Deep Curly Wave Headband Wig From Amazon | Ft. Allyreetress

Hey friends, thanks so much for tuning in to this video, my name is regina and this is naturally corporate. I am reviewing a headband wig today. This is my very first one. Well, not really, but i'll tell you about that later on um, you know headband wigs. They seem to be everywhere and they're very popular, but, although they're very popular, i never want to assume that you're aware of everything i'm aware of, and vice versa. I don't know all the cool stuff that you're hip to so i said: let's, let's go ahead and do this headband wig now the main reason i bought this wig is because i cut my index finger. It'S been, i think it was three weeks ago this week and it was a pretty bad cut. So i couldn't wash my hair and i haven't washed my hair. I actually put some shampoo and water around the hairline just to make it look more presentable for this. For the sake of this wig, but um yeah, the index finger is pretty crucial, so i said, let me just go on amazon and see. What i can find here is where i landed. It is a deep curly, headband, wig and yeah. I got this from amazon. I think it's really really pretty. Let'S see that color, so this wig is actually called the deep curly wave headwind. Headband wig, i have it in the color t1b30. It'S how pretty that is. It is 20 inches long 180 density and yeah, it's synthetic hair. That'S i want to say it is synthetic hair and i think one reason these wigs. These headband wigs are so popular is because to me they're like half wigs, and you can still leave out your you know as much of your natural hair or your hair, that you want, and they are a great protective style. So i can see why people are really flocking to them and they've gained so much popularity here in these um. I don't know in the last what year or so, but look at this color like i said this is t1b30, so we've got the 1b in the um near the root area, and then it comes down that pretty ombre the t1b30, and i like this, i feel Like it's so complementary to me or not just to me, but it's so complimentary, because it just fits me - and this is the same color that i buy my crochet hair in and of course it comes in um other colors too, but this is the one i Chose so i purchased this from amazon and it was under 30. If i didn't say the price already, it was under 30, it's synthetic hair. So it's not going to you know it wasn't that expensive at all, but for the looks of it i think that 30 was worth it so far. Um and you know i wanted to go synthetic first. I could have purchased a human hair humid a headband wig, but i wanted to start with synthetic first and if i just fall in love with it, i can always graduate to human hair. So who knows so? I got this wig from allie retress on amazon and, like i said, was under 30, so came in this bag, and here is the headband wig that comes with it. You only get one and i happen to have a blouse that is so similar to this pattern. Um, so you only get one headband with some of the other wigs with other brands that i saw you got like two or three headbands with the wig, but allie retress only sent me this one, that's fine and a cute pair of eyelashes - and i like these. These are really pretty they're, not like plastic. Look plastic. Looking like some other eyelashes i've received with wigs or crochet hair. These are really pretty. I would buy these um very, pretty so headband and the wig. I am going to go ahead and get ready to put the wig on, but first i'm going to do something to my edges, like i said, they're kind of dry so because they're dry, i'm going to use some oil and some gel - and this is an oil That i like it is by paige marie and if you're not familiar with paige marie, they are, or she is a haircut. It is a hair care brand that specializes in fine hair, and this oil is really really light, which is exactly what my fine hair likes and when i put it on you know all over my hair or on my hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down so um. I haven't really looked to see what all oils are in it, but i would imagine that there may be some argan oil in there, because argan oil is very light and it it definitely does not weigh my hair down. I have another product by paige marie, and this is a new styling gel that the brand has just recently come out with, so it smells so good kind of has that minty, traditional paige marie product smell, like tea tree oil or something so just smoothing. My edges, down and after i take care of these go ahead and put the wig on. Oh, is why are you keeping me okay, y'all in real time this week, took me about two minutes to put on super quick? So actually that is my con um. You know my my immediate cons about this wig, it's quick, it's a throw it on and go, and i think anybody who wears wigs, that's the purpose of it. You want it to be quick, easy, effortless and boom just like that. Definitely this hair gave that to me the color is beautiful. This hair is not shiny, that's another con. You know how some synthetic hair may be really shiny and just look almost kind of plastic or something this definitely does not give you that. So that is another con about this hair and it's it's soft. The hair is nice and soft, which is definitely another con and i'm just going to be careful a lot of times. Synthetic hair makes my scalp itch. So i'm going to be careful about my shoulders because it is grazing my shoulders. Otherwise i think it's really pretty um and i'm going to do a few more styles with it. Okay - maybe not this one, but i'm going to play around with it and do a few more styles, but i really like it. It has. This wig has three combs. There are like two up here and one in the back. I didn't use the one in the back. My hair is really fine and thin in the back, so i don't. I didn't use the backcomb and i did use these two up here. I just pushed them into my hair just a little bit and they might even be pushed into the the wig cap, but anyway um. I think it's beautiful, as is, i think, it's really really pretty. This is allie redress. This is a headband wig. Okay, so i told you this was my first head bit head band wig, but not really so i know these are new and popular and and so many people are wearing them, but i was in my 20s. So this was absolutely 20 years 20 plus years ago, and i went to the beauty parlor give this video a thumbs up. If you went to the beauty parlor too, when you were younger, so i had an appointment at the beauty, parlor and um. My hairdresser uh called me up to the chair. It was my turn, so i got up went you know, sashayed up there and sat in the chair and normally when i sit in the hairdresser's chair, i take off my earrings or if i had my hair up with some type of um, scrunchie or whatever. I would take that off and get my hair ready for her give her a clean slate. So this particular day she called me up. I sat in the chair and i did this. I was wearing a wig. It was a headband wig. I wish i had pictures. I don't, i know i don't i'm not even gon na go look for any, but it was a bob. It was in the color number four and it was a headband wig. It was not adjustable. It just had the black band um all around the wig. When i tell you this was 20 something years ago, everybody in the salon, even the other hairdressers. You know other folks just kind of hanging around in the salon just looking and talking or if they weren't busy. If, if the other stylists there didn't have clients, you know what everybody's kind of sitting around looking so all eyes were on me. When i pulled off that bob headband wig, they lost it, they lost it. They were like. Oh my god. What did you do? What, where did you get that from? What did you just do we thought that was your hair, so anyway, that's my original headband wig story. I love that wig. So much that headband wig, like i said it was a bob. It was color number four, which was a little bit darker than my normal hair color. It hit just right, and i had all my hoot earrings that i probably got from the flea market that were not real gold that i probably paid three dollars for that. I put clear nail polish on i used to put clear theons, nail polish or theons clear polish on my gold jewel. Well, my jewelry that i got from the flea market. That was absolutely not real gold, but that's how you did it back in the day, but these are real. These are actually 14 karat gold uh, but yeah. So that's my whole original headband story. I can see why people love them because i'm in love with this one, i might even consider buying a human hair, headband wig, okay enough of me, fluffing and and all that stuff but um. I love this wig so far. I'Ve had it on. For less than 10 minutes, i've told you my prom my pros, my short list of pros that i could just come up with. You know off the top of my head. If there are any cons to this wig, as i wear it over the next few days, next few hours and even the next few days, i will definitely give you an update on my community tab.
