Headband Wigs Vs Lace Wigs | Which Is Best??? | Wiggins Hair

Hey everybody, it's charmelle welcome or welcome back to my channel today, i'm here with another hair tutorial. So let's get into this video all right, you guys. So today's sponsor is wiggins hair. You guys know i work with them all the time and i'm going to be showing you all. This 26 inch deep wave, headband wig. It is pre-colored with these beautiful highlights and i will have all these specific details on this unit down in the description box and it's just a standard, hip and wig. I did co-wash this prior to installing. So, as you guys can see it's a little damp, but i'm going to show you guys how i put it on and all that good stuff. So if you watched any of my previous headband wigs, it's literally the same process honestly, i think i've gotten to a point where i prefer these headband wigs over lace. Wigs, i mean i've never been the biggest lace wig fan, but i did do a lot of closure wigs, but even i don't even find myself reaching for my closure. Wigs as often as i do these headband wigs. I think a lot of it boils down to lifestyle. I am hella regular, you guys and so like trying to do a lace front wig at five in the morning to be to work at seven it just it just does not align with my lifestyle. So i just love these headband wigs. I feel like i always look nice in them. They'Re super quick super easy to install beginner friendly. I feel like they're the healthiest on your hair. You don't have to add any adhesive. I could take it off at night and these wigs come in literally every color, every texture, every style that you can get a regular unit in you can have your natural hairline and so yeah honestly. I just really prefer these headband wigs over lace, wigs um, the only downside, is obviously the headband portion. If you don't like that, headband look, i can that's the only thing i could see being a problem, but if you wanted a bang, you can, if you have long hair, you can pull some of your hair out in the front. You know to have a bang for this. You can actually add a clip in to the front part. I think i might actually try that to create a bang. I might do a video on that to see how that works out, but yeah um. Like i said, i love these headband wigs, just so quick y'all like this was all in real time. Y'All see how fast i did that you also get a wig cap in your packaging. You get a elastic band and they gave me some eyelashes and these eyelashes were actually cute. I have them on in the video, and this is the first time a company sent me some lashes that i'll actually wear, but these are the headbands that they sent me. You guys know i love these like satin pattern, silky scarf headband things, so i'm just going to show you guys a few ways to style them. So this first i'm going to put it in a ponytail. I usually wear my units down, but this was just so much hair and i was having a hard time tying the scarf in a bag, so i'm going to put in a ponytail mainly to get it out of the way, but once it was in the ponytail, I was like, oh, this is really cute too, but this is the first headband this next one. Instead of starting from the front, i'm going to start wrapping from the back and then i'm going to tie it in the front. And then i twisted the loose ends and just created some texture and dimension and tied up in the back kind of like how. I would do some of my hair wrap styles as far as the quality. I think it's really good quality, considering that this unit is pre-colored and it's 26 inches, it's really full from roots to tips. I didn't have any shedding when i first co-washed this unit. The only issue that i've had was i've had a little tangling in the nape of my head, but i honestly think it's just because this unit is so long, and so you know throughout the day when i wear it down as it's rubbing along like you know, My back and my clothing, i think that's what caused a little of the tangling, but it's not like super obvious ratty tangling, like the quality, is really good and then for this next style, i'm going to do a half up half down like i mentioned. I usually just wear my units down, so this was the first time i actually tried styling them, and i actually do like these different styles with it like half of half down or with the ponytail, especially with this longer hair. I feel like my shorter units. I really just wear them down, but with this 26 inches, it's just so much hair, i kind of feel like you have to style it a little bit and let's just pause for a minute to appreciate the highlighting on this unit. The color is like everything ever since i dyed my natural hair this summer, i've been loving like these brown tones against my skin, and this is the last headband.
