How To Make A Chrochet Afro Headband Wig |Wigs By Eve | South African Wigmaker

Hi guys

This video will show you how I made this gorgeous Afro headband wig.

You will need

A CHROCHET wig cap

A CHROCHET needle

A headband band with 3 combs ( you can order via WhatsApp 0670563016)

A C shaped needle

A sewing thread

A mannequin head.

This wig took me about an hour to finish.

Hi guys, so i want to make a crochet headband wig, so i got this actually in town it was like 10 bucks. It'S like a helmet, my headbands, a set of three is hundred and fifty rand. So if you are interested, if you make wings like me and you are interested in making headband, then you can get this so now, i'm done sewing it down. So what i'm going to do now is insert the hair i'm still deciding. If i want to use this, this is like a phone braid or this spring twist, but i think i'm gon na use this. I got each package. It was like 42 rounds in kempton park, so i'm gon na mix these two just gon na - add a little bit of this, and mostly this so yeah um. This braid that i'm making is actually inspired by a tick tocker. What'S her name, but she had a very nice headband wig, a four headband wig, so i'm gon na use this and this i'll put down her name and this so the spring to especially need to do is: oh, i'm also gon na need a crochet. So with the spring, just the first thing that you need to do is separate the hair so separating the hair. So i'm just take the hair, separate it in the middle see and then it's going to give you that afro look so for each piece i'm going to have about. I think four pieces or six pieces yeah. I'M gon na have six pieces for each three. So i'm just gon na crochet everything down, so this is it's gon na give us that afroish finish, i didn't use the same colors as she used and the wig that she's wearing, because hers is more like a brown and natural color. So i just used this one, because this is the one that they have so i'm going to install this around okay. So i'm basically going to be doing this throughout the hair until the hair is full. I actually um changed the hair. I actually cut it in half um you'll, see later in the video, because it doesn't really need to be very so long, but depending on your preference, you can just keep it like this, but i ended up cutting it in half um when you get to the Top try to make the spaces smaller, okay, i actually decided to make it shorter, because the look that i'm going for is actually an afro, so this is going to be a waste of hair because i'm going to end up cutting it anyway. So now, instead of taking the whole thing i'll cut it first in half and then separate from there. So it's like more or less like this now, so i'm just gon na continue from here onwards, and then i'm just gon na have to remove the back and re-do it with the shorter pieces. Look at how she's looking so far! Oh my gosh! This is so cute. This is so cute. This is actually my first time making an afro headband or a crochet headband for that matter. This is gorgeous. So at this point i was done adding the hair. I filled out the spaces in front and then i was just trimming the hair to give it that final afro look look at how nice it's looking, so i'm just cutting off the excess fabric. So at this point i was done making the wigs. I was just cutting off the excess lace and then i went ahead and added the two combs in front and one at the back of camera.
