I would probably go out more without a wig or head covering if mine was (I’m assuming?) alopecia totalis.
Mine leaves me looking like a dog with a bad case of mange. It’s not fun - thankfully it’s predominantly my scalp that’s affected, not my eyebrows or lashes. My brows tend to be a little thin, but it’s not too severe. Lashes aren’t affected much at all, most likely due to the fact that I also have Distichiasis (that’s basically a “double row” of eyelashes for anyone not familiar with the term).
I often joke to my husband that I wish my head grew hair the way my legs do, lol.
