Okay, you ain't gon na lose weight because you're rubbing some magical oil on your stomach you're, not gon na lose weight because you're having some magical tea. Don'T believe in things like voice trainers because they they do assist, but you ain't gon na lose weight because you're wearing a waist trainer girl whereby you know you're outstanding but you're unhealthy. But you got ta lie to yourself and you're. Gon na tell yourself that you was thick well right now, girl, you was borderline obese, like hey guys or welcome back to my channel. It'S your girl, maggie mayhem, and i am back with another video guys. This video has been a long time coming, but it's here now, i'm not gon na lie. I'Ve been everywhere, but the gym i was in mexico. Then i was in dubai and then i was about to be in ghana and i was about to be in uganda, but i wasn't, but i was still everywhere, but the gym i literally was around this time last year, when i sat on the youtube and did A video but my weight is killing me, and here i am back again so i'm here to declare that i am back on my weight loss journey and, generally generally generally, i am going to be losing weight with you guys, i'm here today to tell you guys A few things that have helped me and a few things i am going to be doing for this journey. This is gon na be a waiting video. I am actually going to insert my starting weight now and we're gon na come back every month and the reason i'm doing this is just for accountability purposes and i'm going to come back every month to be weighing in with you guys. So today i'm going to be telling you guys what i'm going to be doing and just a few things help me stay consistent when losing weight. So the first thing is, i just don't know how to get my ears to legit like that is my biggest thing. What i was eating - that's all right, but like waking up to get my ass to the gym, that's literally my biggest struggle, so my first top tip for people that want to lose weight is literally understanding. It is about discipline, it's not about motivation. I have a goal that i want to get to, but when i really feel like, i need to go to the gym. The goal is never that deep. I am so sorry, but the flat stomach is never that deep. I would rather pick a nut any day. The second thing being accountable and being honest exists, you are putting on 10 pounds stop lying to yourself. I don't know why us girls don't like to take accountability. When it comes to fitness, we love to sugarcoat how we look and how we feel, whereby you know you're on stage but you're unhealthy, but you're going to lie to yourself and you're gon na tell yourself that you will stick well right. Now, girl, you was borderline! Obese, like it needs to get to a point whereby we have to be very accountable with ourselves and be very honest, especially if you want to see a result and i'm talking about fitness in terms of health. I am not talking about trying to look a certain type of way. I feel like no matter how your body is shaped. You are beautiful the way you are, but i feel like at the same time, we need to promote healthy living, be honest with yourself and love yourself enough to be like. Do you know what i might still look good, but this is not helpful for me and that's exactly the bracket i'm in now like. I may still look good, but i don't feel healthy like so. My top tips to actually help you get to the gym is the first thing don't make excuses for yourself. I am the number one girl for making excuses for myself as to why i shouldn't go to the gym now and why i should go later and later. Never comes by the way when i say later, i mean never stop making excuses when you wake up just go time waits for nobody. That'S the first thing. Stop making excuses for yourself. Just go tip number two, and i'm talking to myself like this is a diary to myself. I'M going to watch this when i don't want to go to the gym, make sure you look good when you are going to the gym a lot of us drink the gym, because we know we're about to sweat and we know about smashing work, and we just Know like i don't want to be there i mean drinking, but tell me: do i not look like a snack? Do i not look eatable like when i look this good? I want to go to the gym, because i need to see myself in the mirror. When i'm doing my rdl, i used to go gym in a bunny in a bunny that girl. However, i would never suggest going to the gym with funnels, because i went to their gym with a frontal. I lost hair guys and i got serious serious support honestly, a big thank you to luffy me hair, who literally sent me this beautiful headband wig that i wear every day and to the gym too. Like honestly guys, this wig is so so effective for people that are active because, when you're wearing frontals and your sweaters all trapped up in that you are going to break out and you're going to lose your edges. Look at it so guys. If i tell you guys all about the hair, i want to show you guys, literally the effects of wearing a frontal to the gym. My hair and the front became thin because of sweat and things like that being trapped on my scalp and i also did break out. So i wear this wig whenever i'm at the gym, because again like it's so easy to just lift up and air out, and it's just something: that's quick and easy to put on when i'm working out and again it doesn't allow sweat to trap the same way. Frontals do due to glue so which one you wanted the wig already it looks cute, it's not a wig that needs too much. But let me put this wig on. It. Just looks cute from jump like, but i'm going to show them people that want to style. This wig, to make it more, let's say, dressy how to do it. So all you need is some oil and comb, and let's get straight into it, i section the hair by just applying some small oil, and i just rub it in after i do that. I just get my comb, which i just prefer a wide tooth comb and i just start breaking the hair up and combing it through. This causes there to become puffy, giving it that wet but dry. Look so, as you guys can see already the difference between the two sections. This side already is looking nice and full, while the other side looks a bit less fuller. I do like wearing it both ways, but again, as you guys can see, some people might want that full wet look, and this is how to achieve it without actually having to wear your hair. Oil makes it nice and puffy. It gives it the loose. Curl look and the hair isn't dripping. One thing i loved about the hair was just how easy it like it moves. If you get what i mean like it's so easy to brush through, i don't need too much. Oil, like the hair, was nice and soft, and it was proper, proper, good quality that it didn't need me to drench the herring oil before it loosened up. It'S also easy to brush on the hair, doesn't shed a lot of curly hair once you brush through it. It starts to shed, but the hair doesn't shed and it also doesn't tangle. I suggest, when combing the hair always start from the bottom up to actually avoid tangling, because curls, of course, do tangle. I also want to show you guys i literally just buffed, brushed sorry the bottom of the hair, and already i could style the hair. We put that to like the up and down updos. This is a messy look that already you can literally just rock to the gym and again i'm just combing it out for more puffier. Look the more. If you want the hair more puffy, the more combing you have to do so. This is just a little quick hairstyle for people that want to do a half a hop half down. You don't need to fully brush the hair just brush the bottom part and you're literally ready to go okay. So now i'm going to show you guys how the rest of the hair is combed out, but i also want to show you guys. You can also put the hair on the side, and this is also another look or literally divide the top pony into two and thick. This gives the hair that high pony, but at the same time it's also that half up half down look and again i had only combed the bottom half of the hair. I also show you guys that the hair is for protruding length, but look at it when it stretched the hair was probably true to length. So if you guys are ordering just understand that the hair will be true to length, it is not sure it is nice and long, and this is how the hair looked once i'd combed out the top section of the hair. This is it one side, combed one side, uncombed, and i'm also now going to go in with the second half to show you guys how it looks and also how to style the hair again. All i need is just a bit of oil and a comb, and i can get the desired look. I want to show you guys what like, even though i had one section on combed, i could still style their hair and do like a side style, and i could also still do a half up half down and i hadn't combed the other side of the hair. So i'm going to show you guys different looks you can literally style once your hair is done, because the hair, literally literally literally, is so easy to play with you can get any desired. Look. This is the half pony with the little bun on top, and this is literally my favorite when i'm going to the gym. I literally just do a messy bun with literally one small curl dropping down, and it's looking cute like this wig can be worn out. Another advice tip that i'm going to be doing is i'm going to make sure my diet on fleek i'm talking about a kind of deficit. I'M talking about girl. The chocolate's got ta, go i'm talking about cheat day, gon na turn into a no date. So i'm going to start doing a high protein meal with less carbs and obviously just trying to make sure that i can drop as much kgs as i can before summer, and on top of that, just talking about dieting real quick dieting is one of the most Important things, if not the most important thing when it comes to losing weight, whether it be keto diet, whether it be whatever diet you want to try a weight loss, is eight percent. Your diet and twenty percent exercise the most important thing before i round up. Allow yourself time to see the results and understand that everybody's results are different, understand that your body reacts differently to different things. Don'T go to the gym on your first day and you're running 50 miles per hour like you want cheater, take time with your body. Allow your body time to actually like burn down the calories. Like some of you guys, ain't worked out in 50 years. Your body ain't gon na lose that weight in two days. Since i was 16 and i put on i've, put on double the pounds, i was when i was 16.. I am so excited for those are going to join this journey with me. I think we should make like a little squad. I am so excited for this journey honestly. Make sure you guys invest in some cute gym gear. Make sure you guys invest in some makes you guys invest in your bodies. I know healthy eating is expensive.
