Her instagram follow me on instagram, okay. So today we're going to be doing a talk through i'm going to be installing a headband wig and showing you guys how i do it and how i lay my edges. So you can get the perfect sleek look with your headband wig. So that's what i'm gon na get into showing you guys today. So the unit that i'll be rocking today is from your listed hair i'll, be rocking the water wave, headband wig and 18 inches. It is in the color natural black, it is 180 density and it is a 100 human hair. So we're just going to go ahead and get into it. Um y'all will see somewhere on the screen. I did go ahead and co-wash the unit, and yes so this is it so it is now dry, so i'm gon na set that to the side for now and we're just gon na go ahead and work on our hairline excuses lying on my i just use This line, because i had this wig cap sitting so down far on my hairline, but my hair is just cornrowed to the back there a little frizzy, but it is what it is. So what you want to go ahead and do is start off with laying your edges down. That'S a very important step. Obviously, if you don't like baby hair all that you could go ahead and just completely slick your edges back, but i'm gon na go ahead and style. My edges up in the edge the i can't even talk, y'all the edge control of my choice today, will be the style factor edge, booster stronghold, water-based pomade. It is definitely one of my favorites one of my absolute favorites been using it for years. If you've been watching me, you know, or even it's up to you but i'll - be using this one today and make sure your edge brush is clean. You know that's very important, so i do have my wig cap off. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to go ahead and just start laying my edges a line like oh my gosh, i'm mad, that i put that on like that, like what was i thinking so you can brush yours down. If you would like mines are pretty much exposed for the most part, um and as y'all know, i do wear makeup. I have makeup on now. I don't apply a lot of makeup to my forehead. I was saying i don't apply a lot of makeup to my forehead, so yeah just don't apply a lot of makeup to your forehead, only apply literally a little bit, so i'm just going to go ahead and add the edge control and i am going to use A pretty generous amount, i'm not going to do too much and i'm going with my clean edge brush and i'm going to literally just lay my edges down how i like so i'm going to swoop them around. So i'm not gon na like leave my sideburns out lately. I haven't really been doing them. I literally just been applying like edge control to them and pushing them back like this. You want to do your edges with your cap off, because i'm gon na show you a trick so y'all see how i lay my edges now, i'm not even about to tie these down or anything, because i don't have time now. You can tie your edges down. If you, you know your edges, just don't want to lay down for you. Sometimes i do. Sometimes i don't, but today i'm just not. I don't got time for all of that. When you're wearing a headband wig, it doesn't matter the color of the cap, so i'm just going to use this black one. For today you want to lay down your edges first, because what you're going to do is, after you lay them down. You don't want to bring it completely like on top of your edges, but you want to bring it down to them like you'll, see how it's like on them, but it's not on them. So yeah see how i put it on it's on and then you want to pull it and see this flattens them out and keeps them like sleek, so that extra hair that was like sticking up around here from you sweeping your edges is all in the cap. You don't got no straight hairs or nothing hanging out the cat. Okay, i'm telling y'all try it i'm trying to tell you and if you need to go back in and touch up your edges, you can but just don't mess with this part or you'll just have to take the cap off and start over. But i'm telling y'all like this works like they want my edges to be looking real, real, sleek and late because, like it's all pulled back so y'all see that y'all see that okay. So this is the water wave unit from your lissa. Here i got mine at 18 inches, they do offer different limbs, so you can get yours longer. If you would like, the hair is very, very soft. You guys, and then this is just what the inside of the cap looks like. It has the clips that they use for like clip-ins. I don't really prefer these. I would prefer you know combs, but i don't use them, but i'm just saying i don't know. I don't really like the idea of this in a wig, but hey you know, teach his own, so it doesn't have adjustable straps and that's another thing. I don't like like i'll, be needing those adjustable straps, because i do have a small head. I think this is just a regular standard, wig cap, but we gon na make it do what it do. So, i'm literally just gon na put the wig on like so and get it situated. Put this behind my ear. I gather the hair like this, so that i can do the velcro and the velcro is really soft. So i like that, so i'm gon na pull this as tight as i can because, like i said, i have a small head and i'm gon na pull it around there. We go okay, so if you want to ensure that your wig is not going to slip off and you don't like to use the combs like me, what you want to do is you just want to put two bobby pins on the sides? Okay, so you're going to just put it on the ends and if this little flap in the back is bothering you sometimes like i'll, even i will even pin this down like. Hopefully i can see what i'm doing, but i will even pin this down. So it doesn't flap up, but i don't seem to have this problem with this unit, but if i did that's what i would just do, but you know i might as well leave it's already put it on. So this is the unit. Oh, it's really pretty. Okay, yolissa hair. Oh it's really soft y'all wow, really pretty really soft. I love that for me really pretty just go ahead and rock your unit like this. You know okay, so i'm gon na put on his headband. This is my headband from me. I got ta. Have my local beauty supplies of her hair being so cute? This hair then came with the wig, so i'm gon na try this one on for y'all. You have to. Let me know in the comments like what do y'all think about headband wigs you like them. This is cute, looks like cheetah girls, because we are sisters, we stick together. Oh we don't look the same. My spots are different different colors. I ain't seen that movie in so long, but this is the vibe. It'S giving cheetah girls y'all see how it is no flyaways on the hairline, i'm telling y'all you got ta, try it like that. So you already know we got to go ahead and rate the unit, so i'm going to go ahead and give the unit a b. It'S a very beautiful unit. It only gave me minimal shedding when i co-washed it was very easy to co-wash it dried really fast, which i love, because nobody got all day to be going for no week to dry. The hair dryer really really quickly very easy to style. I love water way hair because you don't have to do much to it. You don't got to curl it. You don't have to put a whole bunch of curling creams and all of that and these literally put on and go hair. Of course you do have to wash it carefully detangle it, but it is very easy to detangle. I really do love the limbs that i got in. I think it's really fitting really pretty the only con that i do have about this unit. Is the cab y'all got to work on that cap? I need to put some adjustable straps in the back, because not everybody has a full size head. My head is pretty small, so i definitely rely on those adjustable straps. I need those and i would prefer regular way, combs, instead of them clips like it's just kind of like pointless to me, because who's going to really clip that into their head. Like this ain't, it's not clippings, where it's all going the same direction. You got the clips this way the clips that way like that's just i don't know, that's just too much for me for a wig but hey teachers on so those are the only con. So, that's why i'm gon na go ahead and give the unit a b, but i really think the unit is really gorgeous really beautiful, as y'all can see, don't got no fly aways on the edges. Yeah i killed this headband wig. It is beautiful. It is wavy all the way from the top to the bottom, and i love that really easy, really cute throw on hair and you out the door. You literally out the door. You can even um also fold this black band in and make it a little bit smaller. If you have like a thinner headband that you want to wear or whatever the case may be, but i love it. The unit is beautiful, so make sure you guys check out your list of hair.
