Laid Edges Hair Glue Wig Install

For my for my kids, this is my gift to my mom and dad, and this is for my sister, the love of my life. I know she here with me around somewhere, so anyways um. I love you sis, but before we get into this video y'all we're about to do this here, i was sent in some new um hair glue for me installing my lace front, wigs and if you don't know what channel this is, this is maybe life. So for the rest of 2020, i plan on uh making y'all a gang of content that you will absolutely love and adore. You hear me, but today i was sent by jasmine mendoza. I think that's her name yeah. Yes me jasmine or yes, me, mendoza, some laid edges wax crack. I don't know if y'all can really see that, but laid edges wax crack. Let me show you what this look like real, quick. We opening it for the first time together. So this is what it looks like i've. Never i've never used it. Yet i just got it in the mail, so you push it up like a push pop. It feels pretty good, we'll see what it do. Push it back down that this is the laid edges wax crack. Okay, then she sent me a little bag of goodies. Let'S see what's in here, so i got a little. Let go lace! Remover! Let go let let go. Let go lace, remover yeah! Let go lace. Glue remover y'all, i can't talk, but this is by laid edges as the company laid edges. Okay and it comes with a little company pump in here to put inside of here which we're going to go ahead and do that now. So i can show y'all okay, so this is how it comes. I'M gon na take this lid off laid edges. That'S a nice company name! I like that. Lady, just girl lay your edges girl just like so so you can go on ahead and let them edges go boom sounds good, that's that and then she sent me some of their hair glue. Okay, this is laid edges, lace, front, hair glue. One of you can see sorry y'all laid edges. This is their glue, we'll be using this today to see exactly how good it is. I will let you know how i like it. Okay, so today i got a wig from amazon. I got a 613 wig i'll be leaving uh, where i got it from up here somewhere, probably right here right here and it was 613 was the color and then i put some ruby red hair dye on it. I did the high rooted ombre on it, so this is what i did so i'm about to install this wig right here and it's only a middle part, because the tracks are like right here. It'S a lace front in the front, but it's tracks all right here. So it's not a complete lace front, it's more like a closure kind of, but it's weird because i don't know they put it. It'S it's a lace front, but they put tracks in where the laces i don't know. I don't know why they did that. But i guess they were trying to make it fuller or something, but you can only party right here, because if you party anywhere else, the tracks are gon na show. So anyway, though, we're gon na make it do what it do. It was a cheap, cheap enough. Wig um, i can't give you the specifics on how much it was until i posted but i'll post it all right here. So that way you guys can see how much it cost and you can order one if you like um. I know the hair won't. Last long, just based on how it looks right now, like you know, but oh well, i had to try it out. I'Ve been trying multiple different hair companies, because i'm trying to find a vendor that has bomb 613 hair because i love blonde hair and i like to be able to color it and i'll be trying to skip the process of my hair because my hair company, you Know they have virgin hair and they do have blonde and that's good now that they are they're making blonde wigs i'm going to get one from them and compare the two, but they weren't making blonde wigs in the beginning. So i was having to color all the virgin hair blonde and you know go through that. Whole process then color it, but i didn't want to do that. I like to just have it blonde and just let's color it and let's go you know, so we go see how this turns out once i install and color stay tuned. So now i'm going to take this stocking cap and i'm going to put it over my head and then i'm going to cut holes in it to hold it down. I'M going to use some got to be hairspray to secure this cap to my head. I will be drying it with a blow dryer and as soon as it's dry, i'm going to cut off the remaining part of this cap stay tuned for the directions because, as we go, i am going to tell you what i am doing. Look at this. I'M a mess y'all. I don't know why. I put it over my nose, but i did y'all. I was being funny so there's that got to be uh spray. I was talking about. Go ahead, go around the hairline, real, quick, real, quick like that and then go on ahead and just dry it, and then you cut off the remaining part. You know you want to make sure you have you a little. You know like around the forehead. You want to have at least an inch away from your hairline, you know down. So then that way you can make sure you don't put glue on your hair, guys dry. It then turn around and cut it. That'S the process, that's how you do it and that's it and that's all so now i'm going to cut off the remaining part of the stocking cap and then i am you know, as you see, i'm just trimming it all around i'll pull it up as it Goes around to make sure that i only leave on what is needed, because i don't like to have a lot of extra cap when i'm putting the lace down, because sometimes the lace just doesn't cover right and you can see it or something like. I don't like it, i don't want it to be longer than what i'm going to have the lace on period, because i want them to match so i'll, go ahead and i'll peel. It back and i'll cut it away from the hairline and right where the end of that is is where the glue will be next. That is the next step. So look, you know, i'm gon na tell y'all something it really hurt. When i was pulling this back too, it felt like i was giving myself a face wax so that air spray holds great it's time to put this glue. This is a new glue. It'S called laid edges. I'Ve never tried it before, but the company sent it to me. So i went ahead and tried it. I'Ve never tried it didn't really know how it was going to be didn't know how it would turn out so um. I kind of put it on a little thick because it's actually thick, but i wanted to make sure i got real good coverage since i've never used this glue. I always use the maximum amount of um num like how many times it tells you to put it on how many layers so every glue that i've used has one to four. So this one has one two, three, three being the maximum amount of layers that you should put on. So that's exactly what i'm gon na. Do. I'M gon na go ahead and put on one layer, smear it out with my little popsicle stick and then i'm gon na uh. You know ain't no popsicle stick but anyway, i'm gon na smear it out, and then i'm gon na um go ahead and push back. Whatever is not needed. Hear me and then i'm gon na smear it out. Let it dry and do it again and repeat this process three times and then i will put the lid on this final layer and um. I did use a lot of the glue more than what i normally use because until i know what this glue is capable of, i put on a lot because that's just what i do and my husband gave me a kiss. Thank you babe now, it's time to put this wig on. I do not like wigs that are made like this, but it was a cheap amazon wig. So who cares i'm ready to take it off already? It'S only been a couple days: it's not good hair, and you know i really hate wasting money on here, but sometimes you got to do what you got to do to find new companies and new vendors. You know, but the hair does just doesn't last. It'S just crappy it tangles, it's knots up it. It'S it's not good here at all. That'S all i got, but i'm gon na go ahead and uh put this wig on i'm gon na make sure i put the center part right where i want it to be, and i'm gon na um make sure. That'S it adhered first and then i'm gon na do the side. So i go uh the middle put the middle, exactly where i want it, and then i put the sides down. I make sure that the lace doesn't fall behind like it did right there and i pull it back down and make sure i put it right where i want the lace to be at so that way. When i cut the remaining lace, it will have just enough room for me to lay these little edges and then that'll be that once i've placed it where i want it to go, i take the comb and i push down as i comb through then i take The end of the comb and i push it down a little bit more to secure it a little bit more because you want the lace to stick good to the glue. So put it right. Where you want it and then you know, go ahead and push it down and uh cut it away from around your ears. You know i have to make sure that that's done, because if not it'll hurt your little ears, the little lace part right there, but cut it loose and go around each side once you make sure that you got it where you want to be, i really uh. Don'T like that, they put tracks on the frontal part of these wigs. I understand they're trying to make it thicker, but in reality they make it to where you can't wear the hair in certain ways, because, like there's tracks right there, like literally right behind where you would put baby hairs, there's tracks, so you can't really do too much. You know so i just don't even worry about plucking these type of wigs, i just you know, make me little baby hairs and keep it pushing because baby. When i tell you it's hard to um, try to style a wig that has tracks right by the hairline. Like i don't understand why they do that, but now i'm gon na take the razor, because it gives you a more natural cut and i'm just cut the rest of the lace off. I really do like cutting with the razor, because it doesn't give you a straight cut. It gives you like a zigzag cut, so i like, because it makes it look a little bit more natural when the lace falls against your head. So i'm gon na go ahead and do that and then i'm gon na lay it in baby hairs and then i'll style it and then that's it continue watching.
