How I Apply A Lace Wig Without Glue► No Tape No Sewing

Hey curlfriends and welcome back Today, I'm going to show you guys how to apply a lace wig without glue tape or sewing., I'm starting off with my braid pattern.. I just braided all of my hair going straight back and I'm just going to tuck the ends of my hair, underneath my wig. Prior to applying my wig cap, I like to oil down my scalp. Today, I'm using this Patsie Girl Minty Oil, to allow my scalp To have some moisture before I apply on this wig., I'm using the Got2B Glued Invincible, styling gel.. This is the black tube of gel.. I'M just going to use that gel to lay down my edges before I decide to apply the wig itself. I like to lay down my edges before I apply the wig because it allows my edges to be nice and molded down to prevent fly. Aways. Grabbing my blow dryer on the cool shock setting I'm just going to air dry, this first layer of gel and apply my wig shortly, after., I'm grabbing the two ear tabs.. These are my side burns.. This is exactly where I want my wig to be placed.. I'M just going to tighten up the back with the two bra straps towards the nape., I'm just going to pull out the sides with the hair near my side. Burns. I place my lace wig a little bit behind my hairline and start and final last layer of Got2B Glued gel.. This layer is what's going to be holding this wig itself, so I'm placing this right above my hairline about half an inch, maybe even less than that above my hairline., I'm just air drying this once again on the cool shock setting., I don't air dry this all The way until it's completely dry, I just want to make sure that it's nice and tacky or sticky kind've like glue residue.. This is what's going to signal to me that it's time to place my wig on top of the glue., This is going to cut down the dry time and allow the wig to stick much more better with less mess. I'm using the end of a rat tail Comb to place the wig down. A lot of time, the oil on your own finger tips can mess with the formula with the gel which will allow a white residue.. So I'm using the end of a rat tail comb to avoid that., I'm just going to shift little baby hairs and try to lay this down as seamless as possible., I'm just putting the end of a rat tail comb throughout the parting, making sure that I'm getting This nice and flat. I placed the wig a little bit above, where glue is laying just a tiny bit that way. If the glue ends up seeping, it can seep onto the edges of the lace wig itself and not onto my forehead.. Last but not least, I take a little bit of the Got2B glued gel and I went ahead and added that to the lace itself along my side burns.. I want these side burns to be placed nice and sleek because I will be wearing my hair up. Sometimes maybe in half up half down hairstyles., I just want to make sure that this is nice and sealed perfectly.. I just added some to the lace and added some to my edges as well., I'm just going back through to do some spot checking and air drying. This entire hairline. That's pretty much it.. That was pretty much the hardest part.. You can go back in and make sure that you got all of the lace tacked down. If you didn't make sure to go back in with the gel.. I just stuck my hair up into a big ponytail.. I used my satin scarf to tie down my hair for about 15 minutes or so to really allow that glue to stick and that closure to lay down nice and flat. After 15 minutes. My entire wig application is complete.. This is a super, safe and secure way of getting your wig tacked down without any glue tape or sewing for a temporary fix..
