Oh, Oh, do you like it alright, so this is gon na be an interesting video, a while back one of the first hairstyles that Miss a our foster daughter did when she came here was she had a lace front wig, and this was one of the first Times that I had to start learning about different types of hair and different hair styles, and it was just like really fascinating, pretty much like every six weeks, you do like a new style, but it was just really interesting to see all the different hairstyles and learn About african-american and black hair, it's like really cool that she can always be like changing up our style and try on new things and stuff and she's like well. You can do it too and, like you, can wear a wig and I was like yeah but like I've, never like that's just like weird or whatever, but then like. I was talking to other people, and you know people who do theater like they use lace front. Wigs and so we've been locked up for about a month now with this whole quarantine thing, and we thought why not, let's give it a try, let's buy a wig and see what I look like so since I really don't have a lot of hair and I'll, Probably never have long thick hair. I wanted to get a ridiculous wig and since my birthday is coming up and I'm getting older, I was like well gray would be fun. What are the different ways to put on? This? Is the lace front wig? This was only $ 35 on Amazon. This is not super. This is like a temporary wig, it's fun, it's so much so much hair okay. So what are the different ways for us to attach this glue it down? Is that, like a permanent permanent glue like on my skin yeah yeah glue on your skin, just what she like pulling yeah our weekly or clips, so it could be the glue so there's some clips and stuff here. So what should we do? Oh chica, lettuce, yeah. She doesn't think I can last very long, so she doesn't think I should glue it. Let'S glue it, let's go all in he's like the week. It came with this baby hairs only capping off the cap a little bit. Hmm, probably not, though I know a lot of forehead. I had. I got a 3/8 from you. So like the cap was down here. I'Ve got. I had one finger full of formulas: mm-hmm yeah hers was pulled down. Pretty far close. I can't do math, oh yeah, so she's not doing lace fronts anymore. I thought it'd be fun. It'S kind of like a Halloween type thing like you, just get dressed up and go crazy and who else is gon na? See me right now like nobody's seeing me, except for you guys, you guys see me, but I don't have to go to the grocery store with it. I don't have to go to work. Do you want to put it on and see what you look like? No, but no like honestly, I was impressed for $ 35 to have like all that, like for fun fun few days, w cool we're gon na see how long I can last okay. So, what's our first step there we go what I have to make my hair really small right like flat flat what if it has like a bump in it, just like a little bumpy, no weak side. That'S all here: okay, see, I got ta eat and now we have to do gel stuff to keep it dry. Just like okay, let's see okay, I remember I watch over my ears, yeah, oh geez, guys. Look at this. Look no wait come here. Is this? What I'd look like fall? Oh now, the spray oh look at this is a good look all right here. We go, I'm scared! So scary. I don't know. I'M just really scared. I mean oh, this is a waste of time. If it doesn't work know what I was really scared at this product jump fail and, as I was cutting his hair, oh yeah, this is not gon na last a few days. Oh no! This is heavy. However, your hair is like no. No. I I'm used to it got a little piece, a hair. Stick. You know. Oh my gosh. You look good on camera. I feel like I look good on camera. A real life see did that's. Oh, alright, guys. This is up to my Halloween game. I feel like every Halloween, I'm gon na do not like this, but I'm gon na clip it. Oh my god, look like a okay guys. I will never ever have hair like this, but also, I feel good about going gray and going home getting older. Okay. So now I can do one of those big buns alright. So let's take bets on how long I think I can last 24 hours like a new kind last 24 hours, because in most 24 hours you go be laying on head and then head. Alright, let's see, I think I can go 24 hours - okay, probably not, but I'm gon na try imma try something like I feel like usually I'm feel like either you gon na wake up in the middle. I like take this off. Take yourself, I'm just tired. Let'S see what let's see what the reaction is: bye, Darcy, Sawyer's, just gon na be confused jobs gon na be like hmm great, the kids are home and jhanas home. Let'S see what happens buddy, let me give me a haircut. What do you think about my hair? Is it weird, do you like it? No, do I look like a mermaid, or do I look like a grandma I'll, take a princess, Wow, okay, cool out that hurts. I had been like an hour we've had dinner. I'Ve already had to pull it up because it was bothering me - and I looked over during dinner, and I said so - is it weird no I'm used to it. I think the kids are used to it, so we were like grabbing at it. Darcy was just like pulling at it and thought it was weird, but yes no, you know, I love you no you're great. This is true as long as I have a lot of it. Also. My head hurts, I feel, like I have like a tension. Headache there's just like so much pressure, you don't want to 24 hours. I don't know if I'm going to I'm regretting my my bet. There wasn't really even a bet. It was just like you know. Can I do it and I don't know I'm losing some faith? I'M losing faith. Alright, it is day morning kids got up early, so no sleeping in for us. My wig has already been pulled off by Sawyer, there's so much slippage. I just keep going like this. I also need to brush it out, cause it's kind of a hobby all right, so I'm still really loving this wig, and this looks like a lot of fun to just be kind of extra. I guess because, like obviously I don't need a wig just kind of like a fun little fun. Little thing makes me feel like I'm just playing dress-up like it's a kid. So super super fun love it. It is a lot of heavy hair, because it's not like a really. It'S not meant to be, like worn all the time. It'S kind of like a costume, you type wig, but still super fun, and I think what I'm gon na do is even though I'll probably put this on tonight in a few hours. I am gon na take it off before the before the 24 hours, because I'm about to clean our bathroom go for a walk, give the kids a bath and the kids like to pull it. So I've been doing a lot of like wig adjusting. So I think I'm just going to you, take it off for now get some stuff done and then put it back on after I can like clean myself up get showered, and all of that I will say I went ahead and took off the wig cap and I'M using the little clips - I don't know if you can see them, but this makes it oh yeah beautiful, look right there I clipped it into my hair, which I could do if I took the wig cap off, because it was already kind of like slipping and It was like sliding off of the back, so it definitely. I don't think the glue fully worked. That'S why I'm getting a lot of like wig slip, but it works, and I like it, I'm probably gon na like put this on it every now and then just have fun. I might even get another one that isn't as long and heavy it's just a lot of fun to play with, and I really like this big, like bun, although it makes it hard to like move my neck. Let'S take this thing off, let's see, what's happening underneath right now: oh yeah, oh yeah, that's a good look, very good! Look! Alright! We'Ll put this on a little bit kind of looks like a dead, dead raccoon or something dead skunk you

Annie Williams: One little note, kryssma doesn't recommend overnight wear with their wigs, they aren't super high quality and may be part of the "slipping" problem. I haven't noticed any non purposeful movement with mine for daytime only wear with mine from the same brand, but I've only had it since easter. The tension headache is pretty normal with your first few wears and should go away.

Celcey24: For keeping the wig on I would recommend using ProseAid, which is a medical grade adhesive meant for use on skin. It's also used by larpers and I believe drag queens to great effect.

I have been thinking of trying some pink shampoo I got awhile back. It says it is temporary but I have a feeling my hair would suck the color in. I’m thinking pink highlights or under layer of hair.
