Now you know, you always had somebody say girl, you wearing that wig. But let me tell you something this wig wearing me, because this Raquel right here she done took over okay. I don't know who Carrie is it's Raquel today girl she's exiting among you know. She is ladies and ladies and ladies welcome to the Channel. It'S Your Girl, Carrie M. Now you already know I'm gon na ask y'all cause. Somebody asked me a few months ago like girl, you don't do short units, no more, I'm like yeah. I do do short newness. I just you know something catch my eye or not. On purpose, I ain't been doing short units. You know. I pick up a unit that I think that I like that, I'm gon na be wearing that I'm gon na be rocking out, and I saw this cute little short unit number one number two: it was mad, affordable, okay, hmm, affordable at the butt. Thirdly, fall is around the corner and I'm like you know what this color is, definitely setting it off the charts. So this unit is from Jenna collection and it's from their my bell. Eunice, the crazy thing is y'all. I did do a lookbook from Jenna collection, not the last one, with the headband wigs, the one before that, and I feel like I have some my bell. You can stuff in there anyways it's a premium synthetic fiber. This one is called my bell. Raquel now the color is turmeric when I think of turmeric, I'm thinking about turmeric powder, something like curry, goat, curry, chicken - something like that, but we ain't getting no summer red curry over here. Okay, I guess it was like this time we know for all coming around. Rather, go be coming out with these orange hairs. They'Re gon na be calling it spice and cajun and ginger, and it was like we got ta, do something different. We got ta call it something else, so they went ahead and it was like we're gon na call. This turmeric, it ain't, really turmeric, but we're gon na call it turmeric anyway. So that's what we got um. They do have some interesting colors on the back of the stock card. As you see, you also get a 101 being a two. They have something on here called coffee cream. That'S looking like a blondish kind of color that could be called turmeric. Oh, they got something on here: called sweet corn, French, blue and Fiesta velvet. Okay, it's kind of like all these colors are something you can eat sound like the Thanksgiving dinner. They got a little bit of the entree apple cider and a little bit of dessert here on this table. For us. I think this is Holiday, Hair! That'S what we're going with it Thanksgiving here I feel we got going. It says you could use heat up to 360 degrees Fahrenheit, so it does have um three Combs two up front one in the back adjustable straps are very simple: wait! Wait which way, because that thing is in my eye, girl, I'm trying to my brows look real good today. Can I get one brow? Can I get one wrap? Okay, there we go. We got one good brow, because I I don't. I put some work into this brows. Can we show one at least please all right? Let me stop playing with y'all, so I am definitely feeling and shoot it. I think it's so spicy and so darn beautiful now I'm gon na let y'all know right now. Okay, the look on this unit fabulous, so you hear me fabulous now. Sometimes when you get like these um full, what do you call it like a um, a full wig, something without lace, a full cap unit and it's a short unit. Sometimes it could come over. Looking real Wiggy or it could come out looking like girl, you got ta put some work into that short stuff to make it look like something real real cute, so I was expecting to have to put in a little bit of work. Sometimes I have to do that with the shorter units to get it to shape to your head mold it the way you like I was like. I was going to do a lot of cutting, maybe a lot of like trimming down to flatten out the sides. I thought I was gon na throw some moose up on there to get my molds on, but to be honest with you, this was like so simple to um style. I didn't have to do all of that and using the scissors to even trim down a little piece that I did do in the front up over here. I don't even think that was necessary to be honest with you, because I'm like you know it's not even showing that much. I could have just combed it and that's why I didn't cut anymore besides that, but cutting around the ears I do feel like that is always necessary, because when you do get these units, the hair is kind of long and it covers the air. I guess because everybody has a different head shape or ear shape, so you do have to do a little trimming around the ears just so the hair is not like going into the ear and looking kind of crazy. You wanted to be shaped a little bit around that area, but um that is the most that I had to do was trim those the rest of. It is pretty easy. It'S all about finagling it using your fingers with a comb and a powder brush to just swoop the hairs where you want it to go, how you want it to lay how you want it to flow. That'S really. All you have to do with this unit is just get it to the way you want it to look now yeah. I know what my short styles. I love it to look real Sleek on the sides: okay, nice and flat on the side so um. That is something that I I got. Ta do. Okay short styles. I got ta do it now, usually I will put like a foam or something, and I will tie it up and let it dry a little bit, but because I wanted to kind of get this done kind of fast. I did do my alternative. You can always use hairspray a little bit of Spritz, whatever you have that's going to harden up the hair, a little bit and kind of hold the hair in place and just hold it for a little bit. You know these little hairspray drop kind of fast. So you hold it and boom you got a little mold popping. That'S it definitely a plop and go something you would want to pop on every day perfect, for whatever the occasion she don't got to be all dressy classes. Like me, you could wear her to work. We had to run errands, but I have found that sometimes, when I put on short units, like short, wigs um without makeup and sometimes come off, making me look like no offense to anybody with this name, Brenda Bernadine, something like that and then your girl name. I just feel like it makes you look a little like Bernadine. Oh Brenda y'all know what I'm saying so I was like you know what I didn't try without the makeup, but I know that's that's what they be doing, and then I got all this extra color girl. I ever go. Try it. I'M gon na put it on with no makeup I'll, probably do it tomorrow. Maybe I'll insert a clip into this video just so you can see what it looked like without makeup. I am telling you from now. I don't think it's going to look that great, but we'll see I love the color. I love this little turmeric color they have going on now. Let me look at the mirror: real, quick, okay. So I'm not crazy. So we have some very pretty dimensional orange tones going on here a little orange little yellow pieces. Now the Orange is like definitely giving Dimensions just it's like deep, reddish orange and then like a yellow orange. Those are the two Dimensions that we have Blended together to get this beautiful color and I love how nicely ombre it is into the back the black. Now I do have one one con with the style. I just wish that the blend was a little bit better. I wish it didn't just stop like the orange and just stopped back there. I wish it was like a little more pieces of orange to kind of ombre and blend better into the black. That would have made it absolutely beautiful um, but it's still not too bad. You can always take, would you call it a thinning comb which I do have and you can thin that out a little bit to kind of get it to blend a little better? I'M not doing it. I'M Gon na Leave the wig alone, okay, but that is an option. I do think that it's a comfortable wig, it's not itchy. It'S not tight. The fit is actually pretty decent, of course, because there's no lace, listen, you're, gon na just get those little little ear. Nubs right there little Nubs they're, both right here. It'S fitting pretty good. You can move the wig back and forth. You do get a decent amount of space in this unit, but also, if you do have a big head, it's gon na work for you still, because for all of this hair that we have in the front, oh baby, it's gon na cover up your forehead. Your five head, whatever you got going on so you'll, definitely be all right. It doesn't feel tight or anything like that. I mean the texture is a nice pretty we just got ta relaxer and got our pixie permed and relaxed and cut and trim. Y'All know what I'm saying it's sticky straight: it is what it is. It'S pretty it's beautiful and I'm feeling the texture for what it is these types of styles. I love it in these straight textures, because it's just sleek and sexy and um that's about it. I'M not gon na say that it's Shades or Tangles, because how the freak would I notice here it's too short to be tangling? Okay? Well, you know. Sometimes, when you get a little old, you stick a comb in there. You might get a little tangle, but it's not doing any of that right now. So that's good, because if it was I'd be like what's going on girl, we just got it so and she's doing pretty good she's doing pretty good in that department. We got no problems so, like I said, the wig is bad. I look good you gon na look good. We are looking fine and fabulous. Do you hear what I'm telling you all right?
