Hey y'all welcome back to my channel today, i'm showing you my new kinky curly, headband wig that i got from amazon. It is a glueless, no lace, headband wig, it's 150 density, it's in the color natural black and i got it in 22, inches it's from the binano brand on amazon and i'm just unboxing what it came with. It came with wig caps, lashes, two headbands and, of course, the hair, and i also came with a card telling me how to take care of the hair. So now i'm just opening it up and showing you guys what it's like straight out, the pack. So now this is me getting ready to put on the hair, so it has four clips three in the front one in the back and then it has the elastic band. So now i'm just putting it on. I had already washed it before i installed it, so i washed it with shampoo and conditioner, and so a tip for when you're putting it on is to put the hair in a ponytail so that when you're snapping on the elastic band it doesn't get caught in The hair, so now i'm just pulling it forward, placing it where i want it to be yeah i had to duck a little bit, i'm a little bit tall. I wanted y'all to be able to see this angle. Lol yeah, i'm just securing it with the strap in the back, the elastic band and then that comb and then i only use two of the combs in the front. I don't really need the additional third one and the reason why i'm specifically not leaving out my edges is because i have cornrows - and i think personally for 4c girls for me to slick my head down my hair down for me to put it in a headband. Wig, it's kind of redundant because slicking, my hair down is basically a whole nother hairstyle. So for me it's easier to go without cornrows. So now i'm just using a few different products to define the curls in my hair. So what i decided to do was that okay, i'll do a little experiment on one side of the hair, i'm just going to use water and a lot of body wrap, foam, mousse, the other side, i'm going to use a pearl, activator gel and i'm going to Test to see which one is going to you know give me the best the best curls at the end of the day, so i'm just going in with water now making sure i go in from the root to the to the tip so make sure it gets. So i can yeah and then make sure you use a wide tooth comb to comb. The hair really didn't tangle that much very minimal shedding it's not that much. Now, i'm going in with a lot of body foam. Also this is a human hair wig. So so, specifically, i got this hair because i was like i don't want to get a headband wig, that's straight, and i still have to either flat iron it or curl it, because i don't want to have to do that's too much work for supposed to be. Like i'm just supposed to throw it on and go, that's too much work for me. So then i was like okay, what's good, what's going to be a good alternative and i was like okay, i can just get a curly wig that i can just go in and define the curls. So now i'm going in with the lotta body. Mousse! Oh make sure that you don't uh miss the the pieces of hair in the back specifically get those, and you can twirl them around your finger. So right now you can see what it's looking like with one half of the hair having product the other half not having product and you can wear it dry or wet. But i really like the wet look and throughout the day it can dry. So it kind of gives you two looks of one, so i'm going in with a lot of product, starting from the top of the hair and then going down to the bottom, and i'm also wearing a towel around like my neck area, to cover my shirt underneath. So i don't get a lot of product, but i'm also using that technique where you scrunch up your hair to people say it helps to find the curls. I don't know if it really works, but i still do it so that was the first half now, i'm going in again with my spray bottle that just has water just has water, and then i think after i washed it. I might have put a little bit of leave-in conditioner. The texture of this here is really great. Yeah make sure you get those ends, because those have been a bit of a problem for me so make sure you get those ends. Twirl your finger around get to the back of your hair. I know it's kind of uncomfortable to get back there so tip for when you do this process of when you're you know, wetting the hair and things like that is that you can actually part the hair into different sections. But i was kind of in a rush and i was trying to go out the door, so i really wasn't trying to do all that, but you can part into different sections and then you don't have to actually keep it on your head. You can actually put it on your mannequin head or your styrofoam head. So now i'm going in with my curly gel activator honestly i just picked up whatever i had uh, whatever i could get from the beauty supply store. I think that was the cheapest bottle. I could get it was like 299, 399. um, so yeah, that's what i'm going in and i'm applying it right now. You can see how quickly it actually defines the curls and it's making them pop and so yeah. It didn't actually need that much detangling, honestly they're, not that many tangles or snags, and it's not shedding that much. But you can see me taking off the few pieces of hair that come out, but i was like it's gon na be for me personally with the headband wig. I feel like it pays off more for me to get a human hair one than a synthetic one, especially in the summer, this heat, even i was able to wear this hair in the rain and it didn't actually actually make the hair look even cuter tbh, the Water, you know activated, but water activated curls, but yeah make sure you get that back area specifically specifically because then you don't want to have. You know two different curls going on in your hair, so i went with a lot of that: curl jelly um and then i like both these products, also because they don't have a smell because some of the scented um hair products honestly is too much for me. But you can see what it's looking like right now the curls are giving the curls are popping, i'm feeling her i'm trying to see which side i like best, it's kind of hard to choose, i'm lying. Actually, i think i, like the girl, the curly gel activator. More i'm doing the scrunch up method right now, i'm supposed to help the curls pop yeah. I think i like the gel more than a lot of body foam. Actually you can see the front and the back angle. So now i'm going going through it with a comb top to bottom, just making sure i brush the product evenly through the hair from the root to the tips, and you can see how easily it's gliding through the hair yeah. But for this look today, i'm actually preferring but no edges look and since i have cornrows, i have to push the hair so far back for my edges to show because then also the headband that it comes with is like um, probably like two to four inches. So i don't want my cornrows to be showing so, but if you have um your hair, slicked back it'll be easier for you to tuck it back. So now i just did my face a little bit. I just did use um the colourpop, pretty fresh tinted moisturizer, because i'm about to go out, and so i honestly and wholeheartedly believe that you can never put too much water in your hair. So my problem with the using the lotta body, wrap me mousse, is that it doesn't really work that well to the ends like the ends of the hair start to pop up versus with the curl activating gel. It stays longer. So now, for this look, i'm just adding a bucket hat, because it's hot outside and girl. This is the reason why i'm wearing a headband wig. So i got to do no lace. I got a new little glue and i got noodle edges, so you guys can see. This is my final look um after doing both sides, so i think i definitely prefer the side where i use the curling gel instead of the foam. But it's up to you to check it out. I hope you liked my video subscribe for more bye, okay, y'all! This is the finished wet look added, my bucket hat super cute. I always give it an extra spray of water. You can never put too much water in this. I want those curls defined, so this side is a lot of body hold on this side. I use a lot of body and this other side. I use the curl defining cream and i mean i like both. My only problem is that a lot of body it doesn't get all the way to the end, so the ends are getting poofier quicker and you have to put more product versus the curl activator cream. It works from top like root to bottom, but a lot of body. You have to put a little bit more product to get it to stay curly all the ways to the end, but this is the finished look. I was like i've never seen. Anybody do like. Wear their headband wig with a cap like a bucket hat, i was like wait. This is like i have the perfect one and it's so cute, okay and then always don't forget to spray the bag. I feel like a lot of people. Forget it because it's a harder to reach area, but it's still super important that you get there, even though i'm kind of spraying blind, but that's okay, i'm getting it but yeah! This is a look. Do you guys love it? Do you guys wait shout out to my white cloud earrings comment cloud emoji if you're still watching you
