Well, hello, everyone and welcome to the beauty zone. I'M Felicia! I am back. Thank you so much for all of your well wishes because I've been sick. As you know, for probably about the last week, I was on vacation for about a week and a half, and this past Monday night, I started to feel a little tingle in my throat. Oh, my god, Tuesday morning I had the worst sore throat ever by Wednesday. Thursday was a full head cold, so I am just really really really trying to get it back together. Here, I'm feeling a little bit better, I'm still congested. So I'm sure you still be able to hear it has a pack on a lot of makeup there to try to make myself look presentable for you guys, and I have missed you so much happy New Year to everyone. It'S gon na be a great 2010 and let's get started for today's tutorial, I decided that I was going to revisit an old favorite and this particular lace front was actually my second lace front that I ever bought and I've had both of these wigs for about Over a year - and it is free, trust, equals Beyonce. Now this is free. Tres equals bestseller. As I understand a lot of women, wear this lace front wig and it's pretty of a pretty good synthetic. It is in a 1 B and you can curl it. It has the pattern of fiber and you can curl it up to 400°. Now I have two of these I like to so much about two and what I realized once I took both of them out of the package, is that one is thicker than the other one, so the one that is thicker and here she is right here Beyonce. This one is fuller, then this one okay, so what I do with this one is: I only wear this with headbands. I never curled it other than sting curls, and so it always stays curly. So, whenever I'm having a headband moment - and I want kind of the poufy or fuller look - I wear this one. When I want to sleek her straighter look, then I wear this Beyonce and what I did with her is I actually flat ironed her all the way around, so that she has no curls at all. Now. What I want to do is show you a trick with Beyonce, because when I first purchased her, I was trying to rock her all the way up to the front of my hairline, and it was not working for some particular reason. The Beyonce wig cap on this pre tres, equal wig, is small, and so it was really really tight on my head. The sides don't even come all the way down. I think they stopped right here, so I kind of had to try to work with her for a number of months to try to figure out okay. How can I make the most of this lace front that I spent $ 50 on? Basically, because at one point I just put it down, I was like well, I don't know what I'm doing must be doing something wrong and I went to something else and one day I was fooling around and I realized that she works better. For me, as a half wig, so I'm going to show you guys how I achieve a really long straight sleek. Look where I have a part, and I match the parts up from the wig to my own part of my head and how realistic it looks. So that's what I want to show you guys. The first thing I did, though, of course, is I flat ironed in my hair. I have a part of my hair pulled out in the front. The rest is in a wig cap. I have these clips on the side here, though, not to hold the wig cap, but to hold my sides up, because my sides are really really long and I need to cut them a little bit. But I have it as of yet so I'll go on and put my part, and I should have a permanent part in here already again. I hope everyone's having a great beginning of the new year. As you guys know, the South got hit with some really bad winter weather, and here in Atlanta started Thursday night. We basically had been snowed in since that time, so I haven't been out since Thursday night. I was in all day Friday and all in all day today today is Saturday and that's fine with me. So what a wonderful time to do several tutorials, where you guys okay, so grab apart as you could see, okay, and what we're going to do is we're going to match the part that I have permanently placed into Beyonce. That'S my part. There we're gon na match her up with my own part here in my scalp now. What I do like about free trust, equal is the translucent lace and it's pretty easy to match up with my own skin tone and complexion. Again, you have the two combs in the front and you have the comb in the back and you also have the hooks. I'Ve had this wig for over a year now, both weeks over a year, and so it's holding up pretty well, it is what it is. They'Re synthetic, so it's not gon na be like human hair, but they've been holding up pretty good, so I think I've. Basically I've got my money's worth okay. Now what I also realized when I bought this too, is that I got a 1b and I actually really should have bought a two, because my hair, for some reason, is getting lighter. So what I try to do with this I'm, seeing that my hair is a little bit lighter. I try to use my hair as a highlight as if I just highlighted you know the front part of my hair. Okay, so we're gon na go on and get started and what I'm going to do is I'm going to align, see if you guys can see I'm going to align the part on Beyonce right here with my part here: okay, that's what we're going to do? Okay, I think I got it together now. It took me a minute to to get the part in line and get it straight, but this is what I want to show you guys right here is where Beyonce stops, and if I pull her up a little bit, you can actually see that and all I Did was just allied the part on Beyonce to my own part right there, okay and sometimes I'll, get it together the first time, and I won't have to do any tweaking and then other times. I just have to do a lot of tweaking on it. Normally, though, when I wear it like this, if I'm aligning the partner, I'm gon na, wear it like this I'll just sleep with it like like this on my head, tie it down at night for, however long, I wonder how many days I want to wear. Instead of me taking it off and putting it on every morning, because sometimes you just cannot get the part lined up correctly and other times that you can so what I would do if I was going to wear this for a couple of days, I would just Going on and just you know, pin it down with my bobby pins and then you could do a wrap or whatever you want to do at night now, um like I said, I've straightened it and it is completely straight. You guys could see - and I think you know straight Beyonce - looks really really cute really really believable turn around turn back and hopefully she's not all knotted up. Unfortunately, this is one of those wigs where you just really have to comb it all the time I keep a wire brush. Okay and that's it long now, another product that I used on Beyonce to keep her glistening and you know to help her to kind of blend in with my hair, would be Bronner brothers, pine, tar. This works so well on this wig. It helps to smooth it out and to just make it look more like human hair versus it versus it. Looking so classic E, and what I do is I just put a little bit on my finger and I will put it on the ends of the hair and then I'll Flatiron it. So there are a lot of things that you know you can do with this wig once you get a flatiron, okay and I'll show you guys some pictures of the other Beyonce that I have, and you know just remember again this this is you know synthetic hair, So it's gon na not up at the ends. I think the fact that I've had this week for a year or over a year, it's really holding up pretty well prepared to a lot of other wigs, that I have that I've had for like two seconds and they look like crap alright. So that's gon na do it for this tutorial. I know it was really a quick one and I hope you guys enjoyed it again, apologize I'm still under the weather little loop de loop de loop, so you know still continue to pray for me that I'll get better and thank you so much for your well Wishes - and I will see you very soon - take care bye, bye, guys,

Ateya Rich: I must get Mac Eversun..looks beautiful! ANd Beyonce is very nice...like how you lined the part...great tutorial!

Just Felecia: For my natural hair, I think wearing wigs to protect my hair has helped it to grow. And as always wash & condition on a regular basis.

Kimberly Rising: WoW! It's great how you aligned the parts! It looks so realistic! Looking good!

SexySensi: Ive been looking for a decent straight wig and i think i may have found her!! She looks really natural! Love the eye look as well, if possible could u pls do a tut? Thanx x

I know what to do now. Thank you. When I get the urge to go blonde I can simply buy a blonde wig instead of damaging my own hair. I used to perm, color, get new growth then chop it off when I get depressed or tired of the color. Now I can just by a wig for any occasion including the urge to go short. I can also do red. Cool
