings as well: apple, cider, vinegar, hair Rinses is also very, very cheap, as stated, you could also be using this one product for three uses. So, just using on your hair, the cost is quite cheap, so I go over all my hair and apply that product onto there and then I leave it on my hair for about 15 to 20 minutes, and then I rinse it off. You could also choose to leave apple cider, vinegar in your hair, as they're leaving some people do that. I don't do that on my hair. So once again, the benefits of using apple, cider, vinegar as a rinse for your natural hair is it makes your scalp Feel clean and refreshed it wakes up your scalp. It reduces the itchiness of your scalp. It decreases freeze, especially in our hair type. It increases the softness and removes buildup as I'm doing in this video from removing mini braids on my hair from 21 weeks, it unclogs your follicles and in that way it stimulates her scalp and helps with hair growth. It helps to treat any infection that may be on your scalp. It helps to reduce dandruff, and you can also use it to remove any chlorine from your hair. After you've been swimming foreign, you can see the growth on my hair and also the thickness on my hair. I do have playlists on formulating a hair regimen, also on how to thicken your natural hair and also just videos on growing your hair, so do check out my playlist you've gotten so far in the video.
