How To Apply Lacefront Wig

Check out how easy it is to apply these beautiful lacefronts. Quick 5 min application & styling.

SilverKytten: Might look into these. I die my hair pretty often, to stave off boredom.. Being able to go from colour to colour, and even change styles, without killing my hair would be amazing. :)

Sasha Lyonson: 3. My second best guess is because visually, the product looks better for video. I'm a pale girl with dark hair, and trying to get a blond wig to look right on me can be hard do to my dark babyhair poking out from underneith. However, unless the woman bleached (and possibly dyed) her natural hair light, there's less of a contrast to worry about during filming, and less steps that need to be shown on how to hide these. With less time spent on problems, more time they have to show off the product

Copenhagen Caruso: I am a very mature woman; damn y'all doing some fascinating stuff w/ these wigs and weaves. Go girls!!!!!

sheliene12: This is correct. When us ladies find a product or just something for our hair that doesn't compromise the health of our hair then it is a go. Hair is just hair and there is nothing wrong with changing the style of the hair. Natural hair gets boring sometimes and maybe sometimes it is nice to have a instant updo. Nothing wrong with that.

Bambi732: These are so beautiful. <3 Especially the curly one at 0:32 the curly highlighted one at 0:38 & The bombshell curls at 0:43 - - - I'm white, & I wouldn't mind wearing it. Here is a little backround, incase anyone gaf. I am only 21 & had Gastric Bypass in January of this year & I'm having a ROUGH time with all the hair loss. Esp. in the front. It freaking sucks. Ugh...... yeah, that was all. & No, you won't get that time back. Not sorry. You're welcome.

Kazia Unique: I agree. I have a natural fro pattern with my hair and i wear wigs so that i can keep my hair in braids so that my natural hair can grow and it worked thus far. So "princess" stay in your lane :)

LindseyWithLove: I'm a white girl (very white lol) and I think weaves are gorgeous and I admire them greatly. I already wear hair extensions (both clip on and glue in) but am not satisfied with all the damage regular damage that entails straightening, curling, blow drying and am greatly considering a lace front wig, however, would it look natural on me? I'm scared it may only be natural on ethnic women, since they seem to be the only ones modeling these beautiful wigs. Please help!

Megan Ikner: I hear ya! I dye my hair sooo much! I get bored with my hair within 2 months. I'm starting to think wigs are a better alternative.. I don't want to be bald by the time I'm 30 lol.

brokegirl: Wigs are awesome! and I want one!

Deyna's VidGaming: I thought I just explained that to you a month ago. I gave you two reasons. Another reason is that where I live our weather is so humid that anytime I may style my real hair, either the curls or flat ironing it come undone. It can be frustrating. Another thing is that Wigs do help us grow our hair out since it can be tricky. They call it protective style. Another reason is that wigs have become a form a fashion, just like makeup, nails, fake eyelashes. It's all personal enhancement.

MsBubblegumGucci: wow!!! what hair straightener is that??? (3:52) the wigs are fabulous!!!!♥

Sasha Lyonson: I am a white woman with long very slightly hair. My hair takes to curling irons, straighteners, styling gels and the like. And I hardly use any of them because I enjoy my massive collection of wigs too much. I just bought another lacefront wig last night and am eagerly awaiting it's arrive so I can prance about downtown in it. Wearing a wig has nothing to do with trying to look like another race. it's about having fun with your own look and changing it up once in a while.

Copenhagen Caruso: Agree with you PrincessKonstantina!!! Wigging out & weavin-in is an African tradition. A lot of what we do, beauty-wise, is African in nature.

Tatum Rose: I didn't realize color mattered when it came to wearing wigs/extensions and wanting to look good. ASIAN/WHITE GIRL IN A LACE FRONT WIG HERE!

Sasha Lyonson: Not to mention when you have a bad- make that terrible- hair day and only 5 minutes before you have to dash out the door for work, a wig definitely comes in handy. That's saved my bacon several times for my customer service job.

SarahLoeberg: Does anybody know how long your hair has to be naturally? If you have european hair? I've got short hair, and I can't color my hair because of allergies.. So is it possible to weave in another color than your natural color? Thank you for any answers. :)

barbra sri: Can someone PLEASE answer this? I have pin-straight hair and it is thick and long, I want to wear lace front wigs though cause they are fabulous !!! Will I have to cornrow my hair then glue it to stay put? also, is there an age restriction? I am 16 but I want a beyonce/shakira like wig! that looks natural of course lol, I am white but I look latin so the curly wig will look natural on me, thank you !!

PrincessKonstantina: @TheDowntown86 Because we already have our hair and if we want to make a change we can use our own hairline parting and just add some volume or length with a tress that clips in and out. Wigs are for those that don't have hair at all or those who's hair is so nappy that they can't do anything with that. These styles are european styles and they need straight or wavy hair.

Deyna's VidGaming: @PrincessKonstantina I buy wigs because it's very convenient. I don't have to apply so much attention to my hair when I can just slap on a wig and be out there door in two minutes. I like longer hair. Does that mean I want to look European? No, I just prefer a longer length. Also, I don't think relaxers are the healthiest thing to do for black hair all the time. Instead of glorifying your race, maybe you should consider the tons tanning and plastic surgery that your race heavily invests in.

Sasha Lyonson: 1. I'm sorry to say a number of replies to your question have been rather, stupid. The fact is that white women, along with any and all race, do wear lace front wigs. It has nothing to do with what race a woman is, and all to do with what each individual woman wants or in many cases need. I personally enjoy wearing wigs for costumes and photoshoots but can be seen in them more often during the every day. As well, you may simply not know someone's wearing a wig, as lacefronts are less noticeable-

Deyna's VidGaming: @PrincessKonstantina There's nothing sad about the question you answered. What was sad was that you assumed we wear wigs or other extensions for the sake of looking like another race. I am sure there are stereotypes out there as you've said, but as someone had already addressed, we wear them for various reasons, not to glorify another race.

Copenhagen Caruso: Check this: Before women really got into wigs, white me in the earlier centuries WORE those platinum wigs, y'all!!!!!

Iris Gross: First, don't put a wig straight on your head. Buy a wig cap and wear it, then you put the wig n the wig cap. That protects your natural hair. You could shave or cut your hair, because unless you've got something genetically/medically wrong with you, it will grow back, especially being so young. People make me laugh, they think once you cut it it's gone forever - not true! lol Go ahead and play with your hair - it's fashion! And don't limit yourself because of your race. It's YOUR head!

yasmin alsaffar: i want that wig 2:34 !

Rutendo Chimunda: i would cornrow it if i were you...just because you want it to look as natural as possible. and find out how to glue it on or tape it on correctly so that you won't damage your real hair:)

Deyna's VidGaming: @PrincessKonstantina Whatever the case may be, we all have a right to any self-enhancement. The fact that you would quickly accuse certain people of wanting look European is pretty harsh, as if White people are in the minority of only having/possessing straight hair or whatever it is you think.

Rutendo Chimunda: i think a lace front would look natural on u...especially since you're white lol. us black girls when we see other women of color w/long hair we immediately assume that it's not their own hair (even if it is) whereas 4 u, i'm sure people will assume it's yours. just watch more youtube videos on how to apply the lace front correctly. i suggest u find a good hair salon where they can put it on 4 u if u don't think you can urself. and go to black beauty supply stores and just try some out!

PrincessKonstantina: @TheDowntown86 I could make a drawing for you to understand. A plain explanation: Europeans have hair that look good and they don't need to get a wig. Women who have their hair and do wear wigs are trying to achieve something that would be impossible with their own hair. In this case, african women try to make their hair look like european/asian hair and instead of using relaxers they just get a wig! ~~~~~ Why don't we wear a wig, because we can wear a tress or extensions.

Saullin Ramon Souza: This is synthetic hair, isnt it. ?

Sasha Lyonson: Actually, no I really wouldn't. If I'd laugh and tell him that wasn't something he had to keep hidden. My brother is bald and tries to make it less noticable by wearing hats. I know a number of people who consistantly colour their hair, touching up their roots often. I have several friends who dislike their eye colours and wear coloured contacts. But hey, as stupid as I think your 'point' it, I'm not going to argue with you. I'm just going to feel sorry for any and every person you ever date.

Sasha Lyonson: 2. -due to their design. However if your question is directed more towards why you rarely see white girls in Wig advertisements and the like, I can't say for sure as every company may have their own reasons. but my best guess is marketing. When a company is trying to get a base market from a type, rather than a generalized one, they target those individuals by attempting to appeal to them. That may mean through sound, like going for a specific music, or visually through the people shown.

Jade D: @PrincessKonstantina You are sadly mistaken, I've seen plenty of white women in wigs, we black women wear wigs for multiple reasons some don't know how to take care of their hair, others (like me) have a short cut and want to change up their look, some wear them to protect or delicate hair. It's not to look Asian or European. Also if you're white and you don't wear wigs why are you even watching this video?

sullyobrien1: Lots of people wear wigs regardless of colour :/

Deyna's VidGaming: (con) You're carrying this way off subject and making it extra personal then it should be. All I know is that no matter the race, every race has something that they attend to when it comes to their own fashion. Yet, it's such a crime for us black people. And it's funny how you say we're making a false impression, when before you nearly justified tanning and plastic surgery. So if black women wear wigs because of our hair, white people tan becuase of their natural skin.

cheryl lumpkins: Just want to say I love wigs wear them every day because I have lupus not because I'm black r any color I just love them so just get one a love them like I do......god bless all of u.......smoochies

PrincessKonstantina: @veggieeater I just answered to the question "WHy do they only have black women in wig videos"... what is so sad about it. If there was a race that had pink hair and violet eyes I am sure that the other races would go around win pink wigs and violet contact lenses... please don't deny that some stereotypes are opposed by the modeling industry that mastered in the european race.

Jive Bomber: obviously not if you noticed them using irons on it.

Myimani: Please check out Christina Auguleria's LF wigs she wears in the voice. Sorry you that last name is hard to spell but last night she was def rocking a LF and it seemed like in up coming shows she is wearing wigs and weaves.

TheGrandeTwinz: i have like 14 inch hair it can touch my back i dont need to were weave i choose to were it i dont no how my hair grew like litterly im like ww but i wanna try a lace wig with no glue n blend my natural hair since its long

sedrick lema: ignorance is answered with silence. before you speak because you have to learn and that person has not done so. I live in Spain and we have nothing here that is a shame. PS: I am black and white friends have all my extensions. and almost all brunettes and blondes you see in the album with their hair long is because they have extensions below

PrincessKonstantina: We are not obsessed, don't try to change the facts. We the humans are good at seeing the wold and monitor it. It is just that everything has a reason and only your kind is good at giving the false impression for what they do. There is always a reason, slavery, white people, TV, bullies etc. I replied to that comment on "why do only black women wear so many wigs" and you seemed to dislike the facts. Of course a wig is convenient and the reason you wear it is because of your natural hair

PrincessKonstantina: So why don't you answer the question "why only black women wear wigs". Cause I already answered why we the white ladies wear extentions and tresses here and there. We keep hearing that you have too many option with your natural hair but we don't see it. Or that your natural hair is more versatile but again it is the exact opposite. You natural hair is so coarse that you either live with a puff or you go into extremes even to make slightly straighter or curlier.

Sasha Lyonson: Really? Would you dump her if you found out she was wearing makeup? How about high heels? Or a pushup bra? A wig is essentially the same thing. it's just fashion.

olivia_ twyst: Not helpful at all! Help with customization of hairline. Most synthetic wigs have dense hairlines!

Iris Gross: You posed this question months ago, and I'm glad others shot down the ignorant answer from the "princess" there. I was just going to add that maybe you simply do not see all the white girls and women who do because they don't all pose in front of videos and cameras. That's common sense. But if you go to Hollywood, few there are wearing natural hair due to their profession. Wearing hairpieces never has anything to do with a need to wear them. Even cancer patients can choose not to. Hope that helps

Amia Williams: Okay for the 4:30 seconds you stared at your self in the mirror why dont you just show us what the title is talking about

Deyna's VidGaming: And just to clarify some things, black women do not only wear wigs. We may wear it the most, but I have seen plenty of white women wear wigs. Even WHITE beauty pageants. Human beings have been wearing wigs since the beginning of time. So why is it such a bad thing now? Go around YouTube and do some research instead of damning us with stereotypical ignorant reasons on why we do what we do. I find it very strange how people are so OBSESSED with what black people do.

ladycorinthia: You are so tardy for the party, white girls have extensions, braids, lace wigs, etc, if a sister has done it, a white girl has copied! ( and we do wear them for many different reasons, but to look European or Asian is never one of them.

jojodickson: I can tell that they are all wearing wigs.  And yes, it looks synthetic, not human hair. These girls are young...what are they doing....living...in wigs?  Don't get it.

boo boo: worst looking lacefront ever!

Jive Bomber: not if you do it right.

alqniix - 🧸🖇️: i hate the shiny fake look

Oneisha Francois: @TheDowntown86 Cause they dont need it =.=

fatemajsr: Hi there, do you know "HAIRator" yet? Simply do a Google search. On their website I discovered a unique and painfree hair removal method which involves zero shaving, waxing or other outdated methods. In fact, this specific method has even been featured in Time Magazine. It helped Kenny to have enduring soft skin. It might help you out as well.
