Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so I'm gon na share with you four tips to help you when you are styling your glueless units and today's video is sponsored by premium lace, wig and I'm just going to show you guys what comes in the Box before We get started, I have some lashes, I don't wear lashes anymore, I might again in the future, but not right now, and I also have a rat tail comb and there is what is this hair clips, some bobby pins and elastic band? If you want to do the elastic band method, you definitely have that option, information about the hair and some wig caps. So the number one thing you want to do whenever you wear your glueless wig is of course wash your hair, but before we do that, let's take a good look at the wig. It has a thick hairline, so you have so much room to customize it to your liking, I'll be plucking it later on, and you can see that the sides are very full. It'S a nice blank slate and, of course I have baby hairs here. Are the hair details do not ever do anything to your wig until you confirm that you got what you paid for okay, so this gorgeous Brazilian kinky curly wig, it's 24 inches long at 180 density and I'm making sure I wash in one direction to prevent Tangles. Really, I should have detangled the hair before washing, but I just kind of started washing the hair is not just for Hygiene. I do it because most curly hair types look different when they arrive, so what you get is something that's probably right out of processing. So the curl pattern you get fresh out of the box might not be the same curl pattern that you have after the first wash, and this wig still looks the same after washing. But that's not always the case, especially with tighter curls. So make sure you wash your hair and get to know your true texture before you proceed. This is when I'm brushing the hair. Do not be like me brush your hair beforehand or while you have conditioner in it. I don't know why I'm doing this with shampoo, but don't do this okay, do it when you're styling conditioning before washing, I have a bad habit of overusing shampoo and I need to bring the soap suds down without wasting water. What I do is, I apply some conditioner to the hair and it will make the Foam come down plus. I won't have too much conditioner in my hair and I got minimal shedding with this unit. The curls look good they're ready to be defined. So number two is to customize your fit. Let'S look at the wig first, it's a standard 13 by 4 lace, closure wig with adjustable straps a breathable mesh cap, a comb in the back Combs on the side, the side Combs. They have to go because I need more room on my wig and they tend to snag. My edges apply pressure on my hairline. It'S just not comfortable for me, so I don't like them despite the fact that I understand what they are for. So I'm going to use my seam ripper to remove them and in the crown area you have a horseshoe with lots of parting space, but I do have a tendency to go with whatever part manifests itself during the washing process. We'Ll talk about that later and I'm gon na flip over and pluck the hairline. I need it to look natural from Temple to Temple, because that part of the hairline can be exposed when I go glueless and it kind of depends on how I style my hair. I'M not going overboard. I don't want to age my wig. I really should have bleached my knots but I'll save that for another video, let's cut the lace, I don't even have a style. When I do this, I just do the bare minimum on the mannequin, because I almost always cut some more lace later on after wearing the wig and getting used to it. But can we talk about how pretty the hairline looks because I feel like I did a fantastic job so now I need to pluck the part area. This is the part the wig naturally made and I'm using my pintail comb to make it sharper before plucking going down. I am plucking only one row of knots, that's it! I don't want a wide over plucked part when the wig stretches around my head. It just looks good like this, and this is fine. So, let's move on to tip number three Define your curls or style your hair. Depending on what texture you have. I love curly to kinky hair ties because they can hide things like bulky, braids, bad lace, hair rollers, but they need to look moisturized. So what I'm doing is brushing the hair to detangle it, and today's Styler is tray. Luxe gel mixed with some oil and some foaming wrap lotion. It'S all in the jar and the foam gives me a soft fluffy hold. If I use mousse like proper mousse, it gives me more definition. I'Ll show you that later and I'm gon na brush it out, and that should be enough as far as curl definition goes, brushing slowly makes the curls pop more, but I'm going for a fluffier softer. Look because I didn't do it in sections. So I have to keep brushing until I feel like the product is evenly distributed. So all I have to do now is dry. The wig cap and my hair, using my wig drying head on low heat, never use this thing on high heat. You could melt it and step. Four is testing out the wig the next day, I'm wearing the wig for the first time, but you have to wear it a few times in a few different ways before you officially break it in so the wig reaches my sideburns, which is good premium lace. Wig fits perfectly for me now, I'm gon na use got to be glued, so I can show you why I don't like it applying the gel is not a problem. It applies nicely. It adheres just fine for a gel see it looks good A little bit crispy, but good enough now for the top. I have to make sure I pull the hairs out before applying and just a little bit goes a long way for me, press it in and move on to the other side. By now, you can already see the problem, the line of demarcation, the obvious difference between my complexion and the hairline, and it looks okay when I tilt forward and I'm going to apply some more and make sure it lays down. Now I'm using my blow dryer to dry the gel and going in with some powder foundation to try and blend things out. It only looks good when I tilt forward when I face forward lift my head up: it's not as pretty but the curls look great. The soft look, that's exactly what I wanted, and the blow drying hack helps lift the hair a little bit so that it stays out of my face. So it's full it's pretty and I almost regret cutting it. This is three days later. The hair looks amazing, but I feel like the 180 density would be better suited for shorter hair. So I cut it sometimes long thick hair screams fake, not like it matters, because I mean if you buy a wig. Obviously, you want fake hair, but I wanted it to look closer to my natural hair length and I also need to practice cutting and styling so we're a week in and I redefined my curls with mousse. Only I'm going to show you how I install the wig glueless for a better looking hairline. It looks amazing just putting it on, but I have to break this cast it's too hard and all I'm doing is sliding down and the cast breaks to reveal the curls that were perfectly Frozen in time if you're. Looking at my part, while I did this, you probably notice how much better it looks without the gel everything looks good now. I need to change the part and give it a slight angle so that the bang can be out of my face a little bit. Also. I want to do hybrid baby hairs with some foam, just put it on the roots, flatten the hair and curve it back, and now I'm getting a small piece and putting it behind my ear to keep the flap down and to help me look like. I have baby hairs, I just curved it while combing it back cut some hair in the front, and that's all there is to that. It'S like a lazy, false baby, hair alternative, I'm drying out the foam and volumizing my hair with the blow dryer. My hair is a little bit too shiny, so I need to mattify it to bring the luster back to something I can manage and I'm using my Clinique poor refining Solutions, stay matte, hydrator a tiny amount to Pat things down, because rubbing could ruin my swoop. Now. I need some makeup to seal the deal and I'm going to pluck the part properly later on. So let's zoom in on the situation, it looks good. The wig fits my face better and taking your time to tweak and play with your wig is so important. It can be the difference between loving your hair or hating your hair. So if you like this hair find yourself in the description box and check out the deals or you can watch this video right here and I will be in the comments until the next one. Bye
