How To Properly Wash Your Lace Front Wig Before Install

Hey guys, this is Ashley I'll, be showing you today how I wash and condition my wig for install along with the blow-dryer. So if you're interested just keep watching once you make sure your water is lukewarm, the next thing you want to get Israel sulfate free shampoo. It is very important that your shampoo is sulfate free because you don't want anything to dry out the hair. You want to maintain the moisture and the shine in the hair as if it straight out the box and also to maintain the moisture giving the wig a bath inside of water, like this helps to dilute the shampoo. Another reason why I like to shampoo my wigs before install and why I suggest that you are shampoo your weeks before install it's, because a lot of wigs are chemically processed, even though they say version, they have been colored and they have been chemically straightened sometimes. So that's why, inside of the water, it looks dark and also remember when washing the hair to wash in downward strokes. You do not want to stroke and back and forth and all around, because you can cause tangles and disrupt the cuticle layer of the hair. Just remember downward strokes and in this clip it may look like I'm scrubbing back and forth really hard. But I'm not I'm just trying to make sure that the lace that will sit on my forehead and such being in my face is actually clean, because I don't want to start any breakouts.
