Hey loves: welcome back to my channel the sugar shade or more in today's video. I will be showing you how I safely remove got to be jail as well as my lace front wig, while saving my edges. I know I've gotten. A lot of questions on has got to be jail. Irritated my skin. Have I lost my edges due to using got to be jail, and the answer is no, so I wanted to show you exactly the steps that I do to remove. My laseraway first up is for me is not to use a lot of the got to be jail. I use a little bit and then I place my scarf on my hair for about thirty minutes and my lace front wig is, I have no problems with it. Being laid down for a few days now, the second step that I do is when removing the guys to be gel and removing my lace front wig is I wait until my lace front starts to lift so once it starts to live. I know that it's time for me to go ahead and take off my legs from wig and remove the white residue or wash my hair or whatever. So, as you guys can see, the my latest runway starts to lift around my ears. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to start on one side of my head and I'm only using water and a paper towel. That'S the only thing that I use to remove the gel, as well as my lace, front, wig. Okay, now where it starts to lift, I start to spray with some water and when I do spray it with water. I kind of like use my finger to make sure that that entire lace, or that little section right there of the lace, is wet and then once that happens, the late, the rest of the lace front starts to lift up now. I do make sure that I use a good amount of water before I start to lift my lace front, because if you as you have enough of water and the lace front, is not saturated enough and you start to pull, you can start to see that you're Pulling some of your own hair as well as your skin, so make sure that that the area that you're trying to lift up is saturated with enough water because, usually like the late form, starts to lift by itself. Once you apply enough water and that's what I do so once I see that it starts to lift itself it just easily kind of just pull up. So, as you can see the side that I worked on it easily lifts up now, I do use the paper towel because of course you know the water drips everywhere and you can kind of see where the residue is. That'S basically like makeup. Also, that is the got, ta be jail so yeah, so I use the kind I use the paper towels to kind of, like you know, dab the water from not. You know running all down my face and all that so once I get one side done, I do the other side, the same process, the same stuff that I did on the other side. I do to the the next side. So now I have both of my sides lifted up and now I'm going to go ahead and start to remove the got ta be tail and my lace front wig at the front of my hairline. So I just basically do the same process as before. I just wanted to give you guys a couple of tips when it comes to removing the guys to be tail or your lace front, wig. So, of course, the first step is to make sure that you kind of wait until your lace front starts to lift on its own already, because that will make the process easier when taking off your lace. Front wig, as well as the removing the got ta be Jo second tip, is to make sure that your entire lace front hairline is saturated with water, because that will help with it lifting it basically kind of breaks down the got ta be gel and it makes It tacky and not you know, stuck to your hairline tip number three is: if you're going to use the guy to B's you to lay down your lace front, wig, make sure that when you apply the got ta be to make sure that it's in front of Your edges, and not really on top of your edges now I know sometimes people do use, got to be gels to lay down their edges. I recommend not using a lot of the guys to be gel to lay down here, as you just use like a little bit and then maybe use some type of edge control. You know it's kind of like balance out because of course got to be gel. Does really have a strong hold now, as you can see, I easily have removed my lace front wig and I still have my edges intact. The next thing that I do is kind of loosen the white residue of the residue or yeah, the residue that the gel left behind on my hair and what I do is just apply some more water. And then I kind of use like my comb to brush back the the residue, so I can kind of see where I need to apply a lot of shampoo. Now, after I do this, when I do wash my hair, I make sure that I concentrate on my edges with shampoo to remove all that residue, because if you don't, of course that is going to take out your edges, if you, if you still have that residue In your hair or sitting on your hair so make sure when you do shampoo, your hair you're using a lot of the shampoo and the guide to be gel, easily comes out of your hair, don't force it. That'S another thing: don't force the residue or they got to be deal off of your hair. Let it easily come out, and you can kind of use like a rat tail comb to do this, and that is about it for this tutorial, you guys. I hope this helps somebody. Let me know down in the comment sections if you use the same process that I do. I just want to say. Thank you so much for watching. If you guys are interested too no or see how I wash my hair, I will be doing a wash day routine. I will be uploading that video really soon so make sure you guys look out for that.
