So the hair that we'll be styling today is an italian yucky, texture straight hair and i got it in 28 inches now. This is a new layered edge wig. So this when i say this hair is about to be melted. Okay, the hair is already customized for you straight out of the package, and i just want to show you guys what the natural layered edge wig versus a regular plucked wig looks like like baby. Do you see the difference in the frontal like it is amazing? So this is a 13 by 6 frontal and the texture is just giving me life. I am loving how natural the front is, i'm not about to put any makeup on this lace, i'm not able to put any extra tint on it, y'all about to see how easy and effortlessly this wig is melted. So what i want to do is to style the hair i'm going to just flat iron it, and it was so easy to flat - and you know a lot of times with jackie straight hair. It takes a lot of effort to get it to. You know get a little bit straight if you wanted to have it more of a like silky look, but not really silky. If y'all get what i'm trying to say so um, it took me about 20 minutes to straighten the whole hair and baby. It'S long. It is a full 28 inches a lot of times when you get past 24 inches. The ends tend to be thin, but this was full from roots to tip, so i'm gon na go ahead and finish customizing the hair and then we're gon na move on to the next step. Now i'm gon na just smoothen out the front a little bit more. I want it to be flat, so i'm gon na go in with um some edge wax, which i got from my local beauty supply store the brown that i'm using is evi and, and then i'm gon na, take my hot comb just to make sure that it's Nice and flat, i'm also gon na, do a center part. So you guys gon na see how i get my center part to look flat and it's basically super easy to do. Okay, y'all know this is how the wig is looking, and i am not about to do the ball cap method. If you guys know me or maybe you're new here, i am all for the lazy girl method. The ball cap method is way too much extra work. For me, i, like my wigs to be simple, to go on and off, so i'm gon na show y'all the easy, easy peasy method to do this. So first, i'm going to push back my edges. Well, not literally push back because you will be pushing back at edges with all that extra glue, so i'm just going to be using some edge control to just smooth my edges. Out of the way, i won't be using anything super strong to melt this wig. You can actually wear this wig as a glueless, but i just wanted the extra security of making sure that it's actually you know it's actually melted to the best of my ability. So i'm just gon na move my edges back and then i'm gon na pull the wig forward. So the the cap that i'm wearing is the cap that i got in my package and it is like a medium colored cap. If you want to know about that. So it's not the light one, it's the more of the medium brown tone. So what i'll be using is the ebi and wander lace bond, and since this will have your leaves melted without being too strong. All you need to remove. This is some water and then you're good to go. I don't like anything harsh on my skin, especially and also, if i'm not going to be doing the balkan method with all the extra steps. I want to make sure that i'm not using something that is a bit much, so i used this melting band that i also got at my beauty supply store. You can get it at amazon if you go on amazon and search. So i leave that on for about five minutes, and this is how the lace is melted. I'M telling you this new layered edge is much more natural than the regular pre-plucked hairline, because it's not uniformly placed it's almost mimicking. You know how your natural line looks. It'S not gon na, be like just straight in a line. It'S it's it's it's it's! I don't even know how to describe it, but y'all see what's happening. So the hair is melted. I'M just gon na cut off the excess lace and then i i'm going to put some more of the ebi and spray on there, because i'm lifting, while i'm cutting the pieces that i don't want - and i'm gon na - need to melt that. So you guys are gon na see me later on spray, some more of the spray on there and then tie back down with the melting elastic and also excuse my fire alarm. It doesn't use battery it's wired and i'm trying to get somebody to fix it, because i don't understand why it keeps beeping and there's nothing wrong with it. So yeah just fyi for y'all hearing that beeping now i'm just gon na go in with my wax stick. One more time to just make sure that i don't have much fly away, and that is basically it for the look.
