I Tried A T Part Wig Install | The Waeve

Hey y'all, it's me bonnie and today i'm feeling, like i've, been a reborn okay. I have been wearing dreads, i have been wearing braids, i've been wearing everything, but my wigs and y'all know i love my wigs. So welcome back. Welcome back to the wig game, i'm mighty beijing with this beautiful wig from wave, i'm going to tell y'all all about this wig and i'm going to install it with y'all, let's get to it. So this is the tuesday wig from wave i'm going to have all the details on it down below it is a black girl owned brand. You heard me right, you know what i'm saying sister supporting sisters go, go, don't check their brand now go shop with them. Look on their instagrams at the wave i'll. Have it right here. They have amazing products. I feel like they put a lot a lot, a lot of love into their items. So, let's let me show you what exactly what i mean: let's get right into the unboxing. So this is pretty much how the hair looks straight out of the box. Super soft super silky. I'Ve had it on this mannequin here for about a week or two i was trying to let my dreads, you know go their way before i got back to wigs. Very straightforward: it's a middle part and it is a teapot wig. So this is how the cap construction is it's a 13 by 6. There is very, has a good sheen to it. So it's really soft feels really good. The ends they're not too thin. So let me show y'all what all came in this box, because i was blown away like this company. Just shows really really good attention to detail, so they included their car and they have a qr code. But it says, welcome to wave thank you so much for choosing us by shopping away. You'Ve done so much more than just secure a flame emoji new look. You'Ve also supported a brand that is black woman, owned and run customer first and about doing good. Looking good and feeling good, okay did somebody say fubu for us by us. Yes, 100 of our core team is made up of black women. The material on the card is thick baby, so you already know that the company really cares like they look, how they do in the car. So, first of all, two wig caps baby, you get variety. This one is giving more me and this one is darker, so you know what i'm saying it's like really good range. Next, it came with these stickers. I'M gon na show you a little up close if y'all can see black girl stickers. These are so freaking pretty. I'M gon na put these in my journal, but let me show you how what they sent this wig in and this right here. If this alone does not convince you to go, get this wig, i don't like you y'all gon na have to just wait till i put it on it. Came in this y'all know wigs come in. They come in those little like regular, silk bags like this. This one is like fuzzy and purple on the outside and it even says wave like and then i was like this is so cute and i look in the back, and this is another one what's in here, you might ask the non-slip grip little like wig thing. Y'All know what that is, you put it around and you put it on if you want to wear it with glueless yeah, it comes with freaking mini scissors. I'Ve never seen the company do this. I'Ve never seen it. Coming to this, i've seen a company saying combs pens, never scissors scissors, and then they sent these tweezers, and these are some good high quality, thick tweezers. You can hear the clay in here slanted, i'm excited, i don't want to seem like i'm just like super excited about everything, but i haven't worn wigs in a very long time, because i've had these for about a month, and before this i had knotless braids. This is the last thing it didn't come with it. It'S not included we'll have to get this separate, but let me show you how this scarf. This scarf is adorable. I don't know if i can see it, but it says wave and it has this pretty brown girl, brown, skin girl. But it's really soft. It'S really silky. So if you want to wrap your hair with this or you can just use it as like a little stylish um thing one day, you know so y'all know me, i'm an auburn type of girl. This is my natural hair. Color, okay, y'all can see coming out. The root we're gon na have to get this looking like that, now i'm going to bleach it and dye it. However, i'm going to make a video separately for that. So if you want to know how i'm going to get this to around my color, then click up there or i'm gon na, have it in the description. But let's go get this transformed. Shall we all right? So we got the wig, nice and bleached and dyed. You are gon na want to take a white shirt, a white towel and put it under the lace so that you can see it better. I learned that in hair class and like i said they came with some really good tweezers, so i'm gon na use these tweezers that were included and the hair is dead, but you're gon na still want to keep a spray bottle on you, because you're gon na Want the hair to be wet, so we're gon na plug a little bit skip a section plug skip section. I'M gon na put this forward and pluck - and i'm gon na, keep doing this, and i'm gon na show y'all a side by side and let y'all see the difference. So this is the side that i didn't do. As you can see, the hair lines are just like blunt, and this is the side that i did um, but i'm starting to see that i could have done a little bit more. I could be a little more. I was a little bit more cut back plucked. Didn'T plug i'm just going to have to accept the fact that i'm just not that best, i'm not the best at plucking the hair, but i'm doing baby hairs, and it's not really too too much hair uh to really work with. Anyway, though, because it is a tea party, so it's like it's like this much hair right there, i'm gon na pluck the other side, but i do like these tweezers. They all really come in handy [, Applause, ]. The lace is light brown. It'S not really. My color spray, a little lace tint on it. You want to let it dry and if you want it darker, add some more all right. So blood dried, it's not stiff. It'S not like. It doesn't look bad all right. So i straightened the hair, and now i'm gon na put this wet, stick on there to make sure that it's really slick and then we are going to use the hot comb so make sure it's nice and flat all right. So i got the wig straightened and hot combs look at that now, i'm going to cut the lace off and i'm use the scissors provided and i just cut pretty much as close to the hair as i can get and now do the other side same way. Cutting it off make sure it's like zigzaggy jaggedy. I outline where the wig is gon na lay, and then i did my wig cap and i didn't know it was gon na show through, but at first i wasn't even gon na do the wig cap, but i'm gon na do it now. I was gon na put the wig on gluelessly, but i know that i, like my wigs to just be attached to my hair, like i like them to just put glue all the way across it. Let it dry - and it should look like this now - i'm infant to cut it right on off. So taking my akibia, mikhail or michelle super lay that he said this is the girl whose hair class i took and she started selling products. So i started buying her glue. I like it, i used to use like bullet hole active, but i think i like this one a little bit more sticking to where we put the line. I'M just going it's looking a little janky, but you don't let it dry completely clear and then do this four or five more times. Alright, let's get this wig on now. If you've got one of these you're gon na want to wrap your hair down. I put this on and i'm gon na, let my hair sit so for my break from wigs. I started using the edge booster edge control when i used to use this so for one edge. I'M gon na try this and the other one. I will do the edge booster and see which one looks better, so this is the side with the mousse. This is the side with the edge booster, all right y'all. So, as far as like initial review goes, i love this hair, i'm realizing that it has not shed. Since i put it in like rub. My fingers through the wig, has light brown lace, which means you can put some lace tint on there or some of the tint mousse that they're making now and you can make it exactly your color and you save coins instead of getting that expensive, transparent lace. And it's swiss lace, so it's really easy to work with it's true to length. My edges came out cute. They were not hard to do at all. I like this wig. I do it has a good fit. Um sometimes like wigs can be a bit tight on me, but this one has a good fit. It'S really soft, like i keep touching it, it's so soft, it's just really pretty hair. Overall, i will make an updated review in about a month or two to let y'all know how it's going, because you know the wig is called tuesday, but i'm definitely feeling like i'm gon na be wearing it all week, damn near all month. You know what i'm saying do i have to say anymore.
